In wake of Telexfree fiasco, Mass. Securities Division warns of pyramid schemes

In the wake of the ongoing TelexFree investigation/s, Massachusetts Commonwealth Secretary William Galvin, who oversees the Massachusetts Securities Division has issued a warning against pyramid schemes disguised as Multi Level Marketing businesses also has published a brochure titled, “Illegal Pyramid Schemes Disguised as Multi-level Marketing Businesses (MLMs).
