Season's Greetings Everyone,
Support Issues
Although the majority of our members have had no support issues,
there are about 5% who did and this has taken John away from more
important programming functions. On Saturday he advised me that
he would not be available until Monday morning.
As I look at the support center I see 9 open support tickets and 84
closed tickets, most of which have to do with login and/or password
issues.
DO NOT SUBMIT DUPLICATE SUPPORT TICKETS!
Yesterday John has asked me to forward this message to the members.....
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Ken,
In your next email to the group would you please let them know that the
email the tickets are being sent from is not monitored and they need to
create a ticket or reply/comment on the ticket they received by clicking
the link at the bottom of the page. It is getting way to confusing when I
see a ticket from someone and then see emails from those people as well.
I will be out Sunday from about 8:15A – 3:30P PST with Church. Monday
I am running my wife, son and his family to the airport so will be gone till
mid afternoon my time.
John

I expect to receive another update from John tomorrow which I will
forward to the members.
Member Questions/Comments
Question - I do need a bit more clarification that I'm hoping you can
clear up for me right now, please. As I mentioned earlier, I'd like to
participate in all of the levels to their max (5 stages in each level),
because I desperately need the money - and this program looks very
exciting to help others, as well. However, I don't want to put myself
in a bind where I wouldn't have the money as quickly as needed - to
send the money to whom I need to send to. So, I guess my question
is this: If I participate in all the levels to the max straight away, would
I be collecting enough fast enough from my donators for me to donate
to my next person on the next level? You may have covered this, but I
cannot remember if you did, has there been a time limit mentioned to
how quickly we are to send our donations? I hope I'm making sense. I
would need to receive the money from my donators in order to send to
my next person that I need to donate to.
Answer - When you receive instructions to send a donation you must
contact the receiving member within 48 hours. You will then make the
arrangement to send your donation. As soon as the receiving member
verifies that he or she has received your funds you will be partnered
with 2 fellow members who will send their donations to you. We are
allowing 2 weeks for this process of sending 1 donation and receiving
2 donations to be completed.
The most important question in your message is this.....
"If I participate in all the levels to the max straight away, would I be
collecting enough fast enough from my donators for me to donate to
my next person on the next level?"
Here is what you and every member must understand. Those who wish
to participate in all 5 levels right away must be prepared to send the
following donations right away.....
Feeder Level-------------------$50
Freshman Level---------------$100
Sophomore Level-------------$250
Junior Level-------------------$500
Senior Level-------------------$1000
Total----------------------------$1900
If you are not able to send a total of $1900 right away you should not be
participating in all 5 levels right away. Instead, you should select only
the levels that you are prepared to fund right away. To be crystal clear,
our model is designed to help each and every member generate a very
substantial monthly income stream. The journey begins with a very
affordable entry level of only $50 and it allows our members to proceed
to subsequent levels as slowly or as quickly as they wish. However, each
member must select only the levels that they are able to fund right away.
You must first send 1 donation before you are able to receive 2 donations
and this applies to all 5 levels.
Question - I seem to remember in one of your Q&A emails that you
indicated if I sign up under my sponsor and I want to upgrade to another
level and my sponsor doesn't want to upgrade, when I upgrade I will get
another sponsor to exchange payments with. Then when my original
sponsor upgrades to whatever level I am in, then any future payments in
that level will go to my original sponsor. Am I correct? Thanks, Richard
Answer - You will get "another sponsor". Each member has only one sponsor.
When you upgrade to a higher level than your sponsor, you will send your
donation to the fellow member who is next in line to receive a donation at
that level. For example, when we begin to send donation instructions let's
assume that you wish to participate in the Feeder Level ($50), the Freshman
Level ($100) and the Sophomore Level ($250) during the first month. However,
your sponsor chooses to participate in only the Feeder Level. You will send
your $50 donation to your sponsor and your $100 and $250 donations will
be sent to the fellow members who are next in line to receive donations at
those levels. You will not be sending to your sponsor until he or she decides
to participate in the higher levels.
Comment - Please keep those of us updated even though they have not yet
registered yet. Thanking you in advance. Frances
Response - As I stated in my last update - "This will be my last update that is
being sent to the old database." As members register at the new website they
will be added to the new database. The only members who will continue to
receive updates are those in the new database.
Question - When we'll be able to see the members we sponsored in the back
office? Also when will we start sending and received? Very excited! Sam
Answer - John was expecting to create a sponsor page last week. However, as
mentioned above, the support issues have taken him away from this and other
programming tasks. In an earlier update I suggested that our active members
should be contacting everyone they have invited to the club to make sure they
have registered successfully.
Question - I have recently joined this group and I am looking forward to seeing
us launch soon. I have a few questions if you can help. I understand there will be
several choices to gift our donations and receive them. Do we need to set them all
up? Because what if I accept Paypay for instance and the member assigned to me
doesn't. Also, if we don't receive our gifts, do we contact the company? Finally,
will we be holding live or recorded webinars to help new members understand
how to get started and updates? Thanks, Keith
Answer - Have you discussed these questions with your sponsor? I understand that
you are a new member but I am hoping your sponsor can provide some assistance
with your questions. Our active members are well rewarded for inviting other like-
minded members to the community. Therefore, we expect them to provide support
to their invited members. There will be an thorough discussion about the donation
process as we get closer to its implementation.
Comment - I have a few friends that would like to join us. Please send the
step-by-step instructions that they need to register their at the website.
Thanks - Chris
Response - Here is the message you would send to new member John
Smith who has reviewed our Overview and FAQ pages and wants to
become a member....
