Hi,

Back in May she sent me a pdf file and a site to read (I'm in the U.S.) As soon as I read the first paragraph I began to laugh out loud. I thought it was a joke but she was serious about it. I told her that I wasn't interest and to watch out for her "business partners" as they looked like the classic conmen. Over the last several months I've been following her and her "business partners" on Facebook and the local news. Its incredible how this crap is being push hard in Puerto Rico. She is so brainwashed that is not even funny anymore. I am tempted to ask her who paid for her trip to this past weekend national convention and what did she win as a new senior executive director (I think that's her new title, not 100% certain).

I'm sad to see the local news (Puerto Rico) covering this. In a nutshell the news are interviewing a couple of local professors saying how this water really works. They "tested" it on patients and such product is working on cancer patients! Sad but true, in the island, things like Evolv come and go as a fad. Here is one shot from the convention. Curiously, our conventioneers took very few photos of the attendees during the convetion. So, one might conclude there were very few in attendance for an international company anyway.

There were a number of pictures from the bar where our little Evolvers were drinking lots of things that were well.... not Evolv. As the pictures show reps getting quite chummy and stupid games like limbo were in progress, I suspect most of them had quite a snootful. One would have to be quite inebriated to think Evolv is going anywhere but to the ocean bottom.

There are gobs of websites, blogs and press releases all over the place and many of those were put up by reps that are long gone and don't want to be found or bothered. Perhaps, Ignite / Stream will get a clue and settle before the negative publicity resulting from their current legal adventure sinks them like the Titanic. Taking on a lot of water, aren't we!

You keep talking about these bogus studies, Karen pooh. Yet, when you have been asked many times on here who is performing these studies, when did they begin and at what research entity, you ignore and fail to answer the questions or provide any details which certainly you would be able to get from the fearless leaders at Evolv. I call bullshit again. Who is exactly is performing the clinical trial? When did they begin? When will they be finished? What tests and what exactly is being looked at/for in these trials? We won't get any answer from Karen pooh or anyone else at Evolv whatsoever of course.

Evolv caved in the suit because they lied big time, were caught and sued for their lies and misrepresentations and don't have a legal leg to stand on and would lose their asses in having to pay out damages to Anderson. Well it looks as if they are in breach of the injunction already.

Just "google" it and you will find pages of references to the MD Anderson Center on promotional articles and blogs. The injunction has already begun. They need to get a move on before they are taken back to court for breaking it.

@ A Life Aloft - I couldn't agree with you more. Time they stopped the sale of these potentially damaging products with their false health claims. People have been known to give up their traditional (and often life saving) treatments in favor of the placebo effects of the various jungle juices and magic waters marketed by the MLMs. The companies in the Great Pharmaceutical Conspiracy will be the first to jump in if a real magic water is discovered. MD Cancer Center 1, Evolv Water 0. Evolv has to remove all mention of MD Cancer Center and their logo from all their products and any testimonials claiming MD Cancer Center endorses, or their research validated Evolv's claims. Of course Trey admitted no wrong-doing, but funny how he caved instead of going to court where treble damages could have been awarded. So much for MD Cancer Center's endorsement.

To settle the case, the defendants now have agreed to a permanent injunction that bars them from using the famous trademarks and “any iteration or variation thereof.”

Under the terms of the settlement, the defendants acknowledged no wrongdoing, but agreed neither to state nor imply that the university or M.D. Anderson endorsed the product.

Pooh Pooh my ass. The wording is typical legaleeze and everyone with a half a brain knows it. I have seen that exact same phrasing on many many settlements and agreemnets in various lawsuits. If there was no wrong doing by Evolv then why the injunction? You seem to as usual, leave out the facts, the truth and the details and try to spin this win by Anderson into something positive for Evolv when it clearly is not. Just how brain dead are you? I'd say just keep drinking the kool aid but in your case it's the phony magic water that has has you caught up in this complete sham of a product and this slimy MLM.
