If they made it to Malaysia, kiss extradition bye. That's where Danial Tay and all the other big-wigs are hiding out and Malaysia is not doing a thing to extradite them back to Thailand to stand trial.

I find it hard to believe they didn't consider them a flight risk and kept them locked up or at least under 24-hour surveillance.

The warrant for the arrest of Rosita Stanfield & Nico Gianno was rescinded when their attorney appeared before the court and told the judge he thought the sentencing hearing had been cancelled due to his filing an appeal. They and their attorney appeared later in the afternoon before the judge, but no word on what transpired at this hearing. Hopefully what transpired will be released shortly.

What it is, is the next installment of the original Ponzi of UFunClub/UToken. When he realized that people were not buying Unascos, as the name as too similar to UFunClub/UToken, he had to come up with a new name that did hot have a tie that could be found when using Google/Bing or any other search engine.

This is all Danial Tay knows how to do, and he knows he has a lot of gullible people who will once again buy all his froth and bubble spiel and he can continue to rape them to maintain his lifestyle.

But rest assured he is doing all he can to prove to the Thai authorities that UFunClub/UToken was not a Ponzi, and he is not a crook. I know because he kept telling everyone he was doing this and was honest as the day is long. The mere fact that he did not go to Thailand to clear all of this up is not of importance. You are focusing on the wrong thing. He is diligently working from Malaysia with the Thai authorities proving UFunClub/UToken was not a Ponzi and they acted too soon, and it is their actions that caused all the harm to the members. Of course the Thai authorities have not heard one peep from Danial Tay, but I'm sure the Email got lost in cyber-space just like the Emails from the Thai authorities to the Malaysian authorities seeking their help in extraditing all the crooks of UFunClub/UToken that fled there to avoid prosecution. The Malaysian authorities still haven't found those Emails, and they searched everywhere for them.

I've seen SCAMS use confusing "technical problems" on their website to try and stall people from taking their money out before, but I'll be damned if I have ever seen one use the same ruse to keep people from getting their hands on a worthless certificate that is only designed to make them think they might get some money in three years "when they go public"!

Not only has Thailand have retired military being involved in Ponzi's but now comes this out of Thailand:

The head of a powerful Buddhist sect in Thailand will be indicted next week on charges of money laundering and related crimes involving millions of embezzled funds that allegedly reached the temple's coffers.

The Office of the Attorney-General announced its decision to bring to court the abbot of the Wat Dhammakaya temple, Phra Dhammachayo, and four other people to be charged with conspiracy to launder money, money laundering and receiving stolen property, on Wednesday.

'Prosecutors have agreed to charge Phra Dhammachayao of Dhammakaya temple on charges of conspiracy to launder money, money laundering and receiving stolen goods,' said Somnuek Siangkong, spokesman of the Office of the Attorney General. The case involves 1.4 billion baht ($40 million) embezzled from a credit union. One of those scheduled to be arraigned in the money laundering case is the former chairman of the now-defunct Klongchan Credit Union Cooperative, who is already serving a 16-year prison term for embezzlement.

The Dhammakaya sect is controversial because it is ostentatiously wealthy and politically influential. It is considered sympathetic to former Prime Minister Thaksin Shinawatra, who was ousted in a 2006 coup and is despised by the current military government. Some speculate the sect's legal problems result from its association with Thaksin. Three of the accused will be arraigned in November but Dhammachayo and the fifth suspect are at large after evading arrest warrants earlier this year, so it is unclear if they will appear.

The Dhammakaya temple has repeatedly insisted on its abbot's innocence and said he was too sick to surrender for arrest. He is said to still live at the monastery. 'Our abbot is very sick and cannot travel outside the temple grounds,'said Phra Sanitwong Wuttiwangso, the temple's public relations chief. At one point earlier this year, police besieged the temple north of Bangkok, but withdrew without trying to seize Dhammachayo after his monks and lay followers turned up en masse.

Although the sect is controversial, the prospect of violence at a Buddhist temple would be troubling. The country's dominant religion has come under repeated scrutiny following a series of sex, drugs and money scandals involving several temples and monks over the years. Critics say that the Dhammakaya Temple, which says it has millions of followers around the world, is too money-focused and encourages financial donations as a way to gain good karma. They also say it strays from the Theravada Buddhism practiced by millions of Thais.

I bet the Abbot is too sick to surrender for arrest. It has not been a good year for the Thai's when it comes to their retired military leaders and religious leaders.

But this can't be! Danial Tay has told us over and over and over and over that he would never be a part of anything illegal and he was not a criminal. He was going to prove it wasn't illegal from Malaysia. Funny how he didn't want to do it in Thailand isn't it. (sarcasm). Well Danial, UFun/UToken was an illegal pyramid and you are a criminal. Pathetic that the Malaysian Authorities refused to extradite you back to Thailand so you could stand trial and prove you aren't a criminal. Of course if you were truly innocent you would have gone back voluntarily and proved it in court. Not a criminal my a$$et$.
