Another Evolver claims their gel cures toothaches, while another claims Evolv gel works as a shampoo...
I refuse to believe these people are so myopic, they think their sales pitch is acceptable. I refuse to believe they are so uneducated, they think they are first to market this way (see below). I refuse to believe they are so callus, they do not care.

History
Since there was no federal regulation in the USA concerning safety and effectiveness of drugs until the 1906 Food and Drugs Act[3] and various medicine salesmen or manufacturers seldom had enough skills in analytical chemistry to analyze the contents of snake oil, it became the archetype of hoax.
The snake oil peddler became a stock character in Western movies: a traveling "doctor" with dubious credentials, selling some medicine (such as snake oil) with boisterous marketing hype, often supported by pseudo-scientific evidence, typically bogus. To increase sales, an accomplice in the crowd (a shill) would often "attest" the value of the product in an effort to provoke buying enthusiasm. The "doctor" would prudently leave town before his customers realized that they had been cheated. This practice is also called "grifting" and its practitioners are called "grifters".
The practice of selling dubious remedies for real (or imagined) ailments still occurs today, albeit with some updated marketing techniques.

Houston Scientist
Houston Scientist’s Active Archaea Formula and Evolv Beverage

http://drinkandevolv.com/wp-content/...=200&zc=1&q=90
Created by the late Gene Kaiser of Houston, Texas, there is a very special product going to market and America is already talking about it. Gene Kaiser made his first mark in the scientific community in the 1950’s with his invention of “Thin Set Mortar”. Any home with tile or stone floors probably contains Gene’s invention. Gene Kaiser was a World War II hero and the last known survivor of the USS Orca that was exposed to massive amounts of radiation during the Atomic Bomb testing off Bikini Island in the 1940’s. Gene also suffered from lifelong heart problems and finally developed bone marrow cancer in his mid to late 70’s. Once, discovered, the doctors gave Gene less than 6 months to live.
Amazingly, Gene survived another four years to age 82 and it was not the bone marrow cancer that took his life. Gene believed he survived and felt good in his later years because he was drinking the formula that today has become known as “Archaea Active” derived from ancient organisms. Gene and two fellow scientists – Dr. Jay and Dr. Jock Collins worked on the all natural formula for many years. Gene began mixing “Archaea Active” with water and drinking it in 2000. Gene would often say to his close friends and family, “This stuff is so good, I wish the whole world could drink it”.
Well, a few years later, many people did start drinking it and hundreds of testimonies soon followed. The documented benefits some people experience are enhanced absorption of vitamins, minerals, amino acids, proteins, and other important nutrients; faster fatigue recovery; maintenance of healthy circulation; restored mental alertness from fatigue or drowsiness and neutralization of harmful toxins. Recently, the “Archaea Active” and water mix was named EVOLV.
The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas and FutureCeuticals, a biotechnology company that specializes in the discovery and development of scientifically innovative nutraceuticals were asked to take a closer look to see if they could uncover why people continue to report amazing testimonies from drinking EVOLV. Having the top cancer research center in the world doing research on EVOLV is a dream come true for Gene’s friends, family and fellow scientists. They hope that the many benefits Gene Kaiser believed would result from drinking EVOLV will be discovered.
First, it increases oxygenation at the cellular level. Second, it promotes a healthy inflammatory response. These two discoveries should have a tremendously positive impact on human health and wellness. It is now time to make EVOLV available to the many people who need it. A company called Evolv Health is preparing to do just that.

Re: Trey White's Evolv Water vs. World Renowned MD Anderson Cancer Center
Looking at Evolv's website:
- No "Free Car" give-aways since December 8th.
- No Press Releases since August 13th.
- No charity donations/sharing since...ever.
- New compensation plan since January 1st...kiss of death?
But, according to the latest issue of Motivation magazine there are over 15,000 active members is Evolv, and everything is going great, so I don't know what to believe.

Updates on my favorite Evolvers:
The TOPGUN and YOUNG GUN folks that left for Visalus apparently didn't find happiness there, as they are about to jump...again...after only four months. The problem: One can only pretend to lose weight for so long, before people realize it is a scam. That, and the fact that most of them never learned how to spell the word "lose".
Shana: keeps fighting the good fight, but still hasn't received the "free" car. The people at her level have been on a roller-coaster this month, as they at first thought they were going to get a whole bunch of new distributors and products to sell with Xowii, only to find out that they now have to buy 2 more cases of inventory to be part of the team.
Ken and Mike: Have done what a lot of top "leaders" have done. Left the product behind, and created their own "training" for their people+sheep (sheople). That's right, Mike and Ken figured no one left to purchase Evolv, but they can sell training tools, to keep their income stream flowing.
That is all I have right now. If I didn't update someone with whom I've followed in the past, it is most likely because he/she is no longer pushing Evolv, and I can't keep up.

Re: Trey White's Evolv Water vs. World Renowned MD Anderson Cancer Center
When is a free car not a free car? Evolv has gone almost three months without touting a new car winner on their website, but are they really free, in the first place?
Let's say you start as a fry-cook at McDonalds making $300/week, and after a month you are promoted to shift manager making $500/week. You could use that extra $800/month to pay for a car, but would you tell everyone that McDonalds gave you a free car? If it was an MLM you would.
See, Evolv and Visalus aren't giving you the title to a car. They aren't paying for your gas and insurance. They are just paying you a little extra each month, depending on how many new marks you brought in that month, and you must keep those suckers buying underneath you, or the extra money goes away...and you are stuck with the car payments.
Do you think Young Guns are sweating now that their leader has taken them to Limu? One of them rushed out to buy a new BMW after going from $200/week to $500/week with Visalus. That money could have been used to pay child support or helped to move out of mom's place, but neither of those things would have helped recruit as easily as a shiny new car. Three months later that revenue stream is dried up.
By the way, the above is all just opinion. I have no idea if it is fact. I've never been to a "pitch". It just seems obvious to someone with a brain cell. That is my disclaimer. It is similar to the one where an Evolver will tell you that their Gel cures warts, and then say they aren't proposing a cure or treatment.

Here is the bio on their new President, as written by Evolv. My questions are in parenthesis, which I believe, as a potential investor, are fair to ask.
About Josh Higginbotham, President, EvolvHealth
Josh’s business acumen showed itself at an early age. While still a young man, Josh co-founded five companies over which he presided as CEO/President with prodigious success (What are the names of the 5 companies, and how do you define prodigious success?) The convergence of his talents as a forward-thinking leader guided him toward work as a consultant for a multi-billion dollar, publicly traded network marketing company(NuSkin? Did he last there longer than 4 months?)

Re: Trey White's Evolv Water vs. World Renowned MD Anderson Cancer Center
There is a blog from the new Evolv COO. Other than being rife with grammatical mistakes, there is nothing of substance there. I'm sure it will be a short stint.
Speaking of short stints, the videos are starting to pop up of Robert promoting Limu at in house meetings. There are so many great points to choose from, but I narrowed it down to my favorite three:
"Limu takes its 20K members on trips. These trips cost about $30,000 per person, and you get to bring your spouse."
"Limu pays past the 8th level in a compression system. I was in a compression system in another company, and my checks were over $300,000 per month."
"Everybody with me on that?"
It is all the same, but the biggest difference I noticed, is Robert has seemed to lost his fire. He appears bored with these presentations. Just my opinion.

Free cars, free cars, free cars? Evolv hasn't promoted a car give away in over three months. I guess it is harder to recruit than Shana led some to believe. The newest members of Limu just found out they have to have 81 people in their pyramid to earn a "free" BMW. That is a much higher number than what V was making them bring in, to "earn" the same car. They are not amused.
If my math is correct Robert brought around 600 people with him to Limu. Not bad, but the attrition rate seems to get higher with each jump.

Re: Trey White's Evolv Water vs. World Renowned MD Anderson Cancer Center
Evolve now has Xowii products in their sales pitch, and is encouraging their distribs to buy and sell these new items. It appears the packaging has stayed the same for Xowii, but Evolvers are using a new name. Check out the pseudo ingredients in one 2 ounce can. Funny, I don't see archae active TM listed. This product has Evolvers adding a minimum of $60/month to their already huge autoship.
Is your body getting enough nutrients? More than likely not. With the nutrient depletion of our soils, combined with the poor food choices, and the stressed, busy lifestyles that most people live, it pretty much guarantees that you aren’t getting the adequate nutrition your body needs. Are you looking for a simple effective way to improve the quality of nutrients you are getting? Well, you could eat 2 cups of spinach, 3 oranges, 22 eggs, 15 avocados, 3 cups of peas, 50 bananas, 5 potatoes, 2 watermelons, 30 cups of tomatoes, 12.5 pounds of cheddar cheese and 80 mushrooms…or drink just one 2-ounce shot of Evolv Ultimate!
Evolv Ultimate contains vitamins, minerals and supplements that are clinically proven to turn on the body’s inner pharmacy, activating anti-oxidants inside the cells with cellular respiration. And we can all agree that a healthy body is the result of healthy cells!
Evolv Ultimate is available for purchase through your eCenter in cases of 25 2-ounce Ulti-minis or cases of 2 30-ounce Ultimate bottles.

Re: Trey White's Evolv Water vs. World Renowned MD Anderson Cancer Center
If the promoter's still are peddling the cancer angle, they might want to see this announcement from the FTC yesterday:
FTC Charges Cancer “Cures” Marketers with Violating Commission Order
Some of the folks hawking Phil Piccolo's OWOW/TurboMune and bottled-water product also might find some value in the FTC case cited above. At least two of the OWOW products have been positioned as cancer cures/treatments. OWOW also purports to have a "magnetic" product that prevented a leg amputation. When the magnetic product isn't preventing leg amputations, it purportedly assists in growing tomatoes twice the size of ordinary tomatoes and helps make dairy cows produce more milk.

A recent posting from one of my favorite Evolvers. She is trying so hard to be vague, but she just can't seem to help herself. This quote has it all; including an implied connection to Cancer relief, and approval from God.
When you see a 78 year old man who has been battling cancer for years, tremble, almost in tears, tell you, "before this, I used to not be able to walk across the room without getting winded, or have to take a nap. This is helping me live again" When you see that first hand, you get that confirmation from God that you are doing what you are supposed to. Had I not shared a bottle, well, I dont want to know.

Re: Trey White's Evolv Water vs. World Renowned MD Anderson Cancer Center
Multi-billionaire buffoon Trey White and his rinky dink Marlin Atlantis still haven't gotten the EarthQuest dinosaur themed park any closer to coming to fruition. I think Don Lessem has been duped and a great man like him who has done so much to educate and entertain the public with his vast knowledge of dinosaurs and more should not have to have his good name tarnished by this bunch! Let's face it that lying buffoon Trey White grinned like the moronic idiot he is and quite happily allowed himself to be introduced on video as a multi-billionaire knowing it would be used to solicit his ridiculous miracle water and be disseminated publicly.

College students to create game for theme park | Ultimate Kingwood
Quote:
The EarthQuest Adventures project will be located in New Caney at Roman Forest Boulevard and U.S. 59. Originally slated to be open this year, construction has yet to begin. Initial costs were projected to be $500 million to build the theme park, however, developers have gone back to drawing board and cut $200 million from their projections.
The developer, Marlin Atlantis, told East Montgomery County Investment District board members Nov. 10 that the mixed-use project must be re-planned and built in phases. The first phase of the re-design — the dinosaur theme park and museum -will cost approximately $307 million to build and construction will start in the summer of 2011.
Please allow me to translate that. They have made a freakin' mess out of that thing as they estimated the whole project at 500 million which was probably a gross underestimate of what it would actually cost to build. I would bet the grandiose plans we have been hearing about could have cost double that easily. They are going multi-phase now, because they don't have a snowball's chance in hell funding anything of the sort. Marlin Atlantis is a small time developer of rinky dink little cheap tract house communities and is in way over its head on a project of this proposed magnitude I suspect.
Trey White's multi-billions have mysteriously not been offered for this project though the bragging of his great wealth is quite well documented all over the internet. Investors who have gotten wind of the goofballs like Trey involved in this thing won't touch it with a ten foot pole. 7.5 million in bond money was spent on this fiasco. As a Texan I am furious that that veritable clown college Marlin Atlantis was allowed to get this far. Think of all the time and money wasted. We had planned a vacation at Don Lessem's "Dino Museum" in 2009. I want no part of another Trey White business bust, however!

Re: Trey White's Evolv Water vs. World Renowned MD Anderson Cancer Center
It's one of the oldest tricks in the "Shonky Developers' Handbook"
The clue for me was usage of the phrases "mixed use project" and "tract housing developers" and the supposed involvement of a known fraudster in Trey White.
I may be entirely wrong, and, for the sake of the residents of East Montgomery County Investment District, I sincerely hope I am, but this looks nothing more than a classic "bait and switch" tactic being used to obtain local support and planning concessions from legislators and history will prove there never was any intention of completing the project first mooted.

Re: Trey White's Evolv Water vs. World Renowned MD Anderson Cancer Center
If you don't want to wait for that project, Trey has an opportunity you can join on May 14th. For the low, low price of $59 you can hear how you can buy water from him. Buying water from him will gain you points. If you collect enough points, you can earn fabulous cars and exotic trips. Tell me another business that gives you that kind of opportunity! The opportunity to pay someone to work for him. The opportunity to pay for someone else to go to Mexico, but in return that person will tell you he loves you on Facebook. That has to be rewarding.

Limu has the 120 day body transformation challenge
ViSalus has the 90 day body transformation challenge.
Evolv has the 84 day body transformation challenge.
What is the difference between the three? Clearly Evolv is better, because it takes less time to improve your body and your finances with their supplements. However, I reserve the right to change my opinion if Limu comes out with a 75 day program.

“We have worked in the network marketing industry before, but nothing compares to being prosperity partners with multi-billionaire Trey White, millionaires Robert Dean (our sponsor), and Brent Hicks, who all have the kind of documented success that will propel us all to the next level. Failure is not an option when these guys have your back. Everything they touch turns to gold. Their secret weapons are Dr. Anne Bodak Smith and Justin White. The support they provide around the clock has made it possible for so many of us to “evolv” toward our highest potential in a short period of time. We’re in the major leagues now. No excuses…just results! The training, marketing, distribution strategies, cutting edge technology, and corporate support have been second to none. The Evolv corporate team really extend themselves to make sure we know that “We really are their oxygen!”
“What excites us most about the Evolv opportunity is the Archaea Active formula. It’s exciting to prosper while promoting good health and wellness. Crossing the finish line as Founding Directors with the Collins and Jacksons, and also celebrating the accomplishments our team has achieved in record time provided the confirmation we were looking for that we made the right decision to focus our efforts on this opportunity. We have been blessed with a phenomenal team of believers that are ready to take Evolv to the world! Evolv is providing an opportunity for us to work as a team to help others fulfill their hopes and dreams. Together everyone does achieve more with Evolv…. The other thing that we find exciting is the incredible compensation plan. The generous comp plan has helped us to attract professionals from a cross section of industries, teachers, physicians, nurses, professional athletes, and successful entrepreneurs to Evolv. Our passion for our team’s success and enthusiasm for Evolv has been contagious.
“The advice we have to give to other Evolvers is to keep God first, stay focused, and stay connected to positive people. Those that show up…blow up! Attend every corporate, regional, and local event that you can. The relationships you cultivate in this industry will last you a lifetime. It’s awesome to fellowship and share best practices with other Evolvers from across the country. Set your goals and complete your personal road map to success and make sure that everyone who is evolving with you does the same. What gets measured….gets done. The system works!!
“Individually we average 4 to 6 bottles of Evolv a day. Evolv has truly become our beverage of choice. Our 4 year old Mary Louise loves it and asks for it by name. After 3 days of consistently consuming Evolv, I personally noticed that the discomfort in my feet was much more bearable. Now it’s almost non-existent. I couldn’t wait to Give and Share the good news with my physician, Dr. Ron Watts, who is now an Evolver too!
“See you all over the TOP! Give…Share…Evolv…and Prosper!!”

After losing several members to Visalus, including the guy who claimed Evolv Gel cured his daughter's warts, Evolv has decided to become more Visalus-like. They have put the water and gel on the back-burner, and established three new body building, fat destroying, finance changing programs as their main focus. Get three people under your pyramid, and your product is free. Get 30 people under your pyramid, and a car bonus is yours. Sheesh, why not just call it Esalus?
Rumor is that if this fails, they will begin marketing a seaweed called Emu.
