Leading Home Income Scam Or Legit?
Got a spam email this morning Leading Home Income, which looks to be another lead-gen site to try to push people into high-priced "training programs".
The path:
1. The email promoting Leading Home Income: (I like that the email says it's coming from a shill. lol).

2. The link in the email leads to multiple URL redirects before hitting it's final destination as shown below:

3. Then the visitor ends up on a Fake MSNBC news site:

4. With the links such as the following:

5. Currently taking the visitor to Leading Home Income:

A couple URL redirects from the fake news site up to LeadingHomeIncome - possible to avoid the CPA Network discovering they are using a fake news site to promote Leading Home Income. Kind of ironic, but I bet that's why they're doing it.

Most of the following domains currently have the same registrant address as Leading Home Income. A few of them have changed to a new address, but originally had the same address as Leading Home Income (I have the whois info saved as an xls file) - verified via SmartWhois and DomainTools Whois History

Have not tried this one but something like it several years ago. You pay them for a list of companies to apply for work with and then you have to find someone to accept you. It was a total waste of money for me but this one might be different will need further DD.

I think most of these are lead generators for high-priced, so-called "coaching programs". I think there's a Utah connection. Just looking into that.

Some of the sites start their WhoIs history with a registrant of Conga International, but then later show the registrant as Zatubo, Ltd. You can see that here:

Address: 3700 Dean Dr Unit 105 Ventura, CA 93003

According to the Homes.com listing of that address it's a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit going for $161,000 in Ventura, California.
The Kodiak address Ct address listed is for the registered agent.
