Have you ever met anyone who would do anything for money? Then you already know Solicitor William Ross Gilmour of Brampton, Ontario (A suburb of Toronto). Not only is the man a government stooge Solicitor William Gilmour in Toronto is Government Informant - WhosaRat.com but at any given time he represents and hustles some fraudulent investment scheme, during which time he skillfully collects information on investors and after he gets you to invest in one of his schemes, he will tell you that one of the partners embezzled or spent the money and since he has terminal cancer, getting the police involved will only cause all the other investors to be scrutinized and audited. He advises that the only thing left to salvage from the deal is a tax write-off. About half of the investors will go along with his "sincere and friendly advice". Those that want to bring in the coppers will be handled in a much different way... Bill turns into the Good Samaritan and will say "Because of our friendship which I value quite a bit, I will reimburse you for your loss" He then makes them sign non-disclosure agreements and begins to make installment payments that will last 5-10 years, but as soon as the statute of limitations expire for the fraud, so do his payments! So overall he may pay back $30,000 of the $100,000 he stole, but in the end he still profits 70% with total protection against prosecution. His schemes range from Florida resort projects, a golf course in Korea and another in China, and a number of MLM schemes in foreign countries where he makes sure the contracts are signed with foreign jurisdictions.

He also tries to learn all your financial secrets and will try to get you to cheat on your spouse with some really hot babe or guy so if you ever make any waves for him, he will blackmail you into silence. And even if you do manage to get a cop to believe you, as soon as you try to file a police report some cop in administration will recognize that this is the very same William Gilmour that represents the Peel Police Department and guess what happens to your complaint?

One of his favorites scams is to say one of his clients was sent off to prison and he knows where his stash of $1 million in drugs is secreted, but he will need $100K to pay off his client's partner to get access. He "guarantees" a $500,000 ROI to the victim to be a silent partner and just put up the $100K. Once paid, Bill will disappear for a week or two and have a friend call the investor in an official voice claiming to be with Interpol and asking why Gilmour's phone had his/her number on it. This is designed to shake up and worry the mark that he may be connected to some drug deal. After Gilmour surfaces again, he will tell the investor he got "busted" or "jacked" for the drugs which were taken from them so they are both at least lucky to be alive, since those who stole the drugs were either really bad crooked cops or some bikers. At this point the investor just wants a total disconnect from Gilmour, and Bill pockets the $100K. He is full of creative schemes, so if you cross paths with the man keep walking. If you make the mistake of shaking his hand, count your fingers before taking another step.

My research on this matter reveals two interesting things... Here are FACTS based on official law society and Ontario court exhibits... Gilmour (before he was bought) sent the below letter to FBI Director Mueller and Senator Hillary Clinton. This was admirable and it appears he was going to be a bulldog on the case. However after sending this letter with video evidence of FBI corruption, something strange happens. Gilmour is arrested in Brampton, Ontario for child abuse (six years after the RCMP asked him to resign or be fired for shooting and unarmed teen in the back). Details of the shooting are sealed and a gag order was issued. Gilmour's arrest was on August 14, 2001 and the case was filed at the Tom Davis Courthouse. in Brampton. Because Gilmour represented the Peel Police Department at the time, he managed to get the court file sealed in exchange for cutting a deal with the American feds.

After you read the law society complaint you will see precisely how he sabotaged his own client and told the court he allegedly "misplaced" the very video he sent to Mueller and a hand-written letter from a key eye-witness who helped VP Cheney commit the criminal act of insider trading with Enron. You will also find indisputable evidence in the law society complaint that Gilmour committed perjury in Ohio, and how easy he was able to get away with it and why.

Umm, most of that is in my Public Profile here at RS, LoL. Well, except that I was never an officer. Perhaps you should find another PI for this. Also, a vast majority of my posts on numerous forums have absolutely nothing to do with politics. In fact, this thread has nothing to do with politics either.

And let us know when, if ever, you manage to post up some actual court documents, or responses even, for you various conspiracy theories. Something besides all this 'blog' stuff that you supposedly mailed to people that likely ended up in file #13.

I guess nomaxim did not notice that the above letter is marked as a court "Exhibit" which makes it an official court legal document. There are 27 more such court archives available many of which are cited in the Law Society complaint. I think I will choose to believe 19 witnesses and and those who give sworn statements under oath like Attorney David Wolkenstein. P.I. If Gilmour was an honest lawyer he could have filed the same claim in Ontario Courts (check the law before you even try to say otherwise). But if he filed the claim in Ontario - guess what? Gorcyca and 3 other Canadian witnesses would have been able to expose the perjury of Gilmour. Your photos of judges proves absolutely nothing. I prefer to read the transcripts and sworn statements of 19 witnesses and a thorough 11 page report of Private Investigator Ed Reiken. An you clearly ignored the retainer agreement that bears the original signature of Bill Gilmour - the one he swore under oath that he never made with Gorcyca. THIS IS AN EXHIBIT IN THE LAW SOCIETY COMPLAINT.

Holy **** Batman! I just now read the entire Law Society complaint and cannot believe this man is allowed within 100 yards of a courtroom. Did you see the fax from the Miami lawyer Konski?! I also find it a little bit more than coincidental that he represents both Gorcyca and Ingvaldsen and then both witnesses are not allowed to come back to Canada because of Gilmour.

Now here is my take on this, and remember, Gorcyca only went free because he filed his own habeas corpus motion with Chief Justice Lesage, after Gilmour refused to do it. How coour and presented tme this Wolkenstein affidavit was not obtained by Gilmour and presented to the Canadian court? Why did he obviously not want to find witness Kim? Based on the letter he sent to the FBI director in 2001, how can he tell the Court of Appeals in 2002 that he "misplaced" the video and audio tapes and the hand written letter from witness Gonyou that talks about the Enron deals? And of course, look at the stuff the P.I. guy was able to find out with simple phone calls. How come Gilmour did find out this stuff. And I think I would have subpoenaed this Law Professor as a witness wouldn't you? I think the affidavits of Arnold, Sanchez, and Stone speak for themselves. Lastly, if Gilmour was the one to arrange a meeting with 4 FBI guys, why did he refuse to be a witness and scratch his name off the agreement? If it was a bad agreement why would he lest his client sign it. Also the wife pointed out, there is zero evidence that Gilmour was ever hired by her to do anything. Did you guys notice that he did not even show up in court for two hearings and one of those times is because he was in jail himself! Even though he got the court file sealed, the arrest record is still public. He was arrested in Brampton for child abuse on August 14th, 2001 and thatis why he failed to appear for Gorcyca's hearing. You can't be in jail and a courthouse at the same time.

Here below I think Is some proof the guy's lawyer was deliberately selling him out. We got the below from the court files and apparently there were 2 Law Society complaints against Gilmour and it turns out that the lawyer was ignoring calls from the new media and not even telling his client that interviews were being requested. Anyone who read the Law Society complaint should read the two page letter from the Toronto Law Professor and the 11 page report from Private Investigator Ed Reiken. This whole case stinks of corruption. Gorcyca was never allowed to testify about the crimes of American Financial Group nor all the drug smuggling being done by U.S. officials including Jeb Bush and FBI agent Terry Nelson. They shut him down completely. What was on the note he wanted to pass to the judge after she would not let him speak in the courtroom?

As for Gilmour's arrest for child abuse you need to call the Peel Regional Police Department in Mississauga, Ontario and ask for the records division. They will fax you a form to fill out and send back. They will charge you $10 per arrest record. The sealed court file is at the Tom Davis Courthouse on Highway 10 in Brampton but there is nothing to see other than the name of the judge who ordered the file be sealed, and a copy of her order. Or just call any criminal lawyer in Brampton (not a big city) and they will probably know about this incident since Gilmour once represented the local police department.

Most all the other stuff is available in the Ontario Superior Court and the Obtario Court of Appeals based on the stamps and case numbers I am seeing on some of the Law Society exhibits. Right now I busy reading this stuff:

Actually, it doesn't appear that he did any time for 'Fraud' at all in the US, at least per records on PACER. PACER shows he was never charged with 'Fraud' but with 'Tax Evasion'. However there is more info from the SEC in regards to a case in Panama.
This matter appears to involve at least two (2) cases in the US and one (1) in Panama.

Per the docs he was sentenced to 30 months, $60,000 fine USD, three (3) years of supervised release, and ordered to pay restitution to the IRS, amount to be determined by the IRS, for tax evasion for 1999, 2000, and 2001.

He began his incarceration on 16OCT2003 at the Miami Federal Prison Camp;

This last bit points out that Mr. Chism was fined $2.158 million in Panama and then references his 'tax evasion' criminal case (Case #03-20117).

As to the civil case (Case #02-22198) it finally wound up in early 2005 (430 documents, lord knows how many total pages). There are two (2) 'Final Judgements'.
One is on 28MAR2005 against Mr. Siegel showing the usual restrictions and finding him liable for disgorgement (with interest) in the amount of $3,167,160.

Call Gilmour directly in Brampton and ask him straight away if he was arrested on August 14th, 2001 for child abuse, or if he didn't try to sell Gorcyca's files to 3 different lawyers for $50,000 each (Those three lawyers represented victims of Ed Chism's American Financial Group) As him to explain the above statements from witness Andy Kim - a guy claims he could not find in 4 weeks even though he was provided the mans work and home address! If you take the time to read the Law Society complaint it will take you a full hour to do so along with all those exhibits that show beyond any doubt that Gilmour perjured himself and extorted the guy's family based on what the three eye witnesses (Stone, Arnold, and Sanchez) swore under oath that confirms what Gorcyca and his wife swore out in their complaint. A lawyer who doesn't show up for court dates and gets caught trying to sell confidential client files to people in other countries for $50,000 and himself gets arrested for child abuse shows a lack of integrity and honesty. Regarding your comments about Chism, I was able to confirm his 8 month "prison term" at Eglin Air Force base and this link confirms that his sentence was 30 months but federal sentencing guidelines show that really means an 8-15 month sentence, and the U.S. Parole and Probation office in Miami confirmed he walked free after 8 months. You can call yourself to (305) 523-5300 or spend the five bucks like Canadian explained to get the exact dates from the online courthouse records. As No Maxim pointed out he did get early release/. What lawyer is not going to censor his own client in court when he was instructed to call 5 witnesses, to all Gorcyca to testify and get the Wolkenstein affidavit before the courts and failed to do as he was instructed - verbally and in in writing? He made a choice to keep his client gagged even though he had a legal obligation to follow the instructions of his client. IMO he was definitely in on the cover-up or that Child abuse arrest case would not be sealed today. That was a reward for his "cooperation".

I also called Vic Richards at Big Brute motorcycles and heard another horror story about Gilmour straight from the horse's mouth and gave me yet the name of another client that Gilmour exploited and that victim actually recorded Gilmour trying to extort him. I am trying to get him to send me a copy of the recording but he is an older guy who is not too computer savvy. Lawyer Konski in Miami confirms that Gilmour tried to sell him Gorcyca's legal files for $50K and the fax proving it is in the exhibits of the law society complaint at http://gilmourlawsocietycomplaint.wordpress.com. Lastly I cannot ignore this Solicitor William Gilmour in Toronto is Government Informant - WhosaRat.com.

Umm, document 31 is Mr. Chism's request to return to Panama. That document is rather useless by itself. In fact, document 31 makes no mention of the length of Mr. Chism's prison sentence.

16OCT2003 to 19DEC2005 is a period of 26 months. Document 31 (you linked to that one above) dated 19DEC2005 states;

That would put his release date on or around 19DEC2004.
The period between 16OCT2003 and 19DEC1004 is 14 months.
Hardly that important anyway. Non-violent tax offense, fine paid, back taxes paid, no priors, and time off for good behavior.

It was Mr. Gorcyca that did his prison term at FCI Eglin.
