How to improve my knowledge of compensation plans

Hello everyone

A newbie here, so I hope this thread is in the right place.

What I was wondering is; what is the most effective way to learn different compensation plans?

Are there any recommended books or other resources available which will help improve my knowledge of them?

Here's a tip for you:

Park yourself on BehindMLM for a couple of days and immerse yourself in three or four years of OzSoapboxes' reviews of multi level marketing companies and their plans.

Be prepared for your eyes to be opened and your mind stretched
