That is the problem with the "Innocent by reason of insanity" plea. It should rather be "guilty but insane" to prevent perpetrators of violence from walking free based on the often faulty findings of behavioral scientist whose training is based on theory. Society really doesn't need people like her, Casey Anthony, or O.J.Simpson swimming in the gene pool...!
