Re: USI-tech claims its' sale of unregistered securities in US "legal"
I'm not certain if this video was shared before, but the guy makes some great points. The main one being the people promoting and defending things like USI have a financial stake. People telling the hard truth never did so for personal gain and/or woke up to what is going on. Oh, I know a few people have ads on their channel, as if that oft claimed Ponzi Trope takes away from the accuracy of their reviews.

Bitcoin Journey brings up a great point, videos like this should at a minimum be shared and preferably independently saved. As the years roll on scammers past videos become harder to come by and this disappearing act makes it hard for new victims to perform due diligence.

Dear Customers and Business Partners,
We promised you some exciting news in about TechCoin in our previous communication so here it is......
After months of gruelling research, development, and preparation, we are anticipating the public token sale to happen on the 1st of March, at 12:00 GMT. TechCoin is set to release a total of 500 million tokens during the public sale, priced at €0.50 each.
The project development team has equipped our brand new TechCoin website (http://tech-coin.io) to accommodate the traffic from the expected number of token buyers. The public sale will be open until the token supplies last.
Our Whitepaper v2.0 is now ready and can be viewed here:
TechCoinWhitepaper_v2.0_final.pdf
The v2.0 whitepaper includes a roadmap of the planned milestones in the implementation of the TechCoin Ecosystem.
You can be seen from the roadmap we are now only a short time away from our TECHCoin Wallet launch. Our multicurrency wallet stores both private and public keys and will interact with various other blockchains. The wallet will be available as a web application, a mobile app (supporting both Android and iOS) and a Windows desktop app, which will make it accessible from almost any device.
Our wallet will bring with it the eagerly anticipated Multicurrency Debit Card supporting both Cryptocurrencies and Fiat currencies.
Some features of our new Debit Card
Secured cashless payment for everyone
Worldwide acceptance
No card issue charges or annual fees
No transactional fees
Real-time transaction processing available 24/7
Multicurrency support
No minimum maintainable balance
Reward point system
The TechCoin project is built as a unified blockchain platform with a high-functioning ecosystem for all your crypto and fiat currency needs. Designed with the goal of becoming a one-stop solution for all financial services, it is a stable and secure system where people can trade and invest cryptocurrencies, find the ideal payment solutions for their online transactions, and manage all remote activities that involve money.
What sets TechCoin apart from any other existing blockchain platforms is that it is based on a unique and advanced algorithm called Quantumnode, which makes it scalable, quick, and secure. It also features several blockchain functions in one place such as a digital wallet, an exchange platform, a payment solution, and a booming marketplace. These operative components make TechCoin one of the most revolutionizing blockchain systems to ever exist. Truly, TechCoin is shaping the future of cryptocurrency.
Now that TechCoin is only days away from its public token sale, the team of experts behind it is currently participating in various worldwide blockchain conferences to introduce the project actively to the blockchain community across the globe. At this stage, all the groundwork needed for the public token sale has already been laid out, making sure that the sale will go smoothly and hassle-free for everyone.
For more information about TechCoin and the upcoming public token sale, the team has launched their website live today. Visit them over at http://tech-coin.io or contact them via e-mail at support@tech-coin.io.
I am sure your will agree this is a very exciting milestone for TECHCoin whilst we work toward TECHCoin trading on our live exchange and TECHCoin becoming listed on the first of the public exchanges.
Thank you for your continued support.
Yours faithfully,
Horst Jicha

It's all too easy to simply skip over that line without the importance sinking in.
500 million tokens @ €0.50 each = €250 million straight into the pockets of USI-Tech and its' pimps
It's really, really tempting to say anyone who participates in the ICO after all that's happened recently deserves to lose their money

SCAMron James doesn't even bother to deny USI-Tech is a scam at this point.
Still trying to get the last word vs haters but its going to be VERY hard to peddle her next scam after the newspaper article. That should be her real concern at this point.
What an ugly women. Inside & out.
The old debit card gambit. Its always at the end of the line. Wont be many payouts from this point forward.

Re: USI-tech claims its' sale of unregistered securities in US "legal"
Now let's see if they refuse to allow the US and Canadian members to purchase the coin. Talk about giving the SEC the finger. The problem is when you do, the SEC gives you 5 back and it is called a cease and desist order usually accompanied by a company asset freeze. Thanks Horst for shutting down your Ponzi voluntarily.
I agree Horst this is fabulous news, just not the way you meant it.

TECHNICAL ISSUES
Hi Everyone,
Please note that if you have any issues relating to incorrect balances or other reported amounts including percentages being paid in your account that there are some technical issues currently being worked on.
Reporting errors will be seen in some accounts but rest assured the Technical Team are working hard to sort out this programming problem and hope to get it fixed as soon as able. Bugs do pop up but the bug slayers are in there slaying them.
Please remember this is our members group and we can't offer USI support as we have zero access or influence over your account.
If you have a specific support related account issue please raise a USI Customer Support Ticket via your dashboard (Help Centre) and then log into the Support Portal (create a Support Account using your same USI email address. Currently there is no phone support.
https://usitechsupport.freshdesk.com/en/support/home
Looking forward we are expecting some more updates next week as indicated in the latest communication from Horst.
Withdrawals are currently taking around 10 working days( Mon-Fri). Some take longer and some less. They are most definitely happening so please be patient if you have a pending withdrawal. We are told US and Canada withdrawals should start from next week.
The process of withdrawals has been slow because they are doing them all manually on the new system. There has been talk of going back to the old wallets but in any case they have security and our best interests at heart.
Outside USI you will see that Bitcoin is currently at sale prices but the rate is climbing. Don't wait too long.
Exciting times are ahead for USI Tech members.

When a serial ponzi pimp like Rodney Burton starts covering his tracks and deleting the evidence of his involvement, you just KNOW your chances of being paid are less than zero.
