Has anyone seen this one? Seems to have ponzi written all over it! Now it is beginning to attract the worst of the worst in this industry. strosdegoz is now heavily involved, which tells you something. Looks like aditnetwork was born out of a mainly Chinese based ponzi called Youadworld.
It's not doing at all well on the Talkgold HYIP ponzi forum
Only 8 posts in the ADITnetwork thread since it was launched on October 9, and all of them are by the same shill.

I've started to take an interest in this one, certain rumors are circling and there's a chance some old friends of ours might be joining this soon.
First of all it's a little difficult to get much information about Adit Network without joining, which is something I may do but I'm angling for the right upline invite. But with a little digging you can find out a fair amount from some of thepimps, er "team leaders." The comp plan and business model appears to be almost deliberately opaque, enough so that I wont even focus on it in this post. Instead, this will be more of a history lesson.

So it looks like the original name for Adit Network was You Ad World (youadworld.com). I don't think they have the timeline down just right but that's a point I'll return to in a bit. Is there any more evidence that YouAdWorld and Adit Network are connected? Sure, Adit network's CEO is Victor Zhang and until he updates his Linkedin page it looks like this:

I'm putting a lot of effort into proving that Adit Network started off as YouAdWorld, why? Because YaW is already facing legal problems in Canada. Our friend Patrick Pretty published this story last May:

BULLETIN: A potential new form of online fraud that sells memberships for up to $5,000, purportedly pays participants for clicking on ads and also invites them to exchange “private” shares in the venture through a purported “internal trading platform” has been discovered in Canada, according to the British Columbia Securities Commission (BCSC).
The scheme recorded more than $1.2 million in combined deposits in Canadian and U.S. dollars in less than four months and “has no real source of income other than funds received from investors,” according to a statement taken by BCSC investigators.

The BCSC document references a site known as “youadworld.” When the PP Blog visited the site, a page loaded that read in part:
“Our unique operating mechanism is attracting subscribers from all over the world. Your advertisements will have the most steady increasing, loyal audience.”
Named in the BCSC action are Bossteam E-Commerce Inc. of Burnaby, B.C.; Yan Zhu, also known as Rachel Zhu; and Guan Qiang Zhang. Both Zhu and Zhang are listed as Burnaby residents.
The British Columbia Securities Commission got a Temporary order against Yan Zhu, Guan Qiang Zhang (not sure if he's related to Victor) and Bossteam on April 30th of this year. From which I quote:

4. In December 2011, an anonymous complainant alleged that Bossteam was operating a Ponzi scheme through its website youadworld.com (Website). The complainant alleged that, for an initial investment of $2,000, Bossteam offered a 10% return over three months.
5. In January 2012, a second anonymous complainant alleged that Bossteam was operating a Ponzi scheme through its Website. This complainant alleged that Bossteam offered a 120% return over three to four months.
6. Bossteam offered two types of securities to residents of British Columbia through its Website (Bossteam Investments). To be eligible to purchase either of these securities, an investor first had to purchase a membership for $2000 or $5000.
- (a) The first security was a profit sharing agreement that provided a share of Bossteam’s profits to investors who clicked on a certain number of Internet advertisements.
(b) The second security was a share of Bossteam offered by the Website through an “Initial Private Share Offering.” Bossteam offered 8 million shares, with dividends on these shares paid quarterly. The Website stated that Bossteam had issued 400,200 shares. The Website also provided an internal trading platform where investors could trade their shares.
7. The Website is registered to Zhu and her husband.
The case is making it's way through the Canadian court system, the last action taking place on November 22nd. A few select quotes:

Adit Network fans breath a sigh of relief, Adit has an online trading platform but they buy and sell "consumer credits" and not shares. And Consumer Credits don't split, they multiply over time.

advertisements that appeared on the Bossteam website were sharing in
Bossteam’s advertising revenue from those advertisements, when no such
revenue existed.
21. The Respondents falsely created the impression that investors would and were
making considerable profit from the trading and splitting of Bossteam shares
on Bossteam’s internal trading platform when Bossteam, a purported
advertising company, had no advertising revenue.
The next hearing in this case is scheduled for December 11th, hey that's next week. I'll keep us updated.

Good old Dave and Mary Kettner, they don't even pretend to be curious to discover if last year's money making miracle ponzi will found to be legal before hyper promoting their latest ponzi du jour. There's a good reason for this, they quite frankly don't care if a program is legal or not they only care if they can make money. And the way that they (and Kurt) play they can make money in Adit Network, after all they have email lists both long and wide, the question becomes can you make money in Adit without hyper recruiting and despite promises to the otherwise it's starting to look like you can't.
There are a lot of people who just simply aren't good recruiters, they know it, they accept it and the industry such as it is acknowledges the fact. That's why many programs present themselves as being "passive." Now passive does have more than one meaning in this context but one of the primary ones being that "no recruiting is necessary to make money" in a given program. And in some of them it's true, you could make more money in Ad Surf Daily if you did recruit but you could make money without it. It's looking like Adit Network's promise (and Dave's) of turning $100 into $600 each month without sponsoring is total bull ****.
I didn't focus on the compensation plan in my previous post and I wont much now either. Why? The plan isn't written in stone so much as it is in silly putty, it changes all the time and not in favor of the small time player. The 14th of January a series of changes was made, not the least of which was everyone's accumulation of "consumer credits" were divided by 100 with the promise that their corresponding value would increase 100 fold. One amusing aspect of Adit network's various forms of funny money is that they have an internal marketplace which (in part) establishes the funny money exchange rates. Suffice it to say that while everyone's "CC" totals did decrease 100 fold their value on the marketplace has yet to compensate. What is the best way to address the imbalance? According to some big list promoters this is a perfect time to pump more money into the program and buy up those CC's while their cheap.
That's what the pimps are saying but what are the rank and file "passive players" saying?
The link to the MMG thread in in the top line of that quote, an amusing read. The interesting thing is the ratio of genuine questions to blatant shill posts is well above average for that forum yet almost none of those questions are being posted by our small band veteran nay sayers. I have been roundly criticized in the past for my enthusiastic optimism, it's just my warm and bubbly nature :shocked:, but some people seem to be waking up over there. If only a little.Quote:

As you know (if you have read this thread through), Zhang had his previous site (Bossteam) shut down by the BC SEC and there were at least 20 people that "invested" in excess of 160.000 USD, I guess he tought that something could have affected Youadworld as well and created Adit so that all those guys could sell their CC to us and he wouldn't get in legal (or otherwise) trouble with his big investors. This is why it used to take us ages to sell CC but only seconds to buy them and we were unable to sell them to each other (i.e. if I wanted to buy 10.000 CC and you were selling them, I couldn't buy them from you).
Adit was smartly created that we got all our info from uplines and not from the Company itself, they promised us x8, now X32, but in the meantime the price of the CC lost 98% of its value, making our investment worthless. I bought 2.000 USD+ worth of CC and they are only worth 40 USD now if I was able to sell them all in 1 shot. Easy to understand that even X32 won't help me al all.
Another lie is this, still written on the main page:

Well, I was online when they did the switch and the price NEVER started at $5.50, otherwise it could have lost a maximum of 20% per day, but they instead started from $0.055 and went up from there. Besides, on that one the price reached $.550, but on day two it was already $0.220, less than half, so much for the 20% restriction from the previous day...
This tells me that all the old guys already sold all their CCs and we are now stock with this situation where we bought CC 50X what they are worth now.
I guess Zhang ONLY cared about those previous big Chinese investors...and now we are drifting on our own until it collapses...

Would someone be kind enough to explain to ribshaw how this is supposed to work? I get that it makes no sense, but who are people supposed to be selling ads to?

There has been some rumblings this week with Zeek Rewards as the receiver Kenneth Bell has been sharing some communication to the Zeek affiliates. In his first communication, Bell announced that he has submitted the claim process for all Zeek affiliates who lost money to the court for approval. When this has been approved by the courts and set up for people to submit, he will announce that it is live to begin processing your requests. He did state that this process will take some time to not only get set up for affiliates to begin processing, but also awhile before the claims will be processed for refunds to be seen. We have also heard that Bell is setting a 120 day window for any and all claims to be made and that the VIP's will not be counted as dollar amounts for reimbursement of peoples accounts. When this process has begin, we will announce it to the team.
The other communication from Bell focused on the affiliates who made profit from Zeek Rewards. In his email, Bell warned that all affiliates who made profit will have until May 31, 2013 to contact his team to negotiate terms of paying back your commissions. He stated that those people who do not do this, will be facing court action. Personally I see this new email by the receiver as a scare tactic trying to get affiliates who made profits in their business to return those profits to the Receiver. I do not know about you, but my wife and I worked very hard in our business as a business and we do not believe that Zeek Rewards was either a Ponzi or an illegal investment scheme. From the very beginning, we have been trying to take the Receiver and the SEC to court asking them to prove the allegations against Zeek Rewards. To date, there still has been no proof and has only been allegations.
As a Zeek Rewards affiliate, your business is your own business and myself nor Mary can tell you what to do or give you legal advice. But we can share with you that we welcome our day in court as I know from working very closely with the corporate office of Zeek Rewards that the SEC does not have proof to substantiate their claims against Rex Venture Group and Zeek Rewards. Not only that, but we ran Zeek Rewards as a legitimate business working full time hours and promoted the business not as an investment, but a business you could work yourself to generate another source of income. We continue to wait for Sorkins motions with the court to give us, the Zeek Rewards affiliates, our day in court to either prove the allegations against Zeek Rewards or to prove that the SEC acted outside of its jurisdiction shutting down a legitimate company with affiliates that were working their businesses helping to drive customers to a highly profitable auction and eCommerce company.
I continue to pray that everything happens for the best with Zeek Rewards and that the truth one day comes on exonerating the company and its affiliates of any wrong doing and proving the atrocity of the US government over stepping their boundaries that destroyed something that was truly helping so many people. I do not know if Zeek Rewards could ever come back, but I believe in a huge God where He works things out for the good in His own way which we may not understand. But Mary and I have full faith in Him and that is where we choose to focus our energies and not on the people trying to destroy it.

As we have said prior, this company looks amazing on paper and can become the next best thing especially in the highly profitable penny auction industry. The major difference between Vicesus and Zeek Rewards is that Vicesus is fully focused on customers which is where us the affiliates will build our commissions from. Without paying customers, you do not make money. Since you can not purchase your own affiliate points, there will never be a time where this company can be seen as an investment. Look for big things to come if they deliver what I expect from them.
Adit Network continues to grow and expand its world reach in the online advertising niche. They continue to make it more and more profitable for those of us that are willing to work hard and build a solid business. They are coming out with many new methods for promoting merchants and multiple streams of income for us affiliates.
Basically, if you are willing to put forth the effort and follow the training that we provide you with these companies, you can do quite well making additional sources of income. As with everything with promote, it takes work for that income to come and sometimes it takes lots of time to get to your income goals.
