Pick me! I love guessing games. What do these guys have in common?

1.)They were are all retired BEFORE Evolv's inception.
2.)None of them have permission from Dana White (UFC owner, and No relation to Trey White) to use the UFC logo to promote the water.

Gee, what a surprise! Trey White's personal friends were the first ones to get the Mercedes "carrots" being dangled in front of the thousands of people losing money in this deal. All the money flows upward and look who got it. Michelle Fraser and Larry Seegar (who sued Roscoe / Trey in Dallas District court by the way) are living the life of the rich and famous at the expense of thousands of reps paying in to this bum deal. The early entrants once again strike pay dirt!

But wait Evolvers, Trey will be giving away more of your auto-ship dollars in November when he announces another friend wins the 1 million dollar promotion he and Brent are currently boasting. Will it be Garret McGrath, Robert Dean, or Kenn Dunn? Don't you get it? You are paying that million.

I think there is a You Tube video where Trey says the prize will be paid in annuities over the next 20 years. If/when Evolv goes bankrupt in three years, will the balance be considered unsecured debt, and Trey will be relieved of this obligation? Because it will be a friend who wins, I don't think this is a big deal, but I want to know the answer none the less.

Does anyone really believe Evolv, in its' present form, will be around in ONE year, much less three years ???

The next interesting questions to be answered are: "how much WATER are members really selling and how much of their income is being derived from the recruiting and/or ponzi aspects of their business"

I think folks should be asking him about the suit he filed against Roscoe / Trey White, his new Mercedes ( only he and Trey White friend Michelle Fraser got one) and the multi-billionaire status of his long time friend, Trey. He mentions Jonathan Gilliam in his videos as well. Perhaps, he will share the real reason Jonathan Gilliam bailed and how the suit with MD Anderson is going.

I received a very lengthy e-mail where he did admit he wasn't a "huge fan of MLMs." However, since he is obviously actively promoting the Evolv pyramid scheme I will keep my answers to him here for the public and politely request that he share his information about the product here as well.

After years of research and with many others trying the water with virtually universal positive results, it was presented to M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas, for considerations of its merits. Their laboratory researched the chemical and pharmacological basis for the water’s almost universal positive effects.
The rest is history and a product was born.

That is quite a story and not what MD Anderson is saying. These clowns, including Ron Bloomingkemper who sent me the information about that site, need to read the lawsuit filed by MD Anderson.

But ask leaders at M.D. Anderson about the water, and they're not promoting it. They're taking Evolv to court.

"We shouldn't be trying to create an image with folks that are patients or family members that are patients that there is some endorsement when there's not," said Dan Fontaine, a senior vice president for business affairs at M.D. Anderson. "That's just not right."

The University of Texas regents and M.D. Anderson are suing Evolv and HealtH20, the manufacturer of the water. The lawsuit claims the companies are misusing the M.D. Anderson name and misleading consumers.

"Our greatest concern is that people may be confused to what our role actually was," Fontaine said.

M.D. Anderson's federal lawsuit claims Evolv is "basically city of Houston tap water that has been infused with HealtH20's Archea Active formula."

The cancer center says it was paid to perform preliminary tests for the water, but that's it.

M.D. Anderson says no human tests were done and there's no endorsement.

The Motion for Expedited Discovery states:

Defendant HealtH20 Products, LLC ("HealtH20") contracted with M. D. Anderson to conduct limited in vitro testing of an "enhanced" water beverage comprised of HealtH20's purported Archaea Active formula and City of Houston tap water. (See Declaration of William Hagans attached hereto ("Hagans Decl."), ¶3, Ex. A). Such testing was limited to testing the potential anti-inflammatory properties of the water beverage as provided to M. D. Anderson (inflammation is known to be an issue faced by cancer patients). Id. Indeed, the testing conducted at M. D. Anderson was so limited and preliminary in nature that it rendered inconclusive results—the tests showed that the beverage, as tested by M. D. Anderson, may have some anti-inflammatory properties, but also, that the beverage may act as an inflammatory enhancer. Id. The report generated by M. D. Anderson specifically stated that further testing would need to be conducted. Id.

Despite the limited and preliminary nature of the testing conducted at M. D. Anderson, Defendants have been claiming that what they, and their cadre of pyramid-based sales people are selling under the brand name Evolv, is, among other things, "backed by research" conducted at M. D. Anderson. (Hagans Decl., ¶4, Ex. B.). These statements are false for at least two unequivocal reasons: (1) Defendants, by their own admission, are not selling the product as tested by M. D. Anderson—M. D. Anderson tested the purported Archaea Active formula as combined with City of Houston tap water, whereas in their Answers to Plaintiff's Complaint, both Defendants claim that the product they are selling is not combined with City of Houston tap water; and (2) any testing conducted by M. D. Anderson was not comprehensive or for that matter, conclusive, as Defendants would have the public believe. (Compare Hagans Decl., ¶3, Ex. A with Defendant Evolv's Answer, Doc. #14, and Defendant HealtH20's Answer and Counterclaims, Doc. #13).

Well Ron, it is not really my testimony to share, and I would hate to put his personal story out there without his permission. But let me say this... It really made me realize the power of this product. There are thousands upon thousands ...of people just like him out there that really could use Evolv. It is also so powerful the way this business works. Had Gene Kaiser not shared it with Trey, Trey not shared it with Garrett, Garrett not shared it with me, had I not shared it with my friend Leonard, and if Leonard had not shared it with him, this gentleman would be in pretty bad shape. Part of what we want to do with our blog is have a place for product testimonies, not money ones, to share with the world. We talk to a lot of people who want to see the science first and meet the inventors. Fantabulous! Our new friend Ron has been running around the great world wide web soliciting testimonies about Evolv. For all I know he is my cousin thrice removed uncle's brother's exe's best friend's former roomate, but I digress.

Ron wants more testimonies about Evolv. Well, I hope all those who have been burned in this "zero water" adventure will share their stories with us here. There is nothing more wonderful that the truthful testimonials of the 98% of losers in these MLMs that will help others to avoid these scams and the destruction that comes in their wake.

Actually,

putting lemons in Evolv tap water is probably the smart thing to do.

At least that way you'll get some nutritional benefit.

He was a pre-launch team leader / groundfloor entrant whose ship burned up in the atmosphere on re-entry. This ridiculous "zero water" deal is no doubt creating teams of paupers.
