The problem for Banners Broker members is that everything is academic.
There is no "stock"
There are no "banners"
Nobody knows who is behind Banners Broker or where they really are.
Over time people have come to accept there is a "Chris Smith" but, is there ???
This is not Zeek Rewards.
All the "members" have is a number of "names" and "addresses" any or all of which could be completely made up.
If I proposed that Banners Broker was being run by a group of computer savvy teenaged nerds on laptops from their bedrooms in Eastern Europe, who could "prove" me wrong ??
What single, rock solid, provable-in-court "fact" exists about Banners Broker, it's supposed business and/or the way it pays out ??
Other than a squillion "I got paid" posts what "proof" exists which would allow an investigative agency to bust Banners Broker tomorrow ??
This is not C.S.I. or N.C.I.S.
There is no magical computer genius out there able to track down a group of organized criminals determined to avoid detection within 40 minutes plus advert breaks.
What makes anyone think Banners Broker isn't a computer program running on "autopilot" and those behind it simply check in a few times a week to keep the troops motivated ??
Anyone who thinks that's not a possibility is just plain naive.
IM(very)HO, Banners Broker is simply going to slowly fade away and all the questions about taxes and payment processors and suing "uplines" will amount to nothing.
The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing
Nobody knows who is behind Banners Broker or where they really are.

I doubt it very much. Research is ongoing, but so far all I can ascertain is that he first appeared, in name, on the internet at the time BB came into being and that the only pictures of him anywhere online are those of him at BB gatherings.
It's beyond the realms of credibility to suggest that someone who has come up with a business that hit the ground running with massive profits from day 1 has no backstory in either computing or, is as claimed by BB, online marketing.

Funny thing is, they never talk about Chris Smith as if he were some sort of advertising mogul or industry insider. They do say that he is a "math genius" and came up with a set of equations that nobody has solved before, even going as far as saying that two other start-up programs tried the same thing and failed because they didn't have the secret recipe that Chris divined. Kul Josun refers to Chris as "our project manager", in one of the early videos from BB.
The read between the lines on statements like that are this thing is an elaborate money cycler, which it is. Nobody in the cult of BB will admit this, though, of course.

History tells us it's most likely there are only pimps, shills and those that really DO believe any of this is possible remaining actively involved now.
That's how this all works.
By process of natural selection, there's a hard core of people who have no idea about banners or advertising or making money in the real world.
There are only those who believe it's possible to make money for nothing.

"After spending many comical hours reading this thread I really have to add my thoughts on BB
Two good friends of mine have been involved with them for a while.
One of them was in almost from the start and has been receiving regular payouts and is happy to admit that BB is going to collapse soon as there is no product that he can see.
He is also happy that as long as he gets his money he cares nothing for those who will inevitably lose their money when BB goes belly up.
The other friend is more of the naive variety, has no idea how it works, is happy to click whatever buttons he is told to click to qualify his panels, thinks that his money is safe as it is in his ewallet, and he's been to a meeting so it must be genuine.
Unfortunately he is likely to lose money that he couldn't really afford to put into the system in the first place!
Neither of them have been willing, or able, to show me any sites where BB adverts are being shown even though they both have adverts supposedly running on the network.
One of them is running ads for his own business and as I host his site I am able to check the visitor logs quite carefully (with his permission). His stats from BB have impressions in the many thousands, his stats on my server show just under a thousand hits.
Five hundred or so are from the same IP address from a server in the Sudan!
Thirty or so are direct links from external sites, most of which show an error page when I try to view them, not that reassuring.
To check on the publisher part of BB I attempted to sign up and add some of my sites to their network. As others have said there was no way that I could find to get hold of the code needed, and when I emailed BB to try and get an answer was told that 'your sites are being reviewed for suitability'
As SirFlibble has accurately stated many times there is no trace of the BB ads on any independant sites anywhere on the internet. Searching for the unique part of their advertising code came up with less than 100 results on Google, not exactly confidence building is it?
Shame really as the idea is a winner... hang on, Google have already got that covered haven't they!"
"if they are giving the Banners Broker Mastercard,Banners Broker must be a real company." -BB member.

Yes I got banned from talkingbb a while ago, long before getting banned from Banners Broker. Mainly through my questioning of the system.Basically I came over as negative and they don't like their precious system being questioned. The other thing was my information on accounting and registering the business. For some reason they thought it might put affiliates off if I talked about tax they may have to pay.
I did get briefly allowed back in after Paul Brown acknowledged that Soozi Scoones was out of order to initially ban me. However, I soon fell foul of Soozi again when the issue of 'investment' word came up.
I did also briefly get in under a pseudonym (using an ip proxy) of PaulHamish but they sussed that out. There is now too much security to get in!it was hard biting my virtual tongue when in under that name!
To be honest a lot of the members there wind me up so it is probably for best that I cannot get in as I would end up going on a rant!
His stats from BB have impressions in the many thousands, his stats on my server show just under a thousand hits.
There's more and more hard data like this showing up now, similar to that guy I linked a few pages back who attempted to work with BB as a publisher. It's indefensible and beyond incriminating...nobody can argue their way out of examples like this.
I firmly believe that the top affiliates and the vast majority of "uplines" in general are acutely aware that BB is a farce, a lie, a scheme -- but they can't admit it. Nobody is that stupid. Evil and manipulative, yes. Stupid, no.
I read it as often as I can. I try not to post too much because I get too angry as you guys could tell previous. So I dont want to come across as a jerk anymore but I do talk to people in PM from time to time too
BB is dying. sorry for every1 that joined in the last 3-4 months, you probably wont get scratch and lose all you paid. i joined in that time frame myself, 155$ gone. Im not rich, this IS a loss for me, but I can live with it. I just feel bad for the people that went all in with thousands of dollars and wont see them again.
The read between the lines on statements like that are this thing is an elaborate money cycler, which it is. Nobody in the cult of BB will admit this, though, of course.
Given that Neil "snakes on a plane" Prendeville is a dj at the same radio station Mulcahy worked at and his business address matches that house, I'd say there's a pretty good chance it's the same guy....
Lol, just came across this defence of BB being a Ponzi on a LinkedIn forum
The essence of Ponzi is that one HAS to recruit to make money,
which is not the case in BB. Such schemes are illegal in Canada where
BB is based.
I find it laughable that they use the fact something is illegal as a defence! My response (although it is unlikely to be approved) was that Murder and Rape are also illegal. Do they not happen in Canada?

It is laughable and in the same time the obvious example od decadence. The Monty Paython's flying circus would make damn joking sketch out of it and - it could be the winner by Guinness World Records for the supreme stupidity...The essence of Ponzi....THE ESSENCE ... ...what a jerk
What legitimate company would terminate an investors account for making enquiries to their bank about something so innocuous? Smacks of BB not wanting members to have their bank account details.
