Funny how Ken has gone MIA since keepitlegit made his post. Kind of hard to put up his usual BS testimonials when you have a real world testimonial from a member. Will be interesting to see how long he goes before he does post, and what he says. Think this one may be dead before the end of the month, especially if they don't launch phase II.

Ken Russo and Paul Darby keep saying over and over that YouGetPaidFast can't be a pyramid scheme because it only pays down four levels.

Let's run the numbers, shall we ??

4 people who all get 4 people = 16

Down “only” 4 levels

16 who get 4 = 64 people at level 2

64 who get 4 at level 3 = 256 at level 3

256 who get 4 = 1024 at level 4 OF THE FIRST GROUP ALONE

So 1024 people are so involved and ALL have them have to send off $28 or those above them don’t get fully paid

How many people would need to join up to get to level 10 OF THE FIRST GROUP ALONE ??

1024 who need to get 4 = 4096 AT LEVEL 4

4096 who need to get 4 = 16,384 AT LEVEL 5

Perhaps it's time for people to stop referring to this type of schemes as being "Pyramid schemes" and, instead call them "endless chain recruiting schemes"

Paul Darby and Ken Russo type pimps and shills have become used to making "all businesses are pyramids" and "ours isn't a pyramid because it only pays out four levels" excuses as red herrings so that their victims lose sight of the fact the reason pyramid / endless chain recruitment schemes are illegal is NOT because only those at the top make all the money, but because they are unsustainable and those at the bottom CAN'T make money simply because there aren't enough people on the planet to keep them running.

For the scheme to work so that everyone can make a profit there would have to be an endless supply of new members. In reality, the number of people willing to join the scheme (and therefore, the amount of money coming into the scheme) dries up very quickly. When the pyramid collapses (and they all do) relationships, friendships and even marriages can be destroyed over money lost in the scam.

In Australia, it is against the law not only to promote a pyramid scheme, but even to participate in one.

And the third name is 112 wide and four deep with people who would need to sign up 4 each to make money (Superpimp Ken Russos' level)

And, that is only the first three names on the leaderboard.

How would you like to be the hundredth person on the leaderboard, or the five hundredth ??

In other words, for YouGetPaidFast to work, there needs to be an ENDLESS CHAIN of new people being recruited.

Poor Ken. All of his crying to the mods at MMG have not worked to get me banned, so here is his latest post, and I quote:

Any prediction as when a program will fail never serves for good, otherwise - if it lasts past the prediction it gives a scammer a way to discredit a scambuster and sometimes to use it as extra recruiting point – "Naysayers were wrong, they know nothing, I told you it sustainable, etc...".
And a scammer has some control on when to close the shop, might just prolong it to prove you wrong and see if it gives extra boost after.

I understand what you are saying, and while there is an element of truth, these programs collapse whether anyone makes a prediction or not as to when. The numbers control it, and they don't try to stay longer than they have too just to prove a naysayer wrong. If they think law enforcement is going to act, they get out of dodge no matter who has predicted what.

Besides, all they do from day one is do their best to discredit any naysayer. It comes with the territory, but it is fun getting them all riled up when I do make a general prediction. And by making a general prediction sometimes the people considering joining won't because they think it will collapse and they will lose their money. This can have the effect of making the general prediction come true by stopping enough people from joining to keep it from lasting a little longer. So it cuts both ways.

When you have a major pimp of a program announce they are leaving a thread due to the naysayers speaks volumes the program is almost toast. They all disappear before the program implodes so they can claim ignorance it was a Ponzi, Scam or in this case an illegal cash gifting pyramid scheme. Stating a general timeline for a program to run does not change the fact the program is a Ponzi, et al if it doesn't happen on the guestimated timeline.

It is very possible, but unfortunately we will never know when this does cause the program to end. I am sure it does have an effect of being able to recruit new people into these Ponzi's which is the lifeblood for them to run as long as they do.

Usually you know if you are having an effect by how hard the pimps pump up the join now, don't pay attention to the naysayers, ducking answering any tough questions, and all the other BS they spew trying to get people joining.
