Re: USI-tech claims its' sale of unregistered securities in US "legal"
Any bets as to what Motormouth Sharon James will be pimping next now that USI-Tech has all but collapsed ???

After the implosion is probably the worst for me, that's when the sun shines on how feckless much of this lot really is. Really though those people will never be the target audience benefiting from a thread like this pre-crash. If 5-6 of the 7 warning signs for a Ponzi are present https://www.sec.gov/fast-answers/answersponzihtm.html and someone says yeah but maybe, they have too much idiot in the tank. After the tank has been drained some will filter over to see what they could have done differently.

Temped to take money from people that will blow it anyway, certainly.
I don't think though unless you are an anonymous admin that can slip away in the night it is all that easy. Let's say 99% lose in MLM after time and expenses, why should Ponzi math be any different?
The top recruiters for all their bluster have to put in long hours on social media keeping up appearances. Sure some claim they have created automated funnels making sign-ups a breeze, why again are they on social media?
The top promoters seem to create a https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cult_of_personality and apple polishers continue to worship them even after obvious theft. I don't think this is all that easy or everyone would be the popular kid at school. Of course some is an illusion since negative nellies are purged from the ranks, ugh more hassle. And can you imagine some of the things said behind the scenes when victims wake up to the fact they were played?
Even for people without a moral compass, easy money odds are better laid on real work.

The best thing she could do is stay MUM, but thankfully she won't. From the sounds of tings there is a possibility that some of the major pimps in the UK may be facing a class action lawsuit. We'll have to wait and see if it happens, but it sure would be great if it did.
Re: USI-tech claims its' sale of unregistered securities in US "legal"
The corks are popping off the champagne bottles in some fb groups cos the USI website is back online....
I wonder how long it will take them to work out that without a way to withdraw they still up the creek without a paddle!!!. ..

If you're currently in another "opportunity" and the only place you can turn for updates on your cash is a Facebook group this will eventually happen with that as well. It might not be two rouge affiliates in Texas causin all this panda-moneum, but it damn sure will be.

You may have noticed the site up and down and strange things going on in some accounts. They are working on the back offices. Things should be sorted and back to normal soon. Also many have started to receive their withdrawals. Stay tuned for updates next week
What do you think Wanda
Are people from US and Canada starting to get their withdrawals?

Still playing the blame game; but, claiming the USA and Canada will be switched back on when their lawyers advise them to do so...

So let me get this straight. USI-TECH did nothing wrong in the US & Canada. They are about legally going to be able to switch back on the US & Canada, and still the Texas Securities Commissioner has not had an official response to their cease and desist order from USI-TECH.
These dolts really know their members are clueless and brain dead to believe all their BS.
Re: USI-tech claims its' sale of unregistered securities in US "legal"
It's a bit like online dating with this fellow, you see the profile pic but when you meet in person you're like oh. I digress the screen capture video is good stuff, still not sure what he hopes to accomplish since either the SEC moves in or the money is gone for good. Maybe he can bingo arm a few payments for spurned affiliates, but I would only take that flyer if he was working on contingency.

I watched about 5 minutes of the update with Hoistda Jizzmop. Here's what I heard, we're doing a shitton of recruiting around the globe but won't be paying our bills at home. Stuff is happening, still more needs to happen. You know attorneys ,ninjas, and spells, well maybe they didn't say ninjas. Accepting fresh cash no problem, old debts, yeah be patient.

I wouldn't bother booking a ticket - it ain't gonna happen

The SEC is going to love all of the screenshot recordings this guy is encouraging people to make...

Great news from http://www.realscam.com/f11/frank-calabro-jr-4254/. Consider your balance like pictures in Penthouse magazine, nice to look at but you'll never get to touch.

Re: USI-tech claims its' sale of unregistered securities in US "legal"
See how well trained the remaining USI-Tech members are ????
Just like Pavlovs' dogs, show them the balance in their back office and they start salivating and filling Facebook with joyous posts.
Just imagine what would happen if 1) they could withdraw 2) the balance was anything more than numbers-on-a-screen
Better still, imagine what would happen if your bank did the same to you
There'd be rioting in the streets
50cents and your entire back office balance and you STILL couldn't afford a cup of coffee

Lots of interesting reviews here...

Apologies if we have had these before, but here are just two I found especially interesting:-

There are reasonably positive reviews up until October 2017, then it goes markedly downhill after that. There are one or two people warning others of course, but many shout them down.....only to have them proved right.

Re: USI-tech claims its' sale of unregistered securities in US "legal"
I love the fact that some are starting to say report your upline too. I have long believed that naming and shaming those who promote are just as culpable. If we can embarrass local people and family members, hold them accountable in some fashion, it might dissuade people from MLMing in the future.
