Re: USI-tech claims its' sale of unregistered securities in US "legal"
Apparently USI-Tech pimps like Andrew Toal and his pimp mates are working harder than a one legged man at an arse kicking contest flooding Vimeo with DCMA takedown notices alleging that by using their own videos, Washable.Jones is violating copyright and interfering with their right to pimp multiple illegal ponzi schemes.
So far the total is eight "official" DCMA takedown notices.
He must be doing something right, even if it's only contributing to the inevitable Streisand Effect that's unfolding as we speak
Knowing the guy, as I do, I somehow think all the USI-Tech pimp attention he's receiving is only going to strengthen his resolve and make him go harder at exposing their illegal (and immoral) activities

of it, though. Why do you think that the sun will rise tomorrow? Not because of observation (you can’t observe the future!), but because that’s what it has always done in the past. Why do you think that if you turn on the kitchen tap that water will

In other words,
we use inferences — induction — from past experiences in every aspect of our lives.
As Bertrand Russell pointed out, the chicken who expects to be fed when he sees the farmer approaching, since that is what had always happened in the
past, is in for a big surprise when instead of receiving dinner, he becomes dinner.

There is a lot of people who are taking everything that USI puts out on the internet and turning it into a negative. Some of them even in this group. Then we all start complaining that USI isn't doing enough to defend itself and that the lack of communication from them makes it look like the naysayers are right.
But I was reminded of something today that I want to share.
"You can't prove a negative."
You see USI could come out and answer every little comment that has been made in regards to their actions during these troubling times and the only thing that would be accomplished would be to energize the critics. Then those of us who defend the company would be attacked (many already are) and made to look like accessories to the crime.
Instead USI is taking action instead of talking. The return of USI to the Blockchain logs is big. It might not satisfy the critics yet but it should energize the members.
USI is the
first of its kind in the business world and it causes some people to suffer extreme cognitive dissidence to the point of hysteria.
I applaud USI action although I secretly wanted them to communicate more but I will take action over words any day”
If effect USI Tech members have become the farmer's dinner. They were fed and moreover shown images of corn so long they became conditioned to think USI Tech was their safe place. Now even after the hatchet hit the block they are using what little vision they have left reviewing the past while ignoring the present.

What are some Ponzi scheme "red flags"?
https://www.sec.gov/fast-answers/answersponzihtm.html
High investment returns with little or no risk.
Every investment carries some degree of risk, and investments yielding higher returns typically involve more risk. Be highly suspicious of any "guaranteed" investment opportunity.
Overly consistent returns.
Investment values tend to go up and down over time, especially those offering potentially high returns. Be suspect of an investment that continues to generate regular, positive returns regardless of overall market conditions.
Unregistered investments.
Ponzi schemes typically involve investments that have not been registered with the SEC or with state regulators. Registration is important because it provides investors with access to key information about the company's management, products, services, and finances.
Unlicensed sellers.
Federal and state securities laws require investment professionals and their firms to be licensed or registered. Most Ponzi schemes involve unlicensed individuals or unregistered firms.
Secretive and/or complex strategies.
Avoiding investments you do not understand, or for which you cannot get complete information, is a good rule of thumb.
Issues with paperwork.
Do not accept excuses regarding why you cannot review information about an investment in writing. Also, account statement errors and inconsistencies may be signs that funds are not being invested as promised.
Difficulty receiving payments.
Be suspicious if you do not receive a payment or have difficulty cashing out your investment. Keep in mind that Ponzi scheme promoters routinely encourage participants to "roll over" investments and sometimes promise returns offering even higher returns on the amount rolled over.
If you are aware of an investment opportunity that might be a Ponzi scheme, contact the SEC by phone at (800) 732-0330 or submit a tip online at https://www.sec.gov/complaint/tipscomplaint.shtml.

Possible "secret" phone call with Ralf Gold?
It would be nice....more probable is this guy gives J.R.R. Tolkien a run in the world of fantasy.

Dear Partners,
We are delighted to share with you some good news before the weekend and confirm that we have finalized the changes to our systems in order for us to resume a normal operational business next week.
The changes became necessary due to the issues already stated in previous correspondence and vigorous testing of our new system will take place over this coming weekend. The testing will ensure that there are no unpleasant surprises as we look to go live on Monday the 19th February 2018.
A fully comprehensive communication of all the changes and what they mean to you will go out in our newsletter on Monday so that everyone is prepared. It has always been our intention to safeguard our customers and business partners for the long term and give you all a fully transparent platform to work from.
We are excited about the future and what it holds for us all and would again like to thank you all for your understanding and continued support and wish you a very pleasant weekend.

Re: USI-tech claims its' sale of unregistered securities in US "legal"
After any ''disruption'' of normal withdrawals, you can bet the farm that when/if they ever let people take money out again, there's a run on the bank and the show ends pretty soon thereafter. There are some stupid people in the Ponzi-sphere, but they ain't that stupid.
