I quite like this screenshot from that video.

Contrary to the fud it appears that USI and Tech Coin are different owners and are separate.
Wasn't it the leaders and promoters telling everyone that the new tech coin was coming? I'm sure I've got a video with Mike Keifer rattling on about the launch of Tech coin at the London event, if I find it I'll share.

Remember our old friend Happy Days? Last seen in Usi, I believe; and before that MAP. Now living in a tent in Portugal, apparently. We can see how well those ventures worked out for him, can't we?
Well, he's written another book. He's a quick worker or it is a very short book!
Attachment 22582
If it's so easy to make money, then why is HDG living in a tent, selling his car, and makes comments on FB implying he is short of food? Why doesn't he read his own book then?

More delays brought to you from James Lockett. The guy seems pretty pally with the owners of USI considering he's wiped any association of him and the company of Facebook and YouTube.
https://youtu.be/qAmMms5Kb7g
There's also news about Tech Coin which is odd. USI owners have said they're nothing to do with Tech Coin.

Re: USI-tech claims its' sale of unregistered securities in US "legal"
It's disheartening on the heels of Texas and North Carolina issuing cease and desist orders the feds have failed to take any visible action. At the very least it would have been nice to see something with respect to Hart David Carson and Jonathan Herpy. I wonder if part of this has to do with the anonymous nature of bitcoin and the alleged owners being out of the country?
Slayer is right, a lot of people probably are all talk when it comes to filing complaints but that can't be everyone. I don't remember a scam going down where people have been so visible with their social media complaints. Yet here we are.

"As part of Operation Cryptosweep, Ohio has issued USI-Tech with a securities fraud cease and desist.
The May 18th notice identifies USI-Tech Limited as the sole respondent, through a PO Box address in Dubai.
The cease and desist appears to have been issued following a local investor complaint."

It looks like some members of USI have had enough of those naughty promoters, and who can blame them really. It's always the same faces over and over again jumping from one scheme to another.

Re: USI-tech claims its' sale of unregistered securities in US "legal"
It's a good start, but they need to add a whole lot more people to their list: Sharon James, Steve Lawson, Mark Ghobril, James and Grace Lockett, J. Ryan Conley, Ari Maccabi, Roger and Linda Pepin, Lloyd Dotson, Rune Fjortoft, Jose Nunes, Tracey Peake, Jets Fifita, Joby Boughey, Michael Colucci, Anita Langley, Dan and Patti Hunt, Cecilia Chapman, Richard Meade, and this is just for starters. I didn't add Faith Sloan as she may be in a world of hurt and not on the street for much longer due to her injunction in Telex-Free and Ken Russo doesn't make videos. He stopped posting on the forums and just relies on his email list now. There was one I was going to list but then realized that she has gone MIA. Claire Hartman-James seems to have disappeared after MAP imploded.
I am sure if I thought long enough I could come up with another 10-12, but if the ones I mentioned were added it would be a great start.
Re: USI-tech claims its' sale of unregistered securities in US "legal"
Or they could just ban MLM type promotion/recruiting and save us all a lot of time.
Re: USI-tech claims its' sale of unregistered securities in US "legal"
Eagle - just so you (and anyone else who might be interested) is aware, Claire Hartman James is peddling something called "Scentsy" - candles and the like. She has a private FB group called "Waxy World".
I've only had a quick look for Scentsy, but some of what I have read so far doesn't look good.

Thanks for that information. All I know is she totally left the major Ponzi pimping world and no longer front stage like in the past.

If you truly have "seen the light" about online SCAMS, would you do me a small favor?

"Earning over a 100k a year" - Doesn't she mean stealing over a 100k?
"Add a sideline business that is completely ethical" - Is she talking about the MLM scam Scentsy here?

Re: USI-tech claims its' sale of unregistered securities in US "legal"
Oz reviewed back in early 2013 and scentsy was tied to a money for causes program. I am not sure if scentsy is still tied to the money for causes, but it appears it no longer is part of the money for causes. Still you can read it here: Money For Causes Review: Weekly fee pyramid scheme I also wonder if Amy Jacobellis is still the head of it. At any rate, another MLM program that everyone needs the products and is going to make everyone rich beyond their wildest imaginations.

Since MLMing is something you "do", which makes her an MLMer, she hasn't changed a thing other than her location. Like the bank "robber" who hits different banks "stealing" money.
MLMing = Pyramid scamming to profit of people you know, meet. Disgusting!
Re: USI-tech claims its' sale of unregistered securities in US "legal"
I'll tell you what, several hundred thousand Canada geese could migrate from Alaska to Northern Mexico faster than USI-Tech can migrate members' coins to their wallets.
https://imageshack.com/a/img922/6392/dkFaZg.png
That's probably because geese DO migrate and don't make up stories like USI-Tech does
USI-Tech will go down in history for being the ponzi fraud with the greatest amount of updates, verification, migration and detail updating and the smallest amount of actual payments to its' members.
