Meanwhile Danial Tay is running around Malaysia and Indonesia pimping Unascos, while at the same time doing all he can to clear up all the misunderstanding in Thailand about UFun. Yep, all legitimate owners of a business hide out in a foreign country while assisting the authorities from afar to clear up UFun and of course his good name (cough, cough). Jamison Palmer also re-appeared briefly to let people know he had not forgotten them and was doing all he could to help people behind the scenes or some such nonsense. Of course Danial Tay is an honorable man, Jamison is sick his reputation has been tarnished as he just wanted to help everyone as he really didn't need the money, UFun is legit, but it is the "evil government" that is to blame for all this mess, yada, yada, yada, but I'll let you figure it out for yourself as here is what he had to say about all of this, and I quote:

That said... I want to publicly give respect to Dato Danial Tay. To this day... I believe that he is a visionary and a man of integrity.

I still believe that the UFUN business model was completely legitimate. The problem was that because of the tremendous success... it had become a threat for a number of reasons.

I see what happened in Thailand as a crime against the people. It just goes to show that government can do whatever they want right or wrong.

Because of the high concentration of members in Thailand... this incident did become a serious problem for the company. Most companies could not survive with having assets seized and accounts frozen like this.

In fact, most companies would have shut their doors and all of the members would have taken a loss.

Danial Tay, being the man that he is, vowed to make sure that members would not take a loss and would be made whole no matter what it takes. He is still doing everything he can to move things forward and make this happen.

How many leaders are willing to do something like this?

I think it is a shame that many people want to blame Danial and the company or what happened. If any crime has been committed, I believe it has been committed by the police in Thailand. There were no “victims” until the police got involved.

Rather than people being upset with the company... people should be upset with the people that launched an attack against the company. That this was even allowed to take place when it was doing so much good for so many people around the world.

All of that being said... I know that the company has been working hard on making things right and making all of the members whole again.

How many companies have you been involved with that were willing to do whatever it takes to make sure you didn't lose your money and were made whole again?

I know they have been working nonstop for months now and I have not seen all the details of the new structure. I am planning on meeting with Danial and some of the other key people over the next week.

Obviously... I am unable to give an opinion on the new structure at this point. However, once I have a good understanding, I promise to give it to you straight no matter what.

Also, since most of you have not been invited to the private mastermind, I am going to open it up to any UFUN members that want to join. And for you only... I am going to give full access to the training / content at no charge.

Again I sincerely apologize for the lack of communication and your frustration. I have been just as upset and frustrated as anyone else.

The only question I have is what bunker is he hiding in to send this out. I hope the Thai's come after him and charge him for his role in this Ponzi. As well as a few others: Casey Tan, Michael Mansell, Rodney Burton, Bryant Barbee, and let's not forget our favorite trader from down under Lyn Summers. They all deserver to go to prison in Thailand.

What is pathetic is that the major players in this Ponzi fled to Malaysia where they have been given sanctuary from extradition. Seems the Deputy Prime Minister's son was knee-deep in this Ponzi, as well as a member of the royal family, and the Malay authorities don't want to do anything.

So Unascos is being run from there as they know they are safe from prosecution and apparently extradition. The Malay authorities at first claimed that they had not been asked by the Thai's to extradite anyone or help in the investigation, and then the Thai authorities showed the communique where they did. Then the excuse was they investigated and no-one had done any wrong. Seems the extradition request is lost in the bureaucratic maze and cannot be found.

But not to worry as Danial Tay is doing all he can to clear this misunderstanding up with the Thai authorities as he can prove UFunClub is not a Ponzi. Of course he fled to Malaysia to do it instead of staying in Thailand. He assured everyone he is not a scammer and is an honest businessman. He has taken offense at being called a scammer and a crook. So far the Thai authorities are still waiting on him to contact them to explain how they got it wrong.

Of course members of Unascos are still waiting to get paid what they are owed, but their new enhancements of the rewards and benefits will solve the payment issues. R I G H T !
