P.S., main russian site for now says the UK company insolvency will not affect their russian and other companies:
OOO Alpari-Broker (Russia), Alpari Limited (Saint Vincent), Alpari Limited (Belize), Alpari International Limited (Mauritius)

LOL they couldn't survive from market tsunami last thursday but the others could....

According to what I've read all clients will be refunded:

Good luck with that, how many bankruptcies of forex "brokers" you witnessed ? :)
Do you know what insolvency means ? they have no money to cover deposits
$99 millions to UK clients, do your portuguese clients fit in that ? what % those $99m is from the total deposits ?

And yea, russian LeapRate is something you should definitely believe :) considering their past record :)
Wait till the bankruptcy court records, before you hope to get any money.

Did they embezzled the money of clients ? ;) Wait for court records instead of reading rumors.

Also it makes Alpari unlicensed again, russia did not give them forex license.
