What extreme arrogance, associating God with being defrauded by a gang of criminals.
Hypocrisy personified.

USI-tech claims its' sale of unregistered securities in US "legal"
Long term readers and USI-Tech victims will no doubt be aware of former USI-Tech "master distributors" for the USA, Dan and Patti Hunt:

So, having dropped out of sight with the closure of USI-Tech in the US and Canada, what has happened to Dan and Patti Hunt ????
Why, they've reinvented themselves as Cryptocurrency educators partnered with none other than Bethany College Professor David Frost
Here's the loving fraudsters couple in action, with nary a mention of their involvement with the multi million dollar USI-Tech fraud

Re: USI-tech claims its' sale of unregistered securities in US "legal"
Nobody will ever convince me USI-Tech isn't a well thought out conspiracy to defraud hundreds of thousands of normal, everyday men and women.
Check this out, the very same gang of thieves so prominent in the running of USI-Tech USA and Canada.
What chance has the average person got of avoiding fraud, when you have a university professor and a lawyer ganging up, not only to provide credibility to the obvious fraud that is USI-Tech, but also promoting themselves as "crypto-educators"
America sure has got some really, really strange laws when so called "professional" people can so blatantly use their public profile to promote fraud.
Verrrrrrry strange, indeed.

"Along with “someone died”, suddenly getting struck down by a mysterious illness, hackers and DDOS attacks, “we’re too big for business” is as clichéd of a delayed payment excuse as they come.
Not surprisingly, following months of promises this is what USI-Tech support are now telling investors."

Cant say I'm at all surprised....
(from OZ's article)
"In claiming to be “too big” for existing financial systems, USI-Tech finds itself in good company with the Zeek Rewards, Achieve Community, TelexFree and OneCoin Ponzi schemes."
(admin of 1st 3 ponzi scams mentioned above are in jail...OneCoin at some point..they will be)

Re: USI-tech claims its' sale of unregistered securities in US "legal"
Funny how all these programs are too big for the financial systems, but WalMart, GE, Microsoft, Apple, Hyundai, Toyota, Sony, etc., etc. never have these problems. Then I forgot they are not as big as these programs. Yep that's the reason why they do and real companies don't. Silly me, what was I thinking.
Re: USI-tech claims its' sale of unregistered securities in US "legal"
Hopefully any USI-Tech victims who read this will learn several lessons from their experience
* In the modern world, any legitimate payment processor or bank will freeze the account of a suspect business the moment they detect suspicious behaviour in an account ESPECIALLY when it comes to suspected money laundering
* Under the terms of the Bank Secrecy Act of 1970 (BSA), also known as the Currency and Foreign Transactions Reporting Act, is a U.S. law requiring financial institutions in the United States to assist U.S. government agencies to detect and prevent money laundering. Specifically, the act requires financial institutions to keep records of cash purchases of negotiable instruments, file reports if the daily aggregate exceeds $10,000, and report suspicious activity that may signify money laundering, tax evasion, or other criminal activities
The BSA is sometimes referred to as an anti-money laundering law (AML) or jointly as BSA/AML.
* If a customer or business deals with a small, unregulated or offshore registered payment processor or bank, then there is no comeback. There is no protection. There are no chargebacks or refunds possible.
* That's why it's no accident that fraudulent schemes choose small, unregistered and offshore based payment processors
Legitimate payment processors and banks require a large security deposit when dealing with suspect businesses and are required by law to report suspect transactions and may legally cancel or freeze suspicious accounts (check out what Paypal and Chase Bank as soon as they became aware of Charles Scoville / Traffic Monsoons' illegal activities)
* Many frauds encourage the use of supposedly anonymous cryptocurrency exchanges
USI-Tech victims are discovering to their horror just how foolish they were in thinking by using cryptocurrency, they were cleverly avoiding "da ebil banks and da ebil gubmint"
Anonymity works both ways - "they" can't easily track you BUT, neither can you easily track "them" or your money

Re: USI-tech claims its' sale of unregistered securities in US "legal"
"When Texas issued USI-Tech with a cease and desist and provide evidence of external ROI revenue, rather than do so the company hastily terminated operations in the US.
The problem with this decision however was that the US was by far USI-Tech’s largest source of investors, which also meant they were owed the most amount of money.
Unable to pay out their affiliates (that’s not how a Ponzi scheme works), USI-Tech has stalled on the matter since the decision to run from US regulators in early January.
This stalling saw the company hide behind the fiction that it was conducting an internal audit to root out fraud.
Perhaps the only thing more unbelievable than a Ponzi scheme supposedly auditing itself to ferret out fraud was the affiliates who went along with it.
A few weeks ago USI-Tech effectively ordered its affiliates to “shut up or else“. Hanging in the balance was the millions of dollars US affiliates are believed to have invested.
Having determined enough time has passed, USI-Tech has announced the result of their internal audit charade.
Not surprisingly, from the sounds of it US USI-Tech affiliates are screwed."

One has to wonder how many times people have to hear the same story before they wake up? The Mark Ghorils of the scam world once again will claim they were just affiliates. While the promoters pinky swear everyone's money was stolen in 1.0, but good news sustainable new 2.0 is right around the corner. Solid communication so so important when not running a fraud.
