Bogdan Fiedur (owner of scam & ponzi promoting site - Adlandpro)Threatening RS and Critics Again!!!

I just finished a 30 second phone call with Mr. Julian Weider, the lawyer for Bogdan Fiedur. He is the most arrogant, rude man I have ever had the displeasure of speaking with. He angrily responded that Bogdan Fiedur's threatening letter was not addressed to me. No kidding! It did demand that Path2prosperity write an apology and post it here on RS. It also complained specifically of posts on this site. I told him I was one of the admins and had full editorial control and would not allow an apology letter to stay up. He refused to discuss anything with me and told me to write a letter and then slammed down the phone. You can bet I will.

I think it would be quite nice if everyone who disapproves of Bogdan's tactics write a letter and ring the incredibly arrogant and rude solicitor Bogdan is using.

So, threatening pensioners on behalf of a site owner whose site promotes ponzi schemes and other scams is part of that expertise. Refusing to talk to the administrator of the site where the supposedly problematic posts are hosted and where some coerced apology letter is supposed to be posted is also good practice in conflict resolution. This clown doesn't seem to grasp he is stuck dealing with the administrators of RS. And, we don't cater to scammers!

NEWSFLASH!!! UK doesn't administer in "The Colonies" and hasn't since the 18th Century,(hint, this is the 21st Century!)

I fail to see what is defamatory about holding and stating the opinion that Bogdan Fiedur owns and runs an internet advertising forum which permits the promotion of fraudulent financial schemes, schemes that promote the sale of unregistered securities and ponzi schemes, amongst others. I also fail to see what is defamatory in holding and stating the opinion that the same Bodgan Fiedur is perfectly aware of the nature of the schemes advertised and promoted on his site over the many years of its existence.

It is quite amazing that a partner of Howard Kennedy would even consider writing such a stupid letter. The usual procedure a case like this is to warn the client that the defence of "fair comment" may leave them with no case and even open to prosecution because of the criminal nature of the content of his site.

Oh well, I guess the practice of law in Cavendish Square ain't what it used to be.

It is not often that I enter the field as peacemaker but on this occasion, I think that we should take a few steps backwards and reflect.

When I received a copy of Julian Weiner’s letter, I giggled and I was on the point of tearing it up but I saw Lynne was on SKYPE. sent him a copy. Lynne (unlike Mr Weiner) knew the nature of the “Boggie Beast.” I wrote to The Senior Partner of Howard Kennedy in good faith and I spent £5 to have the documents registered.

I have put my money where my mouth is to discuss the matter with Mr Weiner, so I am not going to communicate with Mr Weiner again unless he initiates the contact. The man has a difficult decision to make. If he issues proceedings against me, he can not get the posts which I have made about Bogdan Fiedur removed from your site. If he issues proceedings against you, he will not get me to remove comments from my site. What on earth can he do other than to find a legal way of telling Boggie Bogden to “get knotted?”

American law is Ancient Greek to me. Most British humour is reputed to get lost when it crosses the Atlantic so Mr Weiner is not going to find it easy to work out “who is screwing whom in Bogdon’s corner of cyberspace.”

I have had business dealings with one of Bogdan’s British members, who has set up a forum with the name “Ex Adlander’s. I hope that Soapboxmum will start a thread inviting RS members to join Ex-Adlanders and promote their business opportunities there. I recommend this person as “The Best of British” in his chosen profession (which is web hosting.) RS Members can decide, if they wish to host their sites with the webmaster of Ex-Adlanders. I consider it to be a very good business deal.

I have commented unfavourably on another British member (Roger Macdavitt.) He is also self employed. He denies being one of Bogdan’s forum moderators. I do not believe that is true but unless the man has the spherical objects to deny it here or in the Ex-Adlander’s forum, I will continue to make “Sir Roger The Lodger Jokes” here. Perhaps we could open a thread on the insalubrious programs which have been promoted by Sir Roger The Lodger The S-D in RS. Has he stated that he earned enough to take him above the threshold for VAT?

If there is evidence that any self employed British member of Adlandpro has earned enough from their profession with additional income from Fiedur’s to be above the threshold for VAT , I will pass the information on to HM Customs and Exxcise who have more powers that The Police in UK.

If Soapboxmum would admit that she got her knickers in a twist over her first encounter with Julian Weiner, I do not think that we will hear from him again. I have nothing more to say to Boggie Bogdon other than “Cary On fulminating."

I am off to Ex Adlanders to post about a way to make money from money laundering and Dr Mara’s Kickers but I need a fag and a cuppa first.

Since Bogdan is complaining about posts on this site and expects that P2P will be posting an apology on this site, you bet I expected that lawyer to communicate with me in a professional and reasonable manner. Hanging up on me landed him on this thread. I hope he and his firm enjoy the publicity they are getting from their connection with the Bogmiester!!!

He should be aware that both his client and those horrible nasty forum people at Real Scam are North American and that he can't DEMAND anything from them as it out of his jurisdiction. Now he has a thread all about his rude behaviour too - that'll be good for his firm, Howard Kennedy's, reputation. lol (Reminds me of a certain texan attorney who got tied up with a second tier AdSurfDaily scammer called called Bob Guenther - right Mr. Barry Friedman?)

Howard Kennedy has a solicitor that is completely lacking in common sense. What could have been a friendly, productive and private talk is now this thread. Since Julian Weider obviously has no clue who his client really is perhaps he could start by reading the incredibly informative posts of our good friend Patrick Pretty. ASD is just one of the many scams heavily promoted on Adlandpro. I don't have time for a formal letter today. An e-mail linking this thread and the response Bogdan's RealScam should be a good start.

He is right that the letter was not to you so to discuss this with you would be wrong....
He can't use a phone conversation in court....So he wants you to write to him....
He can't bill Bogan for the phone time with you....He can bill Bogan for a reply to your letter....

Absolutely, he would rather have things in writing. I sent the law firm an e-mail and thanked Mr. Weider for hanging up on me and refusing to discuss the matter. He can't discuss certain matters as they pertain to his client, but the fact I am one of 3 people that have editorial control on this site is an issue. The letter complained of posts on this site. The letter also demanded that P2P post an apology letter here. I told him I would not allow such a letter to stay up. That is certainly an issue he should have been wanting more information about and be willing to discuss. His client, Bogdan Fiedur, needs to know that the recipient of that hideous letter cannot comply with the demands therein.

I don't know about across the pond, but I can tell you from tens of thousands of dollars of personal experience that lawyers do bill for phone time (every second of it). If they sneeze in response to your case, you can be dang sure you will be billed for it. Please note I am not complaining as the attorneys I have been fortunate enough to work with have always been first rate, very reasonable on the fees and I respect them completely. I have been so blessed to have had them represent me. I can't thank them enough and I would have loved to have made case law with them. The SJ Motion written for my case is absolutely brilliant. But, I digress. I do highly recommend that anyone that has been ripped of in a scam on Adlandpro or that has other issues with Fiedur let his attorney know.

In my limited experience many lawyers write a letter for a client after receiving a retainer and have not done any checking into the situation at all. Mr. Weider might very well have written a letter as instructed by Boggy and have no clue who his client really is or what the charmer has been up to. So, I have nothing against this fine lawyer. Bogdan is the goon that decided to threaten and harass folks and he needs have a knot in his tail to be sure!!! I have watched with great amusement as attorneys have fired their clients such as it is. Remember Tim Darnell sent me a threatening letter from a highly respected law firm actually based in New York. When that lawyer in the Dallas office was informed about Darnell's many antics he dropped him like a hot potato. So, I got a huge laugh and it cost scammer boy $2,500.00. Classic!!! The question is how long before Mr. Weider fires Bogdan.

You get what you pay for SBM. Bogdan paid for the 30sec conversation with his solicitor. I wonder how much Bogdan paid him to write a letter to me? He can write again, if he wants. I agree...But in this case Bogan is his client and Julian is acting for him against Judy and not you....So I would question if he can bill Bogan for time talking to you on the phone....

Billing Bogan for time dealing with letters from you regarding this case is another story since demands are being made on real scam to remove posts and you represent RS........
Fairly obvious here that this law firm is not some small operation set up in the spare bedroom so nothing would be cheap with them....
It would have to cost Bogan at least 100pounds(US$155) for a letter of reply from Julian....I'd guestimate 300-500pound an hour for their time....Even more in court...

I'd suggest to keep the snail mail flowing and keep costing Bogan money.....
Also be worth keeping tab on all costs incurred by both you and Judy including mail, phone and time for use at a later date when claiming costs....

If Boggie offered any Howard Kennedy partner or employee free advertising on Adlandpro, for the next six years, would they be likely to accept? Is there a single service, which anybody in their firm would buy? Would any of them let a son or daughter join F5millionairesclub or advertise a business on Kathleen Van Beenkom's free advertising page? Would they accept an invitation to be friends with "Sir Roger" McDavitt a nomination to be Adland's Person of the Week, send the terminally ill Felicia any money to help her pay her medical bills or sign up for a degree in computer science with PowerofIncome4Life?

The most probable explanation for this farce is that Mr Weiner's secretary made a mistake whilst typing the date. I am sure that he intended to date the letter 01-04-2012. I am happy to end the matter with The words

The Rowleys are awaiting a ruling on their motion to have the suit dismissed, saying they never accepted Dimmick's offer of money and even if they had, their consent would have been given under duress.

According to the paper, Dimmick, who was being pursued by police, entered the Rowleys' home and confronted them at knifepoint.

A neighbour said the couple gained his trust by eating snacks and drinking soft drinks with him while watching the movie Patch Adams, then fled when he fell asleep.

Dimmick was convicted of four felonies, including two counts of kidnapping, and is currently being held in Colorado on a murder charge, the paper said.

The Rowleys have filed a suit against Dimmick seeking civil damages in excess of $75,000.

I hope that Me Weiner is vindicated despite his association with the wrong people when he entered Boggie's corner of cyberspace I would hang out the flags in Cavendish Square, if he could get Customs and Excise to deliver gems of information from Boggie's computers to his offices

Now that would have impressed the one filing such a complaint but I am guessing as mentioned above, they are not cheap!! Yes, they will charge for everything they breathe about over this, including your phone call SBM. Somehow it will be figured into the cost you can bet on that. I know it is different in the States but I have worked for attorneys where everyone in the office had to account for EACH MINUTE OF EACH DAY using a form to list your activities. Yes, the firm's attorneys had to do the same! So how many letters is this distinquished J.Welder going to take time to read against his client?? Poor secretary will have to go through them but her salary should be fairly expensive also. Let's do it!!! He should love the Fiedur Fan Mail!

Perhaps someone can translate this International legal lingo. What is "Get Knotted" in "lawyer speak." If we could have it translated into Polish, Spanish, Russian, Arabic and Mandarin Chinese that would help.

If you can speak Africaans the word "Footsack" does not need translating. It would be very helpful if anybody who could yell the Zulu word for snake at the top of his or her lungs and add sound to the link, that would sound brilliant on scam busting jungle drums
