Well, if our recent defender of Flexcom is indeed Micah Theard, I'd like him to explain an older networking connection of his. Lori Arzamendi, who Micah shared a giant check with (possibly Empower Network?) some 2-3 years ago. Lori, who was hit with selling unregistered securities by the State of Missouri in 2011.

There's a question I've been wondering to myself, regarding the very top or "inner" core of FlexKom (ie. Cengiz Ehliz et al.) or indeed Banners Broker or anything similar.

Lower down the ladder it's very plain to me that those jumping on board do really believe they're joining a workable system. Although they cascade and spread the deception, and increase the number of victims, I regard them as more guilty of naivety and business negligence than anything else.

But the guys at the top: do they really believe they have created a workable system? or do they jolly well know it's unworkable, but also know they can spin it for while, and certainly long enough to acquire for themselves a pretty sum in some tax haven somewhere?

In other words, are they criminal, or just stupid?

Of course, from a certain philosophic viewpoint, criminality and stupidity go hand in glove.

Perhaps the answer is that they think: "It might work, maybe not, but who cares, as long as it *looks like* it works, for long enough."

re: FlexKom aka Flexcom aka Weeconomy - legitimate MLM or scam ??

I guess it's a psychological thing. If you just keep telling lies all the time, it's just a matter of time before you actually start believing your own lies. I am really sure that there are enough people at the top of Flexkom who know that it is not quite a healty business they are running. Also, if you look at the resume of people like Ian Driscoll, Mark Stokes, Asker Sakinmaz, Chengiz Ehliz, Karl Roller; they just keep jumping on and on between pyramids and ponzi's.

But a lot (and I mean really a lot) of people really believe these guys. They sometimes even worship them. This must give these guys the idea that what they are doing is right. Why else would these people be so happy for them and their business?

But I do think that what these guys are doing is definitely criminal. They keep their eyes closed to all the victims they make. Remind you; for every person that is happy with the piramid scheme, there has to be at least 2 to up to whoever knows how many people who are unstatified with their investment in the scheme. That's because in order to make money off the piramid scheme, you have to recruit others. These others also have to recruit others. Well, you all know how the piramid schem works.

People lower down the ladder are not really criminal people in my opinion. At least, not for the fact that they believed the story told to them and paid money for it, or even recruiting others because they honestly believed that it would be a legit business. Maybe these people do have to get some lessons in business and psychology, so that they know that they were a bit naive and they do not fall for these scams again. Because I have met people who just kept falling for the same sort of scams. These people were in high debt and kept hoping for the golden egg, if they just paid the entrance fee for the scam. Then they'd believe that they make these huge amounts of money to pay off al their debts.

Does anyone know anything about Peter Grünewald ?

I work in IT, and I'm fairly used to looking up colleagues and CTO's on LinkedIn, etc

I wanted to assess his technical background to perhaps understand with more reality the "roll-out" of their phone app, and the infrastructure needed to support the POS terminals; but I can't find out anything about him that's not FlexKom related.

2004/2010 he was highly involved in other bankrupt concepts of the visionary mister Ehliz: Innoflex, Germanwys, IQ City, Lifestyle Club, Tivibo, …. I don’t think that mr. Grunewald has a glorious past in telecommunication.

Karl Roller (CEO Flexkom USA) seems to have jumped ship last weekend. Last weekend also happens to be the weekend that Flexkom had announced to go live in most EU countries. Unfortunally, nothing happened. No start of phase 3, grand opening whatsoever, no Flexkom shops opened, no nothing. Coincidence? I think not.

This seems so typical for recruiting schemes where the whole game is to get people excited and get their money. Then like magic, roll-out problems. Banners Broker is two years old, and it is always the next upgrade that will fix it. Rippln, ditto. BitBillions. Ditto and who knows how many other dittos. I hope people considering "opportunities" like this give this phenomenon some serious pause. It like a roach hotel for cash.

I'll let you guys watch the vid first. Maybe someone like justlogicnohate likes to comment to it first, before I'll explain why this is pure bullshit that mister Theard is telling you.

Oh yes, and the latest revelation; Asker Sakinmaz showing Flexkom LIVE in a single restaurant in Leipzig! Oh my god the POS 2, 3, 4, 5, or whatever number we come up now, is working! Apart from the fact that this is just a promotional video. But who cares?

It sounds fishy to me. Is there unlimited chain recruiting? I ask because we're doing an international petition against multilevel marketing at mlmpetition.com, hope all of you checked it.

In this modern internet age, with so many people mixing, it's very common to see "short-hand" spelling, or bad grammar, or just plain typos, and normally you just roll with it.

But I still think it's important when doing some kind of formal presentation to get these little details correct. If I were watching this video to help me decide if FlexKom were a good business to get into or not, it would bother me that this guy doesn't know the difference between "to" and "too" at 3:59.

@ Watsco, some questions (I can make a list of a few hundred...)
If it’s all working and customers are satisfied, why not opening more shops NOW?
Why is de launch of ‘Phase 3’ again delayed with months in France, Belgium, Netherlands, Ireland, etc.?
Why only a few POS devices in UK?
Why again a ‘pilot’? Why is the system noy yet completed (comment Driscoll)?
Why not publishing a list of ‘Flexkobi’ shops?
Why are Flexkom followers always checking the shops? You don’t believe Ehliz?
Let me guess, in Leipzig you visited Pizzeria Valentino and a famous Copy Shop?
Why not published that Karl Roller left Flexkom USA? Why he left after only a few months?

Below the latest news from a scammer. Quote: “possible the best model is that the GTM buy a terminal and lend it to the shop for free as a great way to let them see the power of the system”. And mr. Driscoll is not so happy with a competitor? But Flexkom always is saying they are a Blue Ocean Company...?

A Personal Message From Ian Driscoll

    “Hi Flexers,

A belated update as to the UK Market position. 30 + people who are Regional Coordinators went to Munich and saw Flexkom first hand. It was great for them to see the Munich Office and “ Touch the Building “ with the staff and owners.
Some people came a day early, some people stayed a day longer. It was great to see people from so many parts of the UK all together getting to know each other as we really are one big team that are all helping each other.

On the Saturday Peter Grunewald went through the technical parts re the App and of Registering a Trader and setting up his back office. Then he showed how easy it is to set the POS terminal by setting up the WLAN and coding the POS serial number into the Traders back office, it takes only around 10 mins to do that. Peter informed us they have 8 server banks in the Cloud and can now handle 8 BILLION transactions in one day ( WoW ). We then inform Flexkom and they activate the traders system and they show on the Flexapp map with all their details. I am not a techie at all really but once you are shown it is easy peasy lemon squeezy.

In the afternoon Rudi, who has been in the industry for 25 years, spoke with us on what was required of us to develop Flexkom for the UK Market. He explained the process and responsibility of the GTM, the Regional Coordinator, the Country Manager and the Flexkom Board. So it all of course starts with the Global Team Member assessing the areas where they live and working with guidance from the Regional Coordinator. I have been in Sales in one form or other for 25 years and Direct Sales for 10 years and the methods that Flexkom have implemented are incredible.

Saturday Evening was spent at our Hotel where we has a brilliant meal paid for by Flexkom, Lesley and I paid for the drinks for everyone and again it was so good to spend time with like minded people ( Even the tipsy ones hehehe! ).

Sunday we commenced @11.00 again with Rudi and I have to be honest he did something I have never seen before in that he said that he could not remember what we were told the day before and could we remind him. Well that sure showed us that we had not really taken in all the info from the day before, so it was very meaningful and sunk in better to do a recap on it. Simon and Adrian made sure their questions were answered and Frank got his shop in Leicester registered and “ On the Map “ the first of thousands in the UK and the world so well done to Frank !!!!

Then we had some fun because Rudi had both a video and telephone system so that we could role play with each other so that Kevin, Ron & Irfaan called me to make an appointment to come and see me for Flexkom. We could then replay that and pause to assess exactly what was happening. So of the shops we assess my goal is that we get 90% of those as our customers. We then role played on a video so people were in a shop helping to gather Flexkom customers for the shop owner. So Amsal and Jendrick were telling me about the benefits of becoming a Flexkom Customer of the shop and it was on video so that we could analyse exactly what the body language was saying and again it was so powerful when Rudi explained what was really happening as 90% of what we say does not come out of our mouths !!!!! Cengiz ended the session explaining how we should proceed to roll out the UK market and the plan is superb. We then departed to the Airport to return back to the UK with our heads buzzing.

Cengiz has again given us a special bonus as the Pioneers of Flexkom. He has allowed us to have 1,000 POS systems with a very special add on. That is that for the GTM that puts one into a business they will get the 20% of the allotted Flexkom income, but not only that we will receive another 20% from the Flexkom side FOR LIFE. So we have had delivered 70 POS systems with more to follow and they are all being taken by the people that attended Munich. We will have another delivery soon. The price for the 1,000 is at a very reduced price of €299 and that is for the UK including VAT £315 per POS. After those it will be €399 approx £410 for the whole FK system, and I have been saying at meetings for less than £450 and no one has a problem with that. So we have to have a sequence for a successful roll out and put simply it is this: We have lined up several Cities where we have shops ready in a close proximity so that there is a mix of different shops that can then bounce off each other being Newcastle, Manchester, Birmingham, Leicester and Bristol. Frank in Leicester has already had other business owners wanting to have the Flexkom system including a Night club so we are certain that is the correct strategy. If you have a business that is someone that you know and is a warm contact and they understand that this is the Pilot phase you can check they want a system, understanding that this is not the completed system yet but they have the advantage to gather Smart Phone customers first, which is great.

The Regional Coordinators in those areas must be informed and we have all the paperwork for that. Please do NOT call on businesses until you are trained on how to do that as we have a brilliant way of doing this. We are only looking for around 10% of the shops in an area to gather customers then it will be closed and the other shops in the area can be only Flexkom acceptance points and can`t give Apps or Cards away, as a reward to the first shops who became the Kobi’s. So that we, and the businesses, carry on with an increasing monthly income, without any dilution. If possible the best model is that the GTM buy a terminal and lend it to the shop for free as a great way to let them see the power of the system. So there will only ever be 7,200 GTM Licences in the UK with 15 – 20 GTM’s in a 200,000 population area of a Regional Coordinator working together. Info on that will be posted later. Working with the UK Flexkom team is certainly the best thing you can do right now.

There will always be other companies out there that are going to do this and going to do hat and the “ Best thing since sliced bread “ yada yada, but lets see if they prove it. The latest one is one that is supposedly hand in hand with another company that sells overpriced grams of gold, and now wants everyone to join that network also. They already have pitched Flexkom GTM’s with threats that if they didn’t join this company that sounds like a car horn, if they don’t join their downline will be stolen off them. The same threat will happen if they don’t join the gram of gold company. What a way to start a business headed up by a regime of greed and fear that people will be stolen from you as their track record shows even now. So to those people “ see ya sure wouldnt want to be ya “ I will post out more information as soon as we have more good Flexkom news. “

Let me guess. You somehow, in a mysterious way, forgot to take pictures with your smartphone and the only thing you have to show us is a promotional video made by the guy that is scamming you?

    Nevertheless, I'm sure that there will be a few shops which actually do accept this Flexkom system. With thousands and thousands of Flexkom sales reps that's just a matter of time before some shops fall for the scam. But that does not mean that;
    You will be making money
The shops will be making money
The system is working at all
Cengiz Ehliz and his buddy Asker Sakinmaz won't get away with all the money made off the entrance fee of all the sales reps

I hear Regional Coordinators and Sales Managers in the UK are leaving FlexKom and going with a new company called Bleep Xtra (Yes....ANOTHER start up. Duh!).

What happened to the 4 million customers as promoted in their sales materials?

What happened to the football club that ordered 500,000 cards?
Source: Flexkom - much more than a loyalty card | FlexKom 365

"And it’s still perfect to pitch to large organisations as well Football clubs need membership cards and season tickets. The difference with Flexkom is that they can create a major new revenue stream on top of the admission prices of their tickets and cards. Many English Rugby League clubs have already signed up, and the Rugby World Cup, hosted in the UK in 2013, have ordered 500,000 Flexkom admission cards that they can then turn into revenue generation machines for the future."

re: FlexKom aka Flexcom aka Weeconomy - legitimate MLM or scam ??

WILL THE FLEXKOM MODEL WORK FOR MOST LOCAL MERCHANTS?

How can they compete with the Big Box Shops like CVS who offer 20% discounts regularly to their Loyalty Card members. If a local pharmacy offers the same 20% discount to THEIR Loyalty Card members via the FlexKom platform, they will ALSO have to pay FlexKom an ADDITIONAL 20% (100% match). So, using the FlexKom platform, the Local Shop will ONLY receive 60 cents from a $1.00 purchase while CVS will receive 80 cents. Is this really a reasonable solution for our local shops and merchants who are trying to complete with the Big Box shops and Chain stores?

And those who choose to become franchisees are very well rewarded
Let’s say that a retailer offers a Flexkom discount of 10%. A further 10% of his payments using the discount go into the Flexkom network, and 20% of this network amount goes to the Global Franchise Partner who signed him up, plus other bonuses and pooled payments if the franchisee has assumed global rank and/or local responsibilities. One franchisee in Frankfurt recruited 137 outlets in one month.

With all due respect I appreciate what you guys do here. I am a critical business owner I have a lot to lose. My company currently have 30,000 accounts active in a very competitive environment. I am not hurting or in need. But I have been searching for this type of service for a while. It was in no way convenient for me to get over there.

I'm not interested in a he said she said.

I suggest people be careful when investing into anything. I would never join FlexKom without first seeing the stores and doing my own research.

I suggest you get your questions answered in a way you can actually confirm. Not from an anonymous guy online.

If you doubt do not invest

    Good luck
