I don't think I will ever fully understand the criteria that the regulatory agencies employ to decide which SCAM to shut down next. As satisfying as it may be to see them jump all over a relatively small scheme that has "only" made off with $1.4 million, it is frustrating to watch so many larger more ultimately damaging SCAMS slog on for years untouched.
