    Re: onecoin.eu ponzi scam

Well, Igor opened a new thread on his blog and he invited me and cryptoXpose to post. As usual, the very first post cryptoXpose made the name-calling and bashing began. So I decided I would post and see how long it took for the name-calling and bashing to begin. Like cryptoXpose I am not one of their favorite people on his blog. The very first post that replied I was asked if I was a pig. The only comment made about my post. Then his next post started with the conspiracy theories when a poster agreed with my post. I can only imagine what the other "faithful" will have to say about my post. Poor Igor after 3 attempts to tell people to stop with the name-calling and bashing, the OC faithful continued anyway after apologizing to him but continued to do what he told them to stop. Now it will be interesting to see if he gives any of the faithful a time-out for failing to follow his rules he set for the thread.

And, who cares any longer what Igor and his bunch of sycophants say or do ???

They were wrong all along and no amount of quoting "The Secret" is going to change that fact.

Well I just tried, but you can bet they will claim I don't know what I am talking about as usual. Some of their crazy comments are proving what Ruja and Sebastian said about them, they are unintelligent and will fall for anything.

But they did want all of us to know that OneCoin has been operating for 4 years and therefore it cannot be a Ponzi, but they can't claim that none of the management team have been arrested any more, but then they were only arrested based on lies by us "haters," evil banks who are afraid of the competition, and Bitcoin lovers.

It may be worth ignoring anything OneCoin related for the next couple of years.

I'm guessing there's going to be more wild conspiracy stories and fake news coming from the OneCoin crazies than usual, if that is possible

Since OneCoiners are also using the evil government excuse, I thought it might be fun to resurrect this ASD post by Glim for any drive-bys. Just in case they thought they were “special”.

Ad surf daily was yet another MLM Ponzi scheme.

Andy was running a ponzi scheme, pure and simple but his real achievement was being able to keep it running long enough that it almost didn't matter what lies he told, people were still getting paid so anything he said was almost literally golden.

The law caught up to him just a little before the laws of mathematics would have and because of that many of his psychologically conditioned followers blamed the government for closing the scam down. Enough so that even while Ad Surf Daily was losing it's court case Andy, and his family were able to open a clone of the program in Uruguay where they'd be safe from our evil government. Safe from our government maybe, safe from the laws of mathematics, never. It didn't last six months before they cut and ran taking any money they had with them.
    Andy eventually pled GUILTY!

Tick-tock on the OC website going down. You have also been warned about investing another dime - as there is talk about keeping the non-existent coin company going. No doubt that will require more money to “change over the computer systems to the new company” or something like that. LOL

That’s if you have any money left after OC.

    Re: onecoin.eu ponzi scam

In the new thread that Igor started came this post by Perry Anthrust that I felt was important to re-post here, and I quote:

"Maybe I can clear up some of the confusion here. I am not a lawyer but I have a passing knowledge of the US legal system. Some of you may not like what I have to say, but I will speak the truth to the best of my knowledge. All of this will be vastly oversimplified for clarity.

Let's start at the Metropolitan Detention Center. A previous poster is correct, you can be detained without being arrested. It's strictly time limited though; detention is "brief and cursory", usually not involving handcuffs or other physical restraints. After the brief investigation you must be charged with a crime or released, there's no third alternative. If you're charged you'll then be arrested, as was Konstantin. You will be locked up in a local (city or county run) jail -as opposed to a state or federal prison where you serve your time after conviction. Most of the people in jails are awaiting trial, sentencing or extradition. Metropolitan Detention Center in this instance is merely another term for the Los Angeles city/county jail where Konstantin will be held until he is granted bail or tried before a judge and jury. He is not the target of a lawsuit as someone here claimed. Not yet, anyway. A lawsuit is a civil action between two parties (You cheated me! or You broke our contract! I'm going to SUE your sorry a_s!) -money changes hands and everybody goes home. The government can sue you as well and if that were the case, the charges now would most likely be coming from the Securities and Exchange Commission. They would read something like "Selling Unregistered Securities". If proven you'd pay your fines and walk down the courthouse steps to typically "neither admit nor deny guilt", as in "I didn't do it and I'll never do it again!" That's not what's going on here. Mail fraud, wire fraud, and conspiracy are criminal felonies. The Ignatovs are in FAR deeper doo-doo and staring at possible decades in prison.

The prosecutors at Southern District of New York are not, as someone suggested, a bunch of local yokels too stupid to understand the OC business model. They are the Feds; United States Attorneys, and not just ANY US Attorneys at that. When it comes to financial crimes they are El Numero Uno in all the USA, quite possibly the entire world. They are the smartest, savviest, most ruthless bunch in existence; ask Bernie Madoff. They're killers. Their conviction rate is upwards of 95%, and here's why: before you can get an arrest warrant in the States you have to show your evidence to a judge, or even worse for Konstantin, to a grand jury that will look at it even more closely. They must deem the case to be, at the very least, a credible one. I don't remember the actual language, but it's (very) roughly 'to show a medium likely-hood of success at trial'. This isn't some hater popping by the local constabulary with a pocketful of lies. 'Allegations' in this sense are not as some would have you believe, the same thing as mere speculation. Having said all that, at this point it's still totally one-sided, there's been no opportunity for cross examination or rebuttal. That only takes place at trial.

Let's talk about defense then, and I get no joy in saying this. Anyone here who thinks the high priced lawyer is going to waltz in, vow that OC was selling "educational materials" and everything returns to business as usual is living in a dream. It sounds great and has been used before, several times. So far as I know EVERYONE who's tried it has been convicted. I'm certain SDNY would simply L-O-V-E the opportunity to demolish it again. It's called legal precedent.

Something else to think about; say for the moment it DID succeed. Where would that leave you personally? You spent 25,000 EUR for an education? Wouldn't that mean you've already received everything you paid for, in full? I fear, my friends, that your money is gone. Did you see the list of houses, boats, cars and foreign bank accounts seized from Mark Scott? I don't know who else he was laundering for, but unless his Rich Aunt died recently, all that swag was largely bought with YOUR money. Anybody want to bet me Ruja ends up making him look like a smalltime chiseler?
Let's not forget Sebastian. The likely reason you can't find him in prison is that he's free (or wearing an ankle bracelet), and that no doubt has certain people's blood running cold. As CW1, it would mean some four months in, he's still in the process of cooperating and naming names. They didn't slam the door shut on Manafort until he committed further crimes while pretending to cooperate. Makes me think you'll be seeing more indictments in the near future.

Finally, you have to wonder where the money is going to come from to re-capitalize OC operations. From you, perhaps? Has that expensive education you bought left you any smarter? You may actually see some small fraction of your 'investment' returned one day. With the help of the FBI, Secret Service, FinCen, Europol, Interpol and (maybe?) even Bulgarian authorities my bet would be that it comes to you by way of SDNY and not OC.

We all make mistakes. The only difference between us is that the smart ones go on to make new errors while the dumb ones keep repeating the same-old-same-old. Hope I've given y'all something to think about. I wish you the best. I do."

My reason for posting it here is two-fold. First so far no-one has disputed anything Perry said. If I, or anyone else for that matter who is deemed a hater by them, had posted exactly the same information we would have been crucified and the comments ripped apart. Secondly it has temporarily shut the staunch defenders up from posting anything. They may finally be getting it that this is no walk in the park and this is really serious; as well as it is no cake walk for Konstantin and Ruja to walk away from with a fine and having to give back the money from USA participants.

Now Igor is trying to claim that DealShaker has nothing to do with OneCoin/OneLife. Not kidding. I really think the pressure has gotten to him finally, as he is talking out of both sides of his mouth and arse all at the same time. Before it was just his mouth and arse. Needless to say this is one hot topic on his blog. He hasn't had this much traffic since before he banned cryptoXpose, myself, as well as a couple of other non-believer's/haters. And the "debate" rages on.

    Re: onecoin.eu ponzi scam

Well, OneCoin's legal team finally woke up and issued a statement late Monday, and I quote:

    Post from OneLife Attorney VESELINA
    From compliance: Dear all,

I am sure that everybody has heard or read about the recent events, related to Konstantin Ignatov. I would like to clear out the situation by providing you with some details I was made aware of by the our legal representatives abroad: Konstantin is currently in a detention center by the authorities. The files, related to the case, are still sealed, meaning they are not available to the public. As a result, we are still not aware of what the accusations are. We are waiting for the results of the hearing in front of the judge which will be held after maximum two weeks.

If, following an investigation, no case can be made against the person against whom allegations are, the investigations related to him/her shall be closed, with no further action being taken, by a decision of the judge.

The other possible option is for Konstantin to remain in the country until the trial is held, if any. Wе believe that all the accusations are incorrect and unjustifiable, combined with inaccurate factual findings. Our legal team is currently working with USA lawyers in order to clear out the situation.

Regardless of the recent circumstances, work should continue as usual. All the projects are ongoing. Lets think, fight and move forward for the better future. The foundation of creating our better future we are putting in place today. If you want it - work for it.

Please refrain from free interpretations from about the case and the future of the company. Bear in mind – gossiping and spreading untrue facts and statements could only do damage to the company and its IMAs. The company is going to publish an official statement. We will keep you informed about any further details regarding the situation.

Make sure you ONLY follow the official corporate channels, being the ONLY source of credible information."

    Re: onecoin.eu ponzi scam

As on cue as predicted LRM after a major event in every Ponzi, out comes all the conspiracy theories and people thinking the Ponzi de Jour can negotiate a settlement so the Ponzi isn't shut down. On Igor's blog it is no exception. These 2 are my favorites so far. One is how this is all a conspiracy against OC and the other is can we make a deal here so the "vision" is not lost and OC can continue. First the conspiracy theory and then the let's make a deal posts:

"The list of initiated charges is no surprise to anyone? Given the absurdity of most of the allegations and statements, a question arises. How, it would seem, such serious organizations as agents of the FBI and the prosecutor's office can make such absurd statements? Is it not suspicious.

I, personally, see the following - 1 Either prosecutors and special agents are idiots, (which is unlikely); either the case against the company was fabricated and they did not even bother to approach this with professionalism. The question why prosecutors and special agents do this can be answered by a special investigation regarding their bias and possible personal gain. This will negatively affect the image of fair American justice. In any case, Onecoin will continue its colonization of the planet with or without America."

"Yes, the defense - and a good one K. has - for sure should ask the judge(s) to be compassionate and pressure them not to issue a verdict that includes dismantling of OneCoin!! That would be very cruel for all the OneCoin members worldwide. The story is not all bad, many parts of Dr. Ruja's good idea's (which she developed after so it looks like a shady start) are in development (hopefully). We just need new management at the top that secures that the rest of the complex project is put to work in the right functional way. (how to accomplish that is another matter)

For being compassionate to the millions of members and because the projects is by no means completely lost (again, I hope) the defense should ask not to dismantle OneCoin, that the FBI, etc. does not ask other governments to hand over all the servers of OneCoin and pressure all the banks worldwide to block the OneLife and related accounts.

But this brings me to another point.. It is clear form Ruja's emails (see the FBI documents) that the block-chain is a copy. And from earlier readings I understand it is a copy of Etherium technology (correct me if you think I am wrong). But then how is it possible that our KYC information is encrypted into this block-chain?.. Etherium never stated that it could do that or wanted to implement that into their technology.. So probably it must be a small unique code for every member in this Etherium copy block-chain that points to another database on other servers possibly, where our addresses, personal details and all our scanned color ID documents for KYC and KYB are stored .

My issue here is.. Is this database in the right hands now?.. Has it been in the past, looks like probably not.. ? What can be done with color scanned ID documents by bad intending third parties? Maybe the question should be "What cannot be done?" And of course what could the FBI intention be with it ones it gets its hands on it?

My guess is that 95% of the people posting on Igor's blog have not read the Fed documents, yet profess to know what they say and there is no way that Ruja, Konstantin and OC have done anything wrong and are guilty of the charges against them. The ostrich brigade is alive and well on his blog. Also the US Attorneys and the FBI don't know what they are doing and are a bunch of idiots that have been brainwashed believing all the lies that us "haters" have told them to take this action. As if we haven't heard all of this before. Deja Vu fill in the name of your Ponzi here (ASD, Zeek, Telexfree). The more things change the more they stay the same in Ponziland.

    Re: onecoin.eu ponzi scam

It was revealed today that Ruja Ignatova was initially indicted back in October of 2017, as the DOJ had enough evidence to present their OneCoin case before a grand jury. On October 12th, 2017, a New York grand jury indicted Ruja Ignatova on:
    •one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud;
•one count of wire fraud; and
•one count of money laundering conspiracy
The Indictment was sealed and just unsealed.
A superseding indictment was filed by the DOJ on February 6th, 2019, adding one count each of conspiracy to commit securities fraud and securities fraud. Link from DOJ coming soon.

This is the same time that Ruja was claimed to be out on maternity leave and left public view and has not been seen since. Later her disappearance was changed to extended maternity leave and then she had received death threats and was afraid for her life. The members bought it. In the DOJ docs they said that Ruja had been bale to infiltrate the investigation so she knew to get out of town before the US Feds came a'knockin on her door.

And the members bought the lies why she was no longer in public view, doing videos and doing seminars.

That right there speaks to the level of ignorance and “wanting to believe”.

Even if CEOs need to go on maternity leave, they don’t just completely vanish.

Can you imagine how much they were laughing at the members for believing it?

The DOJ has secured the detention of Konstantin by a judge today. He is next to be presented in the Southern District of New York, wherein he’ll be charged with one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud. The DOJ has sought Konstantin’s detainment pending trial, which means he will not be allowed bail if approved by the court. He is considered a high flight risk and that is why the judge issued the detainment order.

Best way forward in my opinion:

    Have a new management.
Get control of the money and allocate it to real development of OneCoin Ecosystem in case that is not the situation at the present moment.

I would strongly recommend that people avoid reading Igor Krnics' forum.

The level of stupidity and weird conspiracy theories is enough to cause permanent brain damage to anyone unlucky enough to stumble across it

I see it differently. They are a great educational tool to help others from becoming just like them. Once they get in one of the cult programs, they can't see the disconnect and outright lies and suspension of all logic, common sense, and rational thought; as they have bought into it. But before they can.

We are already seeing some of the ones who weren't as gung ho as the rabid members on his blog waking up to reality. The more that do the more the faithful double down on their pure hatred of us exposing OC. This is not sitting well with many there. They want the debate not brainwashing like they are trying to do. By the time they get to Ruja, they will realize OC is over and there isn't going to be any trading on an exchange or DealShaker platform as they were promised. The FB support groups are growing in numbers every day. All very encouraging signs. Besides they are just too much fun to play with at times. More fun than a human being should be allowed to have.
