It is getting harder and harder for Don Quixote to keep coming up with new stories to tell in his updates the faithful will believe. His latest confirms he will carry this charade into 2022. Here's his latest nonsensical update, and I quote:

Now what is interesting about this latest update is that, according to Don Quixote, Crystal has to be happy with what she receives from major royal lawyer, or it is a no-go. Hmm, this is the same Crystal that we were told if the German Government did not agree to all of Crystal's demands, they could not continue to meet their financial obligations starting Jan 2020. Well, Germany did not meet Crystal's demands but somehow they just keep on meeting those financial obligations since Jan 2020.

Now would you believe that Crystal is going to have any better outcome with this endeavor than she has had with all her other so-called responsibilities over the last 15 years, that have accomplished absolutely NOTHING, NIL, NADA, ZILCH, ZERO, ZIP?

Now what is going to be interesting is to see if the few remaining faithful pony up the cash for Crystal's monthly stipend. And the idiocy continues from the deluded.

Here's the latest from the Cult of Don Quixote. This was penned by flash10. Seems Don Quixote is too busy trying to dream up his next "news" update that has some sense of plausibility to it to be bothered with these small details:

What I found interesting about this post was there wasn't the panic pleading for donations to support Crystal as has happened in the past when the monthly amount was not raised. Seems there aren't that many who still believe as they like to claim. It is hard to believe that anyone in this cult thinks Crystal has been doing a great job after all these years of constant failures. The sad part is things won't change in 2022 either. It will be we are close, but at the last moment there will be a snag that will prevent the payout from happening, and it will then be 2023 and the ruse will continue unless they stop sending Crystal money and they realize they have been had all these years. When you are in a cult it is hard to get out. This now going into its 16th year is living proof of this.

interesting that no wishing the members a Merry Christmas. At least she is now admitting she is the first payee, which we have known for a long time.

But her statement about her being an American farmer is in direct contrast to the claim that she was this successful businesswoman who lost her business due to her involvement in wanting to get the payments for the members of SI, her being homeless, penniless, living off friends for over 8+ years, and a whole host of other lies about her past. Here's what I mean and I quote:

This is now entering its 16th year with zero accomplishments, yet the elusive payments are just around the corner. Every year has been a slow paced progress, and this year will be no different. One has to wonder how much longer they can bleed the faithful with her monthly donation before they realize they've been had? It seems to be getting harder to come up with her monthly stipend. What is interesting is that Don Quixote has been quiet for the past 4 weeks as others have been doing the updates. Since it was reported that he had serious heart issues one has to wonder how he is doing health-wise.

Sadly this will still be claiming the payments will happen into 2022. I really do hope 2022 is the end of this lie and it ends.

Well, 2022 is off to a great start. Don Quixote has come out of hiding. It seems the slow progress is continuing. No wishing the members a Merry Christmas or a Happy New Year, but here's the exciting news to start 2022 off on the right foot, and I quote:

Before I comment on this chock full of important news and content, I want to preface it by posting what I said at the Legal Junkies thread.

Let me illustrate how gullible the cult members are of Don Quixote. Crystal could post: I single-handily managed the successful upgrade and deployment of a new environmental illumination system with zero cost, with zero cost overruns, and no safety incidents. Don Quixote, chancer, flash10, midastouch,and any other admin would all extoll how great Crystal is,how hard she is working for all the members, and this proves her value. The members would post congratulating her on her accomplishment and what a great job she is doing. When what she actually did was change a lightbulb.

This update from Don Quixote proves the point I was making. Think about this, the "Major Royal Lawyer," not just any lawyer, has a clerk that doesn't know how to use the telephone? But what is even crazier is that according to Don Quixote, the first call got through and Crystal and her lawyer are working on it, but how can this be? It took a second call to "clarify" what was said. How would they be able to work on the information from the first call if it didn't make any sense and required a second call to clarify? Guess the second call wasn't needed after all. It also means that the clerk didn't have any telephone skills cannot be true. Yet the faithful bought this load of tripe hook, line and sinker.

No update on what happened to the 2 US attorneys hired to work on SI, what happened to the female Major Royal Lawyer, what the status of the last petitions to every one of the German Members of Parliament and the Heads of each State of Germany, where and who has the package(s), when will they be delivered, etc.? You know the real items that need to be addressed.

2022 is going to be a very long year with these type of updates to the members. And Crystal still has not had one success at anything now into its 16th year, but she is doing an outstanding job and needs financial support for her hard work and successes. Hopefully the few remaining cult members will pull the plug on donations to Crystal so this will end this year. One can hope.

Well, a new update was posted but it was not from Don Quixote. Instead it was from Flash10, who is an admin on the cult forum. I am going to withhold making any comments about this update until I see if he does post part 2 tomorrow as promised. Here is what was posted today, and I quote:

Happy Belated Valentine's Day to all of you who celebrated the holiday.
Budi has given you the substance of the princeling's activities. As much as he has the "green light", the degree of secrecy involved with kingpin operations is costing them valuable time. Nevertheless, preparations are moving at good pace including a meeting location close to FP. The frontline said that while it appears that it will the princeling who will interface with FP and her attorney, it may or may not be an intermediary who makes the first communication move.
On the QC front, the info we had appears to not be entirely accurate. When FP connected with her attorney on Friday, as scheduled, it became clear that any message(s) received were not clearly enough directed as to be ones relating to FP and SI. So FP's attorney does not have any actable communication to which he can respond. Yes, it is very frustrating, however it appears that while the QC may be stumbling along, he has discussed the current circumstances with Milverton's attorney, and is now being highly pressured by the Milverton attorney to get the job done immediately, and personally if need be. It seems the Milverton attorney is highly motivated and far more interested in his share of the 10MM pounds than the QC is of his share. I don't know for sure, but if it is the Milverton attorney who is responsible for issuing the checks, he knows a whole lot of money is sitting at the end of his pen.
As a backdrop to the increased pressure from the Milverton attorney(s), it appears that Milverton, who is obviously unable to defend himself, is headed towards being the scapegoat for the kingpin's financial woes. This probably adds to the increased pressure to get the delivery done without hesitation so that whatever pressure the Milverton estate is/will be experiencing, won't interfere with those nice, large checks.
As a new and welcome front, a factor that has been of little importance for years has now pushed its way to the forefront of the frontline's thinking. I will go into it briefly here and spend a bit more time on it tomorrow to fill it out. In 2012, Milverton diverted our settlement agreement funds by supposedly only using them for 30 days as collateral to create bonds which were then sold to raise funds for the EU bailout. Evidently as much as about 6T worth of bonds. Those bonds will expire June 1 this year, and in two weeks, on March 1, a 90 Day notice will go out notifying all those involved of the June 1 expiration date. In brief, the funds used as collateral (our settlement funds) will then go into a process of being returned to the trustees who will then be responsible to pay back those funds to their rightful owners - us. The trustees will be required to follow the court orders, and you will be amazed at how justice will be served when you hear who will likely have to sign off on the payment process. More on this very positive development tomorrow.
We have received more funds from helpful members and are now only about $450 short of our goal. Thanks to those of you who have kept pushing us forward. Today is the 15th, but FP can hang in there another couple of days, so any last minute help you can offer will be able to go in with what has already been received. Thank you for your help!

Well, Flash10 has let all of the faithful, as well as all of us outsiders down. He has not posted his second update as promised. Chancer did make a post, but the content has not been made available yet for us outsiders to read. I will give Flash10 a few more days to post his promised update before commenting on his first update; as well as his second if he posts it.

Seems they are still short of their monthly stipend for Crystal. It is getting harder and harder for them to raise the money for her. The number of the faithful are dwindling, and no doubt nothing to show for the money they have been sending Crystal is not helping. Despite all the stories of great progress, successes, and great promises, not one thing has been accomplished or happened. Heck they can't even get the packages delivered after 4 years of trying.

Hopefully this nonsense will finally end this year. One can hope.

Still can't get that material to Crystal no matter what they do. The "Major Royal Lawyer has been stonewalling Crystal for over 6 months, but now it is different? Yeah, right!

It appears that Flash10 is not going to give all the exciting details in his second update like he promised the faithful. Guess he couldn't come up with anything that sounded remotely credible let alone provide any details promised. it is better not to say anything than spill the beans that you are full of it and everything you posted has been a lie.

Odd how the lady Major Royal Lawyer has totally disappeared from the scene. You would think since the "Major Royal Lawyer" could not perform, she would have been more than capable to step in and finish the task. Well in a real world that is what would have happened, but we are not dealing in the real world with this cast of so-called leaders. Don Quixote, Crystal, Flash10, chancer, midastouch couldn't lead a successful nap time in first grade. They are grasping at straws now to try and sound relevant and credible. I pray that his ends this year. It is getting painful to watch them exposing their senility and lies.

Well, after almost a whole month without an update, we got 2 for the price of one. Here is the latest from the gang that can't lie straight, and I quote:

No real change in news at this point, but I won't likely hear much until tomorrow or Monday. However, no news is good news. While the QC and the princeling haven't hit high gear and made contact yet, the frontline knows of no obstructions or issues that should hold them up other than what has already been mentioned. If you're frustrated that these guys aren't moving fast enough, you're not alone, but lean in through prayer and belief. Much gets accomplished at many levels as you operate in these arenas.
FP continues to operate with confidence and assurance and is looking forward to the current circumstances playing out. She is steadily working to keep the momentum going, and the details that will be coming out will add another layer of deep concern to all the players because of the level of intimate knowledge that will for the first time be revealed. Thankfully only Don Quixote and Flash10 can make this stuff up. Anyone still believing this tripe is beyond help and hope. Come July it will be 16 years since the SI Investment webiste went offline, never to return again. So this is how long this charade has been going on, and there is no sign Don Quixote and gang are willing to stop it. Hopefully they keep falling short of the monthly stipend for Crystal and it convinces them to stop. At the rate people are dying in the group or leaving, there aren't that many left of the "true believers." Sadly many went to their grave thinking the payment would happen for their heirs.

Well it seems that I have caused some major concernment with the faithful with one of my posts. Don Quixote and crew keep talking about Kingpin, who is supposed to be Jacob Rothschild, 4th Baron Rothschild. What the faithful didn't know was that Jacob Rothschild, 4th Baron Rothschild is 86. He has no knowledge of SI or anything about SI. Yet according to Don Quixote and crew he is in charge of getting the payments made. They also were not successful in getting Crystal her monthly stipend.

One of the major players and believers, Jerry Burling, aka pingman, died. Jerry was the one who pretended to be a prosecutor, a para legal, an attorney and I am sure I have left one of his personas out. Of course only a handful of people believed he was really any of the fake positions he claimed to be of course always posting as anonymous or guest. Sadly he died penniless, but he always believed the payments would happen.

To illustrate just how absurd the claims made by SI were, here's the most egregious of them all. The claim was that SI was investing in bank and capital debentures as well as derivatives. Their bank and capital debentures were receiving a 10% per day rate of return compounded. What no-one bothered to do was to figure out just what rate of return 10% per day compounded would equal per year. Before I disclose the rate of annual return, you should know that the highest annual rate of return ever recorded by an investment firm was 660%. This has never been done since, not even close. Now to what SI was claiming their annual rate of return was of 10% compounded equals over a 74,000% rate of return. And these people think it is going to pay them trillions of dollars.

But SI and Jungle Ventures (Parent company) were never registered and licensed anywhere. They claimed they were registered in Belize, but that was a lie. The founders of the company Sam Collins and Rafael Sosa were not real. They were fake names. Anyone spending 20 minutes doing real due diligence would have found all of this out. This is why this is so tragic that this ruse has been going now into its 16th year and people still believe there will be a payout. I pray this is finally the end since no new updates have been made since the exposure of Jacob Rothschild, 4th Baron Rothschild.

Well, a couple of days ago, Flash10 posted an update to the members. Here is what he posted, and I quote:

Ok, here is a bit of a summary, but laced with a bit more info on three fronts we are tracking closely.

The Milverton attorney's assistant (as a reminder, she is also an attorney) has indeed seen inside the QC's safe and spotted two packages that are identical. She has no doubt these are the packages intended for FP. Although a bit apprehensive about all the circumstances surrounding this particular endeavor, she is ready to go and waiting for the Milverton attorney to get the flight scheduled. All the aircraft are supposedly delivering people to and from the Davos summit which just ended, so let's see if things have opened up for travel next week. It is anticipated that this coming week they will have suitable trans-Atlantic aircraft and be on their way. The assistant has an US contact who is checking/confirming FP's attorney's address.

The princeling was supposedly having the repairs completed and the aircraft tested last week. Assuming they got all the parts they needed, and the test flight checked out, he and his group should be ready to go. It is possible they have already made the trip or are making it now. We'll wait to see what information comes in this weekend. The princeling's conversations with the Germans turned out to be unproductive with no new insight to gleaned from the German officials.

It looks like a bit of a race on these two fronts on which will get here sooner. We will see.

On the Poseck front, there is much going on. He was "out sick" all last week, so all the meetings that were scheduled with him for then have been rescheduled for this week. I doubt the delay has brought him any relief and on the ministries side has only fueled their concern and the intensity with which he will be grilled. While he was out sick there was a routine door lock changeover scheduled for some or all of the offices in his building. At least we know that his offices were on the schedule. So while he was away, his secret closet/storage area was opened for the lock change. Thousands of pages of documents were discovered. All were copied and are now being reviewed by the justice ministry, I believe, with the results and summaries of what was and is being discovered to be forwarded to the finance ministry and perhaps the chancellery itself.

Because he has a significant amount of knowledge about the players and actions involved in the SI case, his only hope of staying out of jail will be to fully cooperate. If not, he will likely have a list of charges filed against him that will probably put him away for most, if not all, of the rest of his life.

I will have a bit more on what are believed to be the kingpin's plans to deal with the bond issue and the Germans. He's almost out of time.
Keep leaning in. It's incredibly slow and hard to wait when it seems like we are this close, but FP is continuing to push us ahead.

I received an anonymous email that purportedly contained an update that was made by Don Quixote on 6/13, but since I could not verify the person sending it to me or the content is true, as it has not been poasted at Legal Junkies or from a trusted source, I am not going to post it here. If I get confirmation it is real, then I will. Let's just say it was just as crazy as the last two from Flash10. These last 2 posts from Flash10 defy credulity, but the faithful cult members are still buying it. incredible.

Notice that not a word was mentioned in this last update about anything that was claimed to have happened from his previous update at the end of May. Surely by now there would have been something great to report and at least one success; but not a peep nor will there be. It was as big of a lie as this last update. In the last 15 and 1/2 years there have been 112 filings made by Don Quixote and crew with varous authorities and courts, yet not ONE, zip, zilch, zero, nil, nada, none have ever been acted upon despite all the glorious claiims payments were closer than ever to being made. I only mention this because these last updates will be no different that all the other filings. And the idiocy continues unabated.

Memo to Don Quixote: Tying your shoelaces is more complex than buying an ice cream. Now we are back to the packages again, and as usual nothing will happen. But had to make it sound like the FP is doing something to get people to donate to her. Notice that once again nothing has been said or updated about all the exciting and wonderful things that were happening back in May that would have resulted in positive news; nor will there ever be because it was all a lie.

In my previous post I mentioned information that I had received, but I still have not been able to confirm 100% the information is correct. Let's just say the thrust of the update was to encourage the members to do a massive email campaign to the various German authorities. Remember, it has been claimed since day one that there were 35,000+ members in SI. In Don Quixote's group I think at most there were 3,000. On the SI webpage there were at most active around 1600 users. With all the exciting news of 2021 and this year, you would think the SI website would contain numerous press releases touting these accomplishments. Well you would think there would, but you would be wrong. There has not been one Press Release since 2019. The SI saga has not been updated in over 5 years. They are stil showing they are awaiting the award from the Hague Permanent Court of Arbitration, which is going to be a long, long, long, long wait since the court never took up the case to make a determination of an award. Several of the highly touted court cases that were filed have also gone MIA from the website. Get the feeling that they have abandoned the website all together? It's a ghost town of activity and visitors.

The only good news is the number of faithful are dwindling down. Sadly many due to the deaths of the faithful, but the number of living continues to fall. I pray that this is the last year of this idiotic saga that has been running for 16 years.

When you thought they couldn't get any more idiotic, they manage to outdo themselves This post from Flash10 proves they continue to outdo themselves, and I quote:

We'll see what happens there, but relative to his "run and hide" lifestyle for the last 6+ years, this is a big move. FP will very likely be waiting to connect with Simon's attorney should Simon actually make the move.
A lot more on the Poseck/Germany side of the equation, but that will come next.
We have received about $70 since the first payment went out. The first payment was over $1,000 by the way, well done. Thanks for helping chip away. Today is the 15th, but the transfer will not be initiated until Monday at this point. So if you can help FP push forward now, that would be terrific. Not one filing has been approved and it now exceeds over 110, she has had 4 different couriers that were charged with delivering the package(s) with zero results. and all the members of her silent army have also accomplished absolutely ZIP, ZILCH, ZERO, NIL, NADA, NOTHING. It is real simple: THIS IS A PONZI. THERE WILL NEVER, EVER BE A PAYOUT.

The lunacy continues unabated with no signs of ending. I truly feel for anyone who believes this latest load of BS as they are either delusional or in denial. Just think, in 2 more months we will be entering the 17th year of this saga and still no payments. You would think the faithful would finally get a clue it is not ever going to happen, but alas that is not the case.

Well, here we are 5 months later and no update from Don Quixote. Not even a Merry Christmas or Happy New Year wish for the members.

I hope this means they have finally decided to stop this charade and have put an end to this nonsense there will be a payout. One can hope. After all 16 years of promises and nothing to show for it one would think the faithful would have woken up and realized they have been scammed again. First by SI and secondly by Don Quixote and gang promising a payout. At least Crystal got over $100,000 from their donations over the years. Think it is time for the members to demand an audit of all the money they donated.

Well, after hoping they had tossed in the towel, alas that was not the case. They will keep beating this dead horse until either Don Quixote dies or they stop funding Crystal. Here's the latest and greatest update that was finally posted on the SI thread:

The German investigation squad have realised what circular funds means, funds go out and they come back.

Now they are endeavouring to understand what the many was used for.

Now that is something they certainly will not appreciate. The German court settlement agreement put in place that all funds moved under the agreement were deemed 'good, clean, cleared funds. The situation was hijacked! Funds accumulated from such operations as human trafficking, blood diamonds, mafia, drugs, etc., were 'cleaned' under the supervision of a German court judge! Funds went out of the escrow accounts and then huge amounts came in.

And there were the occasional account holder paid out to make it look above board.

The investigators now have no where else to go to get answers to their stacks of questions. Their only option now is First Payee. They have six names of appropriate experienced people and they are now seeking their availability and costs. They expect to have someone to make contact within about 30 days. They are getting to the pointy end of their investigations.

There you have it. Now all one has to do is try to decipher what the heck he is talking about. Notice, no mention of the "delivery" attorney that was to meet with Crystal over 6 months ago; which I knew would not be addressed. And the saga continues.
