What a lot of rationalizing and justifying the fact he's running an endless chain recruitment / cash gifting scheme that's both illegal and going to cause upward of 90% of its' participants to lose every cent they invest.

As one can see from their own diagrams, both in the earlier name of Direct Money and in the 'final' name of Energy of 14, what we have here is a pure money shuffling fraud scheme using a variant of the Airplane Game structure. It meets all of the requirements to be a pyramid scheme, as well as being an investment contract under the Howey Test.

Something you learn after a few years of watching cash gifters is the fact they all seem to live in a parallel universe where calling cash gifting something like "making contributions" makes what they are doing somehow less illegal.

Do I really need to point out to him that a lawsuit would a disaster for his career?
First of all, in order to prove defamation in a courtroom, you need to specifiy what is defmatory.
Secondly, when you make a business based on a structure that is used as the ur-example of what a pyramid scheme on attorney general website after attorney general website, it isn't the Federal Trade Commission's rules you should be worrying about.
Third, when your own social media links smack of conspiracy theories, tax protest, and Hell forbid, simony, you aren't very likely to have enough of an understanding of the legal system to be able to avoid having your own SLAPP turned back in your face, making you the defendant rather than the plaintiff.

Ryan, I will say that having read your and Jason's works, I am highly dubious that you could be employed by IARPA in any capacity. It's just not plausible even with the legendary blunders of the American government. You stretch suspension of disbelief to the breaking point.

I wonder what is up... and seeing Ryan's new gofundme as well as his social media endorsements of America's least articulate leader in history, I would hazard a guess that this thread is impacting his attempts to start a "crowdfunding" project of some kind.
Given Ryan's past performance and his recent "opportunity" affiliate links, I would not be at all surprised that he has confused cash gifting for crowdfunding like so many others I have seen online of late.
