Just check out those after pictures. Those scammers at Evolv sure are gutsy (or judging from the pictures less gutsy) to pull that! That fraudulent advertising should be reported to the FTC and Texas Attorney General's Office.

Don't ever let an MLMer sell you that theirs is a life of liesure. The four or five MLMers I follow have spent the entire weekend driving miles and miles, to different peoples houses, in a vain attempt to sell their scheme.

The MLMers would like you to believe they don't answer to an alarm clock. The fact is they traded 9-5 Monday through Friday, for 6pm-10pm Monday thru Friday, and 8-8 on Saturday and Sunday. It is my opinion that they would trade back with you in a heartbeat, if they weren't already in so deep.

    James Reality T.V.

The proof in my last post.

Listen to how this guy tells you he gets to spend time at home while working, yet he is in a car. He describes last night's meeting, he describes tonight's meeting, and he talks about hitting it hard for the rest of the year. All I am hearing is that he works at home, in his car, at the gym, and every night. Sounds great!?!

Evolv gave away prizes last night based on before/after pictures from their members. If they were doing before/before/after pictures, below is what Spencer's would have looked like. Spencer had no problem with his physique in 2007...long before he had heard of Evolv. The first picture is from Spencer's 2007 MySpace page. The second and third photos are what he submitted to Evolv. He won.

Here is Spencer's Blog from 2007 concerning weight loss. Sounds like he has changed his tune on several points. His picture from 2007 is included again, so you can see that this guy knows how to keep his body in shape. He didn't learn it from an E84 Challenge..:

FAT LOSS - How I lost 65 pounds of fat in 10 months

    Current mood:creative

Ok.... weight watchers is a tool for some... BUT SAVE your money!!! LISTEN. You have all the power needed to change your mind and body within yourself. It's all about the metabolism... the efficiency and rate with which your body uses available and stored energy.

AVOID: starches such as white rice, pasta, noodles, white potatoes... yes, white potatoes... these create a huge "surge" in insulin shutting down your metabolism... For this same reason, avoid sugars (candy). Each time you eat that, you are choosing to shut down your metab. WHY the hell would anyone CHOOSE to do that??? The ONLY time one should really eat stuff like this is immediately AFTER a tuff work out to help insulin store much needed nutrients BACK where they are needed- inside of cells- which insulin is a carrier of such elements.

Learn to eat 1/2 your meal... stop... talk, drink water... then start again. It takes the mind 15 minutes to register if it is "full" or not (tummy). Learn to push away the plate when you are "satisfied" at a 6/10 full factor... 10 being stupid full, pants unbuttoned, which BTW is a result of water retention needed to digest starches, usually... If ya get hungry again, eat. But maybe you had too many carbs and not enough protein? Protein and fiber make you "feel full" longer and 35% of the calories are torched just moving them to the right places in your body.

DRINK water... COOOOLD water. Just 13 oz of cold water raises your metab. by as much as 33% over 45 minutes. NO ADDED FLAVORS cuz again.. this fools the pancreas into thinking it needs to secrete insulin. NO white potatoes with that steak... same reason... choose broccoli.

NO NO NO NO FRIED FOODS... If it is fried... "Let it slide..." Cardio Cardio Cardio AFTER liftin for 30-45 min 5x weekly OR first thing in morning on an empty stomache.

DO NOT skip breakfast!!! You lose 1/3 rate of metab. if you do.

If you desire to build lean mass while burning fat, you need to jog suuuper sllllow after your work outs... Trust me... it works.

Over all, do not feel gulty about eating tasty and high calorie meals with friends... you have to live. Just eat responsibly and in time... you will look amazing and feel FREE of having an overweight, unhealthy body AND YOUR MIND, and self-respect will be at ALL -TIME highs... =)

IT TAKES TIME and SOME dedication. This is a great start. If you are losing in inches and not pounds... and look and feel better... who gives a care? It's all about how them jeans fit your ass right??? Also.. it is not HOW MUCH you can lift... it is how much you LOOK like you can lift that matters- for weight lifters... Hope this helps you. Suppliments are another discussion. BE CAREFUL... HOWEVER, I do recommend that one should take SOMETHING with green tea/caffeine extract IF your blood pressure is under control, not taking blood pressure meds, and have no allergies to these. Better consult your doctor (covering my ass). These DO aid in weight loss. Better not get started on suppliments!!! Good luck... BTW... You look great JUST the way you are today! One last and final thing... I personally will never compete in a "show". The true competition lies within oneself, everyday. That is life. Rock on!!!

    I don't know Whip...

I wouldn't be surprised to hear that Spencer gained 40 pounds, put on too small shorts, and stuck out his belly for his before picture, in a specific effort to win this contest.

It might be that the before picture was taken in 2007, although the time-stamp refutes that. Or, it might be that he was in great shape in 2007, got out of shape over the next four years, and the E84 challenge motivated him to get back in shape. I'm willing to consider any of the above as plausible.

My only point is that there is a lot more to any story than a before/after picture. These folks only tell/show you the most shocking, in an effort to "sell" you.

My Hubby rides 100 mile bike rides, centuries, all the time. He rides for hours at a time 3 days a week weather permitting. He is very lean and can easily change his posture in just the way those pictures show and look like he has quite the beer belly when in fact he is in excellent shape. So a deep breath, stomach pooched out and a little photoshop and voila one has the fascinating photos Evolv posts.

The color differential in the 'in shape' pics make them look photoshopped. His head has a reddish tint light while the body does not. And then you have to ask where the excess skin went. Not buyin' that someone's metabolism is that good at that age.

It may not be a once in a lifetime opportunity, or the next billion dollar industry, but I've done my due diligence, and I'm ready to join. Now to chose a leader who will meet me at the top. Do I go with:

a.) Keith D-So dumb he makes you think, if this guy can do it, so can anybody.
b.) Kenn D.-So many tools to buy when you join his team. More opportunities to make money, but it'll cost you.
c.) Camaron C.-He will call me brother and tell me he loves me. That could fill the hole in my heart, whilst he takes money from the hole in my pocket.
d.) Essie G.-She can teach me how to make shakes.

She does know how to make shakes, and she will tell you about it all day...except when she is talking about her 11 year old. But I'm not sure that qualifies her as a leader. I think she is more likely to be one of the hundreds who loses money on this deal. The one thing she does have going for her, besides the shakes, is that she lives in a real city. Houston is a decent town, if you can stand the humidity.

Why is it that the other Evolv leaders I'm considering live in places like Muskogee, Oklahoma, Kennesaw, Georgia, and Columbus, Ohio? I can't find any leaders in LA, Chicago, or New York. Are the people in the big cities too savvy? Have they seen the snake oil salesmen come and go so many times they are immune to him?

Pay Plan Comparison -Evolv VS ? ....and the winner is? - YouTube

Forget the products, let's talk recruiting. In this video, not to be confused with Mike's Yoli video, Mike tries to explain how Evolv's comp plan is better than most others. He starts with the premise that he is comparing "apples to apples", then compares two different types of comp plans. Highlights include, but aren't limited to:
-"a promoter in the non-evolv model has to work 10 times harder to make the same money"
-When he gets to discussing Evolv's plan, count how many times he says probably. Not strong on facts, but a fun drinking game.
-He starts talking about additional selling of tools. (that doesn't sound like the same amount of work, Mike.)
-Try reading the disclaimer at the end of the video. It is moving pretty quickly. I don't think he wants you to read that part.

The big mystery to me still remains, is he talking about a weekly payout or monthly? If those two examples are monthly incomes, before expenses, healthcare and taxes, it doesn't seem like a lot of money in return for alienating your family, former friends, and neighbors.

Camaron takes an old approach on the before/after pictures, and makes it his own.

A friend asked him a direct question regarding how many years it had been since those were actually jeans Camaron could wear. He indirectly answers that he had been hiding his larger self behind big shirts.387209_10150465425796661_826221660_8551208_562523296_n.jpg You are only hiding the truth, Camaron.

Ok... This is Spencer talking here... What you fail to realize is that If you look closely at what YOU just wrote and copined from an older blog of mine that is 4 years old, and I am 4 years older and 75 pounds heavier, is that I said I lost 65 pounds of fat in TEN ten 10 T E N months... that is WELL over TRIPLE the time I lost 52 SCALE pounds or close to 70 pounds of fat this go around in just 1/3 of the time I lost similar weight 4 FOUR years ago without my back injuries from an accident I had. So you do not know what you are talking about.

Without the e84 products, there is NO WAY EVER I could have mustered the appetite control AND harness the unsurpassed energy I gained through whole cellular nutrition - all naturall - along with EVIDENCED BASED weight loss and MUSCLE DEVELOPMENT guidance I received from Exersciz.com. Go back to the drawing board sir. You simply do not know what you are talking about. This stuff is simply AMAZING. In fact, you are missing out. Have you even tried it for just one month? There is a full money back guarentee, sir. Expect to win... Evolv!!! Woo Hoo, I feel GREAT!!!

Man I tell you what... Yes, I did gain 75 pounds over the next 4 years. Life can be challenging. I got in an accident and was depressed for a while. I did try in early 2011 to lose my weight as I did in 2007 OVER 10 MONTHS as you point out to your own DEMISE. I failed to lose the weight... A friend introduced the e84 and in weeks I had renewed energy, world class whole cellular nutrition, and my joint and back pains went away. I had an "edge" with the Evolv products. Now, MY PERSONALITY is to win... yes. But I could not have lost 52 pounds in 84 days without Evolv. Just no way. The rest is for the world to decide for themselves. If you ask me, you should check out the e84 for yourself before you knock it. Have a very Merry Christmas everyone and an amazing Happy New Year!!! All I Know is I feel amazing!

    Spencer,

Why do I need to try the E84 experience before I knock it? Why can't I go by your blog where you say Weight Watchers is a tool for some, but I should save my money? You do a great, honorable, job of detailing how one can get in shape by watching what one eats and exercising. That blog is quite contrary to your new position that one needs to be involved in a pyramid scheme involving non-FDA approved diet shakes, in order to lose weight.

    Spencer,

Nice try at a snow job, but there is no snow here in Evolv's hometown, lad. After 4 pregnancies, 2 kids and years of nursing I packed on 20 pounds. The doctor and I had a lovely chat. I started eating 5-6 times a day and watching my portions and choices even more carefully. I upped my walking and poof 15 pounds melted away in short order. I am working on the last few pounds without any MLM hyped nonsense.

To the treadmill I go! Ho, ho, ho.......

Get to the Limu Experience Now - YouTube

When asked why this MLM interests me at all, I usually respond that following the characters is like watching a television show, and I want to see what crazy thing they do next. Admittedly, most of the time it is the same old thing, day after day, but if you are lucky, and patient, along comes a video like the one above.

From my favorite ex-Evolver: Here are two guys who want you to think they can help build your business. Do NOT confuse these guys with your 10-year old children who make home-movies in the back yard. This is for real, yo! At least he didn't mislead his people like Nick, and tell them it was going to possibly be a reality television show. My only hope is that like Nick's home video, this will have 90+ episodes.

    Keep 'em coming Keith.

These MLMers are better than Dallas reruns! Had to borrow those DVDs from the library with the new series being filmed here in my own backyard and all. Some of these folks could out snake ol' JR Ewing. I rarely watch TV, but for the new Dallas premiering in summer 2012 I might take a breather from scambusting!
