Troy, your Nancy Drew impression has left me waning. Allow me to address your 10 minute "setting the record straight" video.

You spend the first 5 minutes implying that bloggers out there don't care for Trey's "narthisistic" personality. The fact that you don't know how to pronounce the word implies to me that you haven't seen any critic say that about Trey in a video blog, nor have you read it next to Trey's name recently, or you would know the word...unless you have a terrible lisp. If that is the case, I humbly apologize. The fact is, this is classic misdirection on your part. By spending the first half of your video refuting a non-point (created in your own imagination) you think you can sway the audience from paying attention to the real issues.

You spend the next couple of minutes blaming distribs for calling Trey a multi-billionaire. But, here is the thing, how Trey became a multi-millionaire is immaterial. I believe there is no shame in inheriting it. The problem is the implication that Trey has had several successful business ventures that created this wealth, and that gives potential distribs the false sense of security that his proven track record insures success with Evolv. It also implies that he has invested millions of his personal dollars in Evolv. I am certain that he put up at most $50,000 for a video and a website. He did not invest in equipment, factories, or vehicles. These are items normally associated with a legitimate business. Every item associated with Evolv's hard goods comes in the form of contract labor. Trey has no dog in this hunt.

I forget how the last three minutes go. By this time I had already lost interest in Troy, and was reading the comments at the bottom. Of course the usual suspects all weighed in: Kenn Dunn, who is two weeks away from winning $1,000,000 of his down-line's money, Garret, Jack, Jim Lutes, Tracey's wife...et al.

@Troy Dooly, instead of focusing on Trey's "narthisisim", could you do a little digging on this? I am here to help, since your math may be as rusty as your English...

Anne Bodack Smith claims 18 million in revenue in one year. Let's halve that number as it is most likely MLM hype. So, we have 9 million in revenue. Subtract about 3 million in sign-up fees and "tools", and we are left with 6 million from water sales. 6 million divided by $55/case equates to 109,000 cases. Trey pledged above to give 1 bottle to charity for every case sold, so by using a conservative look at THEIR numbers, that would be 109,000 bottles...or, 4,541 cases. I want to see documentation that Trey has given away 4,500 cases to charity BEFORE October 15th, 2010. I would be more impressed if he gave away the equivalent in cash. That would be $250,000 based on the $55/case price. If he wants to use his cost it would be $13,500 at $3/case.

Alright Troy, take it from there. Show your impartiality...get Trey back on the phone, and ask him about their "Giving" program.

Ok, time to focus on Sandra Reed. In the screen capture she is basically calling Troy on his BS video, saying that the compensation plan is terrible, and Troy tells her to just quit. Using LRM's definitions, you would have to call her a "true believer". But do you have to feel sorry for her? Sandra had people in her house, telling them that Evolv has the best compensation plan in MLM. Was she lying when she said this? Better yet, has she learned her lesson? The short answer is NO! She has followed Yvonne Berry and Robert Dean to Visalus. (She's also pushing some kind of tanning bed massage table combo...I swear I can't make this stuff up.) If you go to her Facebook wall, she posts a note from Trey White to T.O.P.G.U.N. saying he is saddened that Robert Dean has left Evolv, because the "company" was making so much money. She then questions where the 18 million went if the "workers" didn't see any of it. She obviously isn't familiar with this website, because we have been telling her for months that the money went to Trey, Garret, Jim Lutes, Kenn Dunn, and...................ROBERT DEAN!

What works when debating a career fraudster of the "Trey White" type doesn't necessarily carry any weight when addressing a "true believer" and DEFINITELY doesn't work when God is introduced into the equation.

U.S. COURT FOR THE DISTRICT OF UTAH CENTRAL DIVISION
Tahitian Noni International vs. Robert L. Dean Jr, Top Gun International, Herschel Gibbs, Bridges International, Donna Allen, Preprospecter Inc, and Noni Matters.

Some highlights of Case No. 2:09-CV-51 TS:

On December 19, 2008, Dean demanded an advance on the Cash Award in the amount of $100,000.00. Plaintiffs complied, depositing the funds into Dean’s bank account. Within a short time of receiving the funds, Dean announced that he was working for and promoting one of Plaintiff’s competitors (the “Competitor”). Dean also began actively soliciting members of his downline to end their relationship with TNI and join the Competitor.
Plaintiff represented to the Court during oral arguments that Dean’s exit will likely reduce Plaintiff’s revenues by approximately 3%.
The Court finds that there is a substantial likelihood of success on the merits, based on Section A.10.B. of the Manual. The Court also finds that Dean’s promotion of a competitor’s product while still employed by Plaintiff is causing irreparable harm to Plaintiff’s goodwill.
The parties represent that the IPC Agreement expires in May 2009, only four months away. The evidence presently before the Court indicates that Dean has taken no actions to terminate the IPC Agreement prematurely, so that his continued work for Plaintiff is entirely his own responsibility. Finally, the Court finds that there are no public policy arguments against issuance of a Preliminary Injunction based solely on Section A.10.B. of the Manual.

It is therefore ORDERED that Plaintiff’s Motion for a Preliminary Injunction is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part. The Injunction is as follows:

1. During the term of the contract IPC contract between Robert L. Dean, Jr. and Tahitian Noni International, Inc., and for one year thereafter, Robert L. Dean, Jr. and Top Dog International shall not promote or sell any non-Tahitian Noni® brand ingestible or topical products derived from the Morinda citrifolia plant.
2. Until such time as Robert L. Dean, Jr. ceases to be an IPC for Tahitian Noni International, Inc., Robert L. Dean, Jr. and Top Dog International shall not promote or sell any non-Tahitian Noni® brand liquid dietary supplement without prior written approval from Tahitian Noni International, Inc.
3. Plaintiff shall post a bond in the amount of $10,000.00. This Preliminary Injunction shall become effective immediately upon posting the bond.

Uggggh! I don't even know who to pull for anymore. I think it is kind of funny that Robert Dean left Evolv high and dry, but it is obvious that he has fooled Sandra into thinking none of T.O.P.G.U.N. made any money. Sandra, Robert Dean and Yvonne Berry made money...they took your money.

I can't figure out if Robert's son, Robert Dean III made any money with Keith Dorsey. They are so uneducated it is almost impossible to muddle through their Facebook and website postings, however, there is one posting from Dean III today where he compares Visalus to felling like they are back with Noni. I doubt the Noni leadership thinks that is funny.

One more question..Does the exodus of T.O.P.G.U.N mean they won't still be consuming the product...as consumers? Their Youtube videos had me convinced that the "product" was something they couldn't imagine living without. I'm sure they told Trey to keep them on autoship.

I will take a shot at this..but its a biased list based on the characters I am following.

As the World (of Evolv) turns

The products:

Evolv Water: As far as I can tell, it is a private label water being bottled by a contract bottler (not owned by Evolv or Trey) It is in pre-launch...whatever that means.

Evolv Gel: A topical application that cures ailments and diseases. This will be introduced next month. I assume it will be pre-launch as well.

Cast:

Trey White and Brent Hicks: Owners/Founders...involved in a series of failed businesses discover the easy money in MLM in September of 2009. Preying on the weak-minded and desperate is the name of their new game.

Jason Fraser and Larry Seegar: Good friends of Trey. Placed at the top of the pyramid without having to do too much recruiting.

Anne Bodack Smith and Nikki Baulisch: Employees of Evolv. No idea what they do, but I think they are paid to keep the masses confused.

Garret McGrath, Jim Lutes and Robert Dean Jr.: Three serial MLMers. They are "Master Distributors" in Evolv. I'm not sure what Jim Lutes calls his lemmings, but Garret's are tagged with the Team Inspirit moniker and Robert Dean's are T.O.P.G.U.N. As we now know, Dean left earlier this month, taking his 2,000 followers to Visalus.

Kenn Dunn: Recently left an MLM run by a guy named Max where he claims he was unfairly ousted despite making $120,000/month. Claims he is now making that same number with Evolv. Not sure how he got so high, so fast, but he is up there.

Juan Carlos Barrios: to Mexico what Kenn Dunn is to Canada.

Jack Weinzerl and Shanna McDonald: Two brain-washed members of Team Inspirit. Both pretty far down the pyramid, but both very active in all the "tools" MLM claims you need to execute to be successful. They are the two I follow the closest, because I'm curious if someone that is not friends with the top can make any money. I thought Jack gave up last month, but I may be wrong.

Keith Dorsey: Probably the most brain-washed MLMer I have seen in the last year. A blindly loyal follower of Robert Dean. Completely misguided on what a career and being a productive member of society means.

Yvonne Berry: Robert Dean's right hand woman. My problem with her is all the Youtube videos from all the different companies where she promises early retirement to any who follow.

Tracey Tigglemen: Former MMA fighter. Lied about his business acumen when luring followers into the pyramid.

Under Cover Brother: Just someone who found this real life drama more entertaining than television. I would also like to add that 99% of what I write is in jest. I have no animosity towards any of the players. I just find their words interesting, and use the same tactic they use (the internet) to point out how ridiculous they sound.

I think that is all for now. This is the soap opera as I know it.

NOW I begin to understand,

so, Robert Dean left Monavie, where he claims to have made squillions, went to Evolv, where he made ANOTHER squillion and now he's gonna make even more at Visalus.

Or, perhaps he made a fortune at Monavie, nothing at Evolv, was down to his last few bucks and HAD to go to Visalus before he was completely broke.

Unless you were caught in a weak moment and were suckered in, the whole thing is funnier than a barrel of monkeys.

The funniest part, for me, is reading pro MLM forums and watching the posters earnestly discussing comp. plans and "pre launch" strategies and generally carrying on as if what Evolv doing is "real" and it's not just selling high priced, mislabeled tap water.

I mean, over time observers have come to expect the spin that comes from inside a fraudulent operation, but watching "true believers" detached from reality and operating inside their own little bubble of "comp. plans" and "opportunity" and "lifestyle options" and "choices" is, to me, at least, a fascinating exercise.

2.) Are you following any of the players, or are you more interested in the product and it's drama with MD Anderson?

My interest with the product is how it relates to the players, and the obvious questions that they don't want to ask...

1.) If the product contains a formula that did half the things they claim, there would be a national media frenzy on the science. It would be covered extensively by every outlet, there would be awards given out. The FDA would be involved. And despite none of this happening, Evolvers continue to make claims that it helped their kids with Asthma, cured their grandma of Gout, and helped their kid's football team win a state championship.

2.) If this was a serious mixture of a major scientific breakthrough and natural spring water, it would not be mixed at a contract water bottler in Northern Arkansas...without the watchful eye of Trey making weekly visits. If not Trey, it would be someone mentioned in the propaganda. We know about all the players on the business side. We know about the "scientists" (The Collins Twins). We know about the communications team; Jon Gilliam, Nikki, and Anne. But, we have not heard about one person involved in quality control, mixing, or factory operations...and the only reason is because that is a position not necessary, and therefore doesn't exist. This is something people are putting in their body, yet you never hear about quality control or security. It is ridiculous to think that the owners of this product, if it were legitimate, would not be more heavily involved in the actual product. Looking forward to the November convention...three weeks away.
