Grace Christian Church in Michigan is led by Tim Darnell supporters and former Advantage Conferences' reps Jerry Weinzierl and his smart aleck son Aaron Weinzierl. When I wrote about the harm that scam had done to hundreds of families and asked why they accepted a $7,000.00 refund when the other reps didn't get a dime, they responded with Google ads threatening me with a lawsuit.

Aaron and Jerry Weinzierl posted quite extensively on Scam. When they realized just how dishonest and sleazy they looked, they or someone on their behalf threatened or bribed George Dranichak to remove the truthful threads about them. Fascinating debate!
There are so many burning questions. How could Jerry and Aaron Weinzierl and Alan Tannous accept refunds of $7,000.00 when no other reps had that option. That is totally predatory and deceptive business practice. Every rep that paid the $10,000.00 should have gotten a $7,000.00 refund as well.
Jack Weinzierl was in Michigan when Advantage Conferences filed an identical, groundless harassment suit against against the Better Business Bureau of Dallas in the summer of 2006. Advantage Conferences was losing the case in Dallas and decided to pull another stunt in desperation. It was abuse of process and should have resulted in sanctions being imposed by both courts.
Notice how Jack, Jerry and Aaron will not honestly answer my questions and tell us who found the attorney, delivered the documents and most importantly who paid the attorney. The attorney in Michigan got a call from the Dallas BBB's attorney and the case was left to languish as it could not legally be pursued. Filing this identical case was a sleazy tactic on Tim Darnell's part to be sure. How in the h3!! would Jack's brother Jerry's hometown court in Macomb County Michigan have jurisdiction over the BBB branch in Dallas, TX??? Just what do Jerry and Aaron Weinzierl know about this? Why isn't Jack honestly admitting who is behind this?
I will not stop hammering until these alleged men of God share the truth about that.
