And the muppets line up to say "Wow!" and "Awesome!". Some people never learn, do they?
Of course publicly she has to keep up the front as all is well and for people to join and get rich. But inside she is a total wreck and scared crapless the UK is next or USI will be shut down and soon., She knows the loss of the US is a major blow to USI lasting much longer. She would never admit it publicly. People would realize she had been lying to them all along. Bad for recruitment in her next Ponzi de Jour and you can bet she is already looking for her next latest, greatest and bestest new opportunity to hit the net. It's all she knows.

Here we have one very upset "USA top level leader"
Pay attention from 3:50
"But also, what we did not know before. A court ordered preliminary injunction that has been placed against the company"
Cease and Desist = Texas Securities Board = applies in Texas only
Preliminary injunction = SEC = USA wide

So,
You've read "The Secret" from cover to cover 47 times, and you always think positive, even in the face of irrefutable evidence saying otherwise.

The delusion is great in this one. The American and Canadian government are not against bitcoin. They are against usi tech because it's a ponzi. And if you think other governing bodies in Europe and across the world will let usi tech trade in their countries after they have being barred from the USA, you have another thing coming.

Very true, but if you think USI-Tech or its' pimps are going to come out and admit it, think again.
There's a very good reason that a witness in a court case is required to swear he / she will "tell the truth, THE WHOLE TRUTH and, nothing but the truth"

It's right about now when you can say anyone who ignores what's happening and continues to support USI-Tech has lost the right to be classified as a "victim" and has become a willing participant.
There's taking a gamble and then there's being just plain defiant and stupid.

I refuse to believe anyone is this stupid. They are all willing participants from the get go. Just sit back and think about it. Why would a company give you free money? Where was the transparency they were promising for 7 months? Did the fact that they were being run my known scammers and all the "leaders" are notorious scammers did not alert you?

A lady I know put $9,000 into USI-Tech just last week. That’s money she’ll never see again.
She have well just put that money on a Weber grill, doused it with gasoline, and throw a match into it. Too damn funny!
(But what’s sad is how she bought off on everything her USI-Tech sponsor told her. Both her and her sister. Both are older gals; neither is in a position to just piss away $9,000 each.)
I always feel bad for the elderly and mentally challenged.
This is why I feel so strongly about keeping the message simple - to eliminate confusion. Also, to clarify that this opportunity is no different than the last.
If you can use the words upline or downline, run for the hills. The act of MLMing doesn't change.
I don't understand why there is opposition to this message? Mary Kay horror stories, Amway suicides, and Herbalife ruled pyramid scheme supports this. Why defend MLMing EVER?
No one makes the money they advertise UNLESS that person is willing to lie, cheat, and steal. That is the direct result of the system's inherent flaw. Everyone can't be an owner, but everyone is allowed to be. I use the term "owner" loosely.

Ah, yes, the good ol' ponzi biz, Eh ???
One day you're a rooster, the next a feather duster.
Check out this guy.
First he's boasting about how he'd spent $60,000 on a USI-Tech "diamond package"
Five days later, he's crying and has lost $70,000 to the USI-Tech fraud
Here's Mr Happy
Five days later, here's Mr Reality Bites

http://www.realscam.com/f11/james-gr...bundance-5013/ and http://www.realscam.com/f11/frank-calabro-jr-4254/ aren't dummies. All of their opportunities ended up in a similar fashion as USI tech yet they feign shock as if no one saw this coming.
This guy on the other hand is exactly the type of idiot that puts bread on their table.

I really feel sorry for them as for all the hard work they did especially people like James Lockett who did so much as he even went to so many countries doing meetings and even going to Dubai to proof the existence of the business. They must be really hurting.

Logically you are right, but we're not dealing with logic here. This is the cult of Ponzi, and like in all cults the members refuse to listen to anyone that exposes their Ponzi de Jour. They never do any due diligence, for if they did they would know immediately USI was lying from day one. Instead of doing their own due diligence, that takes time you know, they rely on the so-called "Internet Marketers Guru's to do their due diligence for them. After all they "Know" what they are talking about, and everyone of them claim they have "checked them out" and they were "squeaky clean." Enough said, so they jumped onboard.
USI claimed that they were approved and legal in the US, yet a simple Edgar check and USI was nowhere to be found in the registered database. Not only did USI have to register with the SEC, but they had to register with all 50 states securities commissioner. Again a simple check would have revealed USI was not registered anywhere in the US. The same thing in the UK, and I am sure in other European countries. They get all excited with these guru's claims of making big money and they can too they toss out all logic and reason just like all cult members do.
By the way, Welcome to RS and look forward to your contributions going forward.

I've personally spoken to a bunch of people who contacted me after comments I made in the Aussie group..
for 3 of them usi is their first ever scam...
In short...
None of them did any DD..
None of them got advice from finantial planner or other expert for advice..
None of them really understood usi and how all the packs and bonuses work...(usi is super confusing)...
None of them thought they were doing anything other than INVESTING here..
None had been explained the risks of such an investment. (Meaning the risks even if usi was legit which its not)...
None of them thought that usi was illegal...
None of them thought that texas was anything to worry about..they believed that it was just 2 naughty members...(lol)...
None of them ever actually calculated the costs of buying packs...(exchanger fees for buying cryptocurrency is rediculous for Aussies)..
None of them realized that such a huge % of their deposit was paid out in reff commissions before it even reached their accounts!!...
It's true..nobody put a gun to their head so they are willing participants...
But YES...a lot of victims in this one really are that stupid!!

Re: USI-tech claims its' sale of unregistered securities in US "legal"
By the way-
I was the admin for the USI TECH scam Facebook page. My page got removed from Facebook as USI TECh enlisted a German law firm that alleges I am infringing on their copyright and I am not authorised to represent the subject matter of the content.
I am obviously working to get this ban reversed but it's hard to get a contact or address to send Facebook the 4 warnings by financial authorities to show this is a Ponzi business and I am performing a service by using my page to warn people about them. Also under freedom of speech laws I am Allowed to warn the public about any danger they might be facing.
On another note I can see the day that Facebook will face a class action lawsuit for allowing Ponzi companies to operate freely and advertise and also let fraudsters the like of Simon stepsys and Sharon James have pages but remove the pages of people discussing their fraudulent activities. I can't wAit for that day to come.
P/s - how do I post pictures on here from my phone as I want to post the message that I got from Facebook telling me to contact this German law firm if I want to get my page open.

Re: USI-tech claims its' sale of unregistered securities in US "legal"
All we have at the minute are the statements of USI-Tech itself and several of its' "leaders" who all say a court ordered injunction has been issued against the company.
No mention so far by whom or when an injunction was issued.
As for why no one has been arrested, a civil injunction cannot lead to arrest, its' primary purpose is to halt the fraud and freeze the assets

And now we have the obligatory bright eyed and bushy tailed newbie announcement that the SEC has decided not to proceed with the injunction:
Happens every time, and it's always supposedly from an unnamed "high up" source who cannot be named.
And it's never true.
