Kathleen, you are the best POTW with all your wonderful information. You surely do give me a lift. I am so glad to have you as my friend. You Go Girl. You know I have always admired your writings, I just hope you keep them coming.
By the way, when did you say you were writing that book?

This is one of those "clever" ones where the amount involved is so small, most people wouldn't even think about it being a con.
I mean, who'd bother ripping off people for $2.00 ??
Until you add up how many "$2.00" we're talking about and how the fraudsters can make a nice little earner out of the $2.00 for the cost of throwing up a website.

Come to think of it, probably the sort of low level scam that would fit right in on ScamLand.
Re: Paradox Cash Another Pyramid??
My first reaction was that Southport was in Lancashire not Merseyside but I rang the library and discovered that Southport used to be Lancashire but it is now part of Greater Merseyside. The address seems genuine but when I rang, I discovered that the telephone number was not accepting calls.
If the turnover exceeds £77K pa, they have to register for VAT. There is no Company registration number on any of their pages and they should be VAT registerd with the cash they claim is being sunk in their outfit. I do not think Donalad Swain would like to be reminded of these facts.

No such luck. They have just given it a new name.
The original link and names of main promoters can be seen if you
type http:// then community.adlandpro.com/forums/post/2519165/The-Message-2000.aspx
Click the link to listen to "The Message" and discover that it leads to Treasures Bookclub.
There probably is a connection with this and Paradox cash as Myrna Ferguson has had both of them in her Scamland signature files for several months. Myrna had better start reading something about VAT in UK before she encourages any of he British followers to put money in a British enterprise that is not registered to collect money for The Crown.

Thanks for the images LRM. Did you happen to notice on one of the pages they had raised that $2 up to $4!!! And yes, those are the type 'programs' people get lured into in Scamland.

Don't you mean Nigel Swain? Sorry and you may know something about the other person that I don't. I think he also has a number of other sites, just have not searched for them yet. Anyway, thanks for following up on this!

I have no idea what made me type that instead of Nigel Swain "scratchy." I used to very good at multi tasking but I get so easily distracted now. Thanks for pointing it out!

OK...
Why is your host in the UK, but you claim in your TOS that you operate per US law?
Where is your licensing to operate in US commerce?
Where is your contact information?
What is the source of income, other than member fees? Is that enough for now?

Does your UK host have a company registration number and a VAT registration number?
Re: Paradox Cash Another Pyramid??
Why did you choose to advertise a business which you claim is a legitimate one, on a ponzi promoting advertising board like Adlandpro? How do you plan to grow this business without a sales force?
Re: Paradox Cash Another Pyramid??
Hi Nigel, still running autosurfs ????
How's BabyClicks Autosurf doing for you ??

He has joined RS to answer questions put to him by members but no reply as yet.
Re: Paradox Cash Another Pyramid??
Hi all,
A good lot of questions, I will try to get them all here.
We are located in the united kingdom and alwasys have been.
Our hosting is with one of the largest if not the largest Hostgator
We do not advertise on Adlandpro it must be one of our members
Yes we had a go at running a autosurf when we first started outmust be 8 years ago now was very green then.
Webuildonline was a great program but as I have learnt it is very hard to keep the interest of members on a long term project.
At the moment we have a sales force of over 5000 which with all programs some are doing very well and some are learning
As well as running Paradoxcash we both have full time jobs so our days are 14 to 16 hour days everyday
All the contact info is there when you sign up, but we see what you are saying and get it displayed on the main page.
Any more questions, we always answer every email or internal message from our members as they will tell you, we do not keep anyone waiting.
I hope this goes some way to you not calling us a scam but rearly only time will put that right
Thank you
Nigel and Angelina
Re: Paradox Cash Another Pyramid??
Welcome to RS, paradoxcash! When I see something like your website it all sounds so familiar with all the other numerous scams out there and it looks exactly what our government calls a pyramid.
http://paradoxcash.com/?cash=
Okay, you use Hostgator, so do I use them for hosting my website but I don't advertise anything except real merchandise and don't promise wealth just the pleasure of using the virtual products.
The person who had this link in their signature has tried one "program" after another over the years I have had an online association with them. Just like the other one she is promoting, ProfitClicking. I always question anything people in Adland/Scamland promote. We are not here to make a decision on whether your company is scam or not, we post information and you decide...

Okay, now you say

What are you selling?
Then there is this link to Tabzi
Another free advertising website
Join the FREE Tabzi community
and Advertise for FREE!
Build a list of 1,000's of contacts..
without receiving 1,000's of emails yourself.
Promote your own websites...
and send 1,000's of visitors to your site.
Find out what others think of a website...
without joining and wasting your money.
Honestly, I don't know. Just sounds too much like another billboard where scammers scam scammers - JMO. Yes, I would like to get 1,000 of buying customers to my website but I can't see it happening unless you make money off me and as with MLM, pyramid, I would need to sign up lots more to help you make more money.
RealScam, you decide...

This member advertises you services for what purposes? I uggest that you read page 3433 onwards then you find out what she does with funds collected for Paradox cash.

If you are in the British financial services industry, you need to place the name and contact details of your sales director on your main page. You need somebody who can control where your services are advertised. The fact that it is advertised on Adlandpro, should be enough to tell you that your present sales strategy is a complete disaster.
Re: Paradox Cash Another Pyramid??
Of course they can not answer any of our questions. If they were a legitimate business in the financial services industry, they would not need to come here in the first place. They should be reported to Crimestoppers.
Re: Paradox Cash Another Pyramid??
Hello Scratchycat,
Thanks for the questions,
At the moment we do not sell anything, but when we launch we are going to be an Advertising website that sells advertising on the net. I know all of you think we are making money out of this website but at the moment we can assure you we are not. At the moment we charge $4.00 to join, this is a one time payment and nothing more to pay ever. Out of that we pay a member $2.00 for making the referral and then Payza take $0.77 for processing the transaction which leaves us $1.23 off of each member, our hosting bills and progaming bills come to more than we make with paradoxcash. Paradoxcash is a long term website and we will not be making money untill we launch.
And here I am at 20 to one in the morning answering questions when I am back up for work at five, if you only new the half.
So you can see from the figures above we can not be a pyramid as the members make more money than us, there is not one feed of cash leading to the top.
As for tabzi, we have never used it did not rearly new it exsisted untill now, just seen it in the background on other peoples advertising.
Thank you
Nigel and Angelina
