    Not that it matters...

The Science Behind The Archaea Active Formula
By Dr. James R. Collins, co-founder

Though not obvious to the human eye, everything happens at the molecular level. Actions, behaviors, sickness, health and all other events and activities do not just happen; something triggers each and every one. In every case there is an initiating cause. The response that follows is carried out by a finely controlled cascade of stimuli that informs essential cells what is required of them.

The most obvious bodily response is seen when someone desires to perform an act. The brain makes a decision to act after processing information received via the eyes, ears, touch, etc. An electrical impulse progresses via nerves to the appropriate muscles or organs that then respond as directed, and the body performs the desired response or task, compensating as necessary.

Other subtle events are continuously occurring between cells. These continuing complex concerts of choreographed cellular communications are not orchestrated by the brain via the nerves, but by tiny quantities of small molecules moving between cells, called cell-signaling molecules.

Depending on who is counting, estimates are that there are 50 trillion to 100 trillion cells in the average adult human body. They must survive as part of the whole; each is dependent on all of the others for its very survival.

How, then, do cells effectively communicate to most assure the survival, efficient cooperation and contentment of all? How does a cell, whether human, animal, microbial or even plants, know when to do all it is called upon to do and then do so in concert with all other cells? The brain and nervous system are only a small part of the answer. There must be specific, defined, and unfailing communication between cells, and the action must occur on time and in the proper sequence.

Precise ubiquitous accurate communication between cells is possible only by movement of specific messenger molecules between cells, even if far apart.

The communicating entities that orchestrate any concert of activity are very specialized tiny molecules of which there is a vast array of signal carriers. This is the foundation of the science behind the Archaea Active™ discovery.

Conclusion: We believe that the proprietary formula and manufacturing process of the Archaea Active™ discovery have created cell-signaling molecules that initial in-vitro tests indicate have metabolic characteristics similar to those compounds associated with having anti-inflammatory properties and increased cellular oxygen utilization.

Re: Trey White's Evolv Water vs. World Renowned MD Anderson Cancer Center

Here is more information on Mr. Kaiser that I just found and saved for my own files.

    Conard Eugene Kaiser
Gene, well known at the U.S. Patent office as Conard Eugene Kaiser, was a native of rural Kansas. With the assistance of his mother he enlisted in the U.S. Navy while still underage. Though younger than his 500 boot camp shipmates, Gene ranked 12th scholastically upon completion. He was given a naval commendation and allowed to choose his career. A Master Chief told him that cook and signalman were the best jobs in the navy. Although his later life would be devoted to cooking up new ideas, Gene choose to attend signalman’s school where he received another commendation for the highest score in his class.

After deployment to the Pacific, Gene survived a plane crash and survival in the jungles on the island of Borneo. He then served aboard a 300 foot long Auxiliary Seaplane Tender, the USS Orca. In addition to his many communications duties Gene exercised his signalmen’s school flag making seamstress talents to make extra money, most of which, along with all of his pay, he sent home to his mother. Even at that young age, Gene was thinking far ahead.

While tending seaplanes during and after the Bikini atomic bomb tests, the Orca and entire crew were exposed to extensive radiation. Later during his “tour of the Pacific” aboard the Orca, as radioman, Gene was privy to a message directed to the captain that the “Orca was unsafe for human habitation.” In spite of the ongoing radiation of the crew, the Orca continued its expedition. The vessel’s radiation levels were so high that the Orca was not even allowed into Pearl Harbor. Maintenance was completed by the onboard crew who were not allowed to leave.

After achieving the highest test scores, Gene was granted the only fleet appointment to the U.S. Naval Academy at Annapolis, MD, but he wanted to return to civilian life.

    USS Orca
Using the money sent home to his mother and the G.I. Bill, Gene attended Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas and also bought an interest in a tile contracting business. His inquisitive mind led him to question the then only method of setting tile which had to be done on a very think base of concrete. Gene soon developed “Thin Set” mortar which revolutionized and saved the tile industry world wide – tile could then be set with a thin layer of cement based mortar. Gene went on to build a company that sold over 70% of the sales of mortar products for ceramic tile in the United States.

In the mid ’80s, after being awarded the first ever “Award of Merit” from the Southern Tile Manufacture’s Association for his many contributions to the tile industry, on his doctors advice, Gene sold his business for health problems primarily due to his radiation exposure. He was again told that he had only months to live. He had multiple heart surgeries (actually one of the first people to receive open heart surgery) and was greatly debilitated apparently due to then undiagnosed underlying cancer.

After meeting Drs. Jock and James Collins, Gene’s fertile mind was prompted to ask questions in other fields. Medicine and healing were uppermost in his mind because of his personal suffering mostly related to his shipboard radiation exposure. Though granted individual U.S. Patents prior to collaboration, together the three have collaborated on many inventions and together have been issued seven U.S. patents with others currently pending (as of this writing they are up to 10 patents)

Jock considers Gene is the most logical person he ever met. Gene use to say, “If it’s not logical it is not true.” Gene was able to “take the next step in his thinking.” Unfortunately Gene has died in 2009 as a result of the many complications initiated by his early exposure to radiation. His contributions to science and humanity have been truly remarkable.

Re: Trey White's Evolv Water vs. World Renowned MD Anderson Cancer Center

    Dr. Jock R. Collins, B.S., D.V.M.
Dr. Jock R. Collins and his younger tin brother, Jay, hail form Galveston County, Texas where they were born at home, the last of seven children. Their birthday was shared with Gene Kaiser who they met nearly a third of a century later. Growing up in tiny rural Hitchcock, Jock learned early that hard work accomplished much but that thinking plus hard work accomplished much more. Business life started with meager beginnings milking cows and selling the milk to neighbors, and eventually hitch-hicking to Texas A&M University to begin college. Though told he was not smart enough to go to A&M, Jock became the first in his family to graduate from college with multiple degrees. He was designated a Distinguished Student in the process and eventually being honored as a Texas A&M University College of Veterinary Medicine Outstanding Alumnus. Jock and his wife Vicki have endowed a scholarship at TAMU College of Veterinary Medicine.

His myriad jobs and entrepreneurial spirit, both while in school and during the summers, provided the necessary for him to pay his way through A&M. He and Jay worked summers in oil refineries and chemical plants. In thanks to the College of Veterinary Medicine for the opportunities his education provided, Jock, his ife Vicky and daughters Laura and Lorraine recently granted an Endowed Scholarship to assist other needy students.

Though he could have stayed on and quickly gained even more degrees, after graduation from college, Jock became a United States Federal Inspection and Quarantine officer in locations across the United States. Jock later joined his brother in private practice where they worked together for many years before Jock opened an additional office.

Jock’s varied interests started with becoming and Eagle Scout and the highest honor of the “Order of the Arrow, while very young to serving on many professional and civic boards and committees. His interest in learning and teaching was exemplified by his many years serving as a Clinical Assistant Professor of Dermatology, at Baylor College of Medicine, in Houston, Texas. He served as president and officer of mny national, state and local professional organizations.

Jock's passion is to fish as well as scuba dive, hunt and do anything outdoors. He now works with his brother Jay in the laboratory perfecting ideas and processes, many of which have resulted in patents and currently filed patent applications.

Re: Trey White's Evolv Water vs. World Renowned MD Anderson Cancer Center

    Dr. James Collins, D.V.M.
Jay, as Dr. James Collins is more commonly known, was the unexpected family addition after Jock came into this world also on January 2nd. As is usually the case with twins, they worked closely together all of their lives.

Jay graduated from high school as the “Best All-Around Boy Student” while also receiving a scholarship to Texas A&M University. He graduated a Distinguished Student as a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine. The scholarship plus working at many different jobs and ventures with his twin allowed the twins to not burden their parents with their education costs.

After fulfilling his Selective Service obligations as a Federal Inspector, Jay began private practice in 1959 after the brothers persoonally built their first clinic. He served as president and officer of many national, state and local prfessional organizations. He has lectured nationally and worldwide on allergy, and immunology and other diverse subjects. His belief that passing a test is a fun way to verify that a subject is at least understood, led him to become an Eagle Scout, a certified Scuba diver, a licensed amateur radio operator, and a U.S. Coast Guard Master for both motor and sial vessels. For many years Jay served as a Clinical Assistnat Professor of Dermatology, Baylor College of Medicine as well as he even had his own radio show for a dozen years. He and his twin have been recognized as Distinguished Alumnus of Texas A&M University College of Veterinary Medicine – the only brothers to be so honored. Jay has also long served on their Development Council. In appreciation for receiving his scholarship, Jay, and his wife, Joyce, gave the first ever Endowed schoalership to the College of Veterinary Medicine.

After meeting Gene Kaiser almost a half century ago, Jay, Gene and Jock established a fun group reinforcing his mother’s early observation, “What one didn’t think of the other one did.” This became amazing combination. Gene’s analytical and conceptual chemical mind plus his incredible abiltiy to combine concepts into original ideas was mentored to the twins. Powerfully coupled with the twins’ medical, physiology and pharmacology backgrounds, concepts became realities. Jock and Jay’s initial “the other one did” thinking stimulated the January 2nd “triplets” to play ideas against one another which have resulted in many new products and patents for the betterment of the world and mankind–fulfilling a desire they ofter expressed to one another to leave this world a better place for having been there.

Karen, when you post bullshit like a bio on someone, you need to provide links. Real links. When I found your bio on the brothers above, it leads to two WordPress blog articles. Anyone can write one of those, even you. It doesn't make it true. Documentation makes it true. Please provide some actual proof of something, anything.

You claim to not have much time to spend here answering questions....you make excuses, but you seem to have plenty of time to copy and paste b.s. that has nothing to do with what has been posted here or any of the questions that you have been asked and refuse to answer. You are folding faster than a wet noodle, hun.

No, not even when I watched the Evolv video with John Hunter (Howard Stern look-alike) from FutureCeuticals. Do a search on that bozo. I'd go into it, but what's the use? Here is just one tidbit from FutureCeuticals and a product they endorse:

The company conducted an in-house, randomized pilot trial on the ingredient, which was found to inhibit elaste in humans by up to 10 percent within two hours after ingestion. Because it was a “discovery” study, FutureCeuticals said it has no plans to publish it, but said that “based upon the encouraging preliminary results confirmed by our ex vivo and in clinico testing, we see justification to consider running additional, larger-cohort studies.”
    Sound familiar?

Re: Trey White's Evolv Water vs. World Renowned MD Anderson Cancer Center

How many times to you need to read this "Karen"? Recently, you may have heard or read about a company that sells Evolv, a "nutraceutical beverage," which is being promoted in part based upon testing done at The University of Texas M. D. Anderson Cancer Center, but also is being mistakenly viewed as endorsed by M. D. Anderson. M. D. Anderson conducted limited chemical analysis of the product to evaluate its anti-inflammatory activity for a fee at the request of the manufacturer. No efficacy or toxicity data were generated at M. D. Anderson nor was the product ever tested on humans. Moreover, M. D. Anderson does not have any involvement with the company, the product is not produced by M. D. Anderson, and M. D. Anderson does not endorse the product or recommend its use.

The current text on Evolv's website, is that:

Evolv's nutraceutical beverage with Archaea Active is tested by M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas.

Nothing there about what the product was tested for, but the implication is that it gained some healing power by passing through the hallowed halls of M.D. Anderson. It was also not tested for archaea (formerly archaebacteria) or if it has the capacity to amplify DNA.

Wanted to expalin the lies proagated by evolv's own CEO when he stated that Evolv is backed by Anderson, "Karen"?

Evolv has a product that's not a new concept and that could never survive on the shelves of a store as a truly beneficial product. Nor would it ever be approved by the FDA. Nor would the medical community ever support it's wild claims. So you create what you call "direct marketing" to push it. It is nothing more than a pyramid, you buy so many, suck your friends in to buy so many more, they suck their friends in and you get a little piece of each one of these. And if you are early, you are at the top reaping in "millions". Then come the sheep, scrambling for their position to be near the top of this "opportunity" with visions of Lamborginis and Rolls Royces dancing in their tiny heads, ala MonaVie.

People will believe ANYTHING if the hype and the marketing is slick enough!! What kind of pathetic moron do you have to be to buy into this crap? Are you really that lonley?? I think the real issue is that people are SO DESPERATE to be part of something that they convince themselves of things like water having a magical power. Come on people. Wake up! Those people in your uplines that are making their money on your stupidity are no better than those tv evangelists that steal money from old ladies. Seriously, get real jobs and perhaps a life.

The funny thing is that a lot of people now selling evolv used to sell another unnamed "magical juice" which they all swore was the best thing on the planet.... until their commissions stopped!! They quickly stopped drinking that magical juice (how quickly they forget its healing powers!!)and moved on to this one.

Again, "Karen", where are the published articales in any legit medical journals to support the claims made by evolv? I especially like the psuedoscientific claims of "boosting the immune system". lol

Obama should give up his quest for universal health care and just invest the money in water. A billion dollars will buy a lot of damn water.

This snakeoil water was patented in '95 the patent is only good for 2 more years? I also see they trademarked the name "archeaactive" in September of 2009. Interesting that the app includes eye creams, "medicated" lotions and other great marketing BS products we are sure to see in the future.

It's sad and immoral that shills market ineffective substances to a sick public made gullible by their desperation. Claiming that a substance has been tested by a famous cancer centre is a blatant attempt to slip an anti-cancer message under the bar without actually saying anything. It's not subtle and it's not clever.

I just gotta say, this has now gone way past being sad and pathetic, it's now just plain, downright funny.

I now find it impossible to post in anything but a "tongue in cheek" manner.

In all the time I have spent watching the 'net fraud scene and the accompanying MLM specific fraudulent "businesses" I cannot recall anyone with such an inability to read and/or comprehend the information she is posting as in the case of "Karen"

Seldom have I seen the old maxim "If you can't dazzle 'em with brilliance, baffle 'em with bullshit" so perfectly illustrated.

It's almost as if "Karen" has severe masochistic tendencies and is setting herself up for the inevitable pain which follows posting things which actually DISPROVE, rather than prove her position.

Frankly, I'm finding it hard to believe "Karen" isn't, in fact, someone we know orchestrating a massive Halloween "trick or treat" without the treat.

How many times can she keep saying, that she doesn't know, doesn't have time to post here, cutting and pasting the same old tired b.s. from the Evolv website over and over again, and deflecting with posts that have nothing to do with any of the direct questions out to her that she simply refuses to answer? It's damn hysterical. She's not the slick Evolv recruiter that I thought she would be. Disappointing. She needs more tutoring form her upline obviously. She's just embarrassing herself now.

I'm fully expecting "Karen" to present a paper filled with the results of testing carried out by someone named "Dr Kenneth Archimedes" of the Lagos National University or a woman offering to forward the research results of her late husband who was formerly the Minister for Archaea Research in Nigeria before his untimely death in a car accident.

Just in case, I'm saving my pennies to pay the inevitable handling costs which said lady will require before she can retrieve the documents from their hiding place.

I'm not worried, though, the information will be worth at least eleventy-two squillion dollars to any enterprising MLM entrepreneur with access to a water tap.

Re: Trey White's Evolv Water vs. World Renowned MD Anderson Cancer Center

    Trey White's Biography

Trey White - Chairman Trey White Chairman, Marlin Atlantis White In his role as Chairman of Marlin Atlantis White, Mr. White guides the control and management of the companies' interests in real property and real estate development. In addition to real estate investing, his philosophy is defined by investing in forward-thinking solutions with an eye toward technology and first to market advantages. He was born a third-generation entrepreneur in Dallas. Understanding that being first to market is a huge advantage, he directed energy toward achievements that positioned him ahead of competitors in emerging markets. To date, he has placed capital of more than $1.5B into companies he founded or co-founded.Mr White co-founded NewHomeSearch, a revolutionary electronic real estate listing service for Realtors® and new home builders, gained 100% penetration in the Dallas market within two years of inception and grew to ten markets with an innovative client-server-based application, NewHomeSearch, renamed HomeBuilder.com in 1996, created the first Internet portal for searching real estate listings, quickly expanded to seventy-five markets and became the official Web site of the National Association of Homebuilders. Mr White oversaw the merger of HomeBuilder.com with Realtor.com and participated in taking the two companies public as HomeStore.com, raised $800M in two offerings, drove stock to $160 per share and resulted in an $11B market cap at its peak.In 2002 Mr. White began investing in multi-phased, single-family, residential developments and, in 2003, provided the start-up capital to form Marlin Atlantis. This new entity, under the direction of an outstanding management team, took advantage of low interest rates and strong residential housing markets in Texas. To date, Marlin Atlantis has entitled and/or developed eighteen residential communities, including five master-planned developments in major Texas markets. The enterprise has deployed more than $200M in capital and is one of the largest residential community developers in Texas, with more than 20,000 single family lots in inventory. Also in 2003, Mr. White founded White Energy, a company funded to take advantage of the high cost of oil, reduce dependence on foreign oil, and reduce carbon dioxide emissions from fossil fuels by building destination, fuel-grade, ethanol plants. In 2005, White Energy received its air permit to build in Texas, the first new facility created a destination plant trend that continues today in Texas, California, New York, Colorado, Kansas and Florida. White Energy produces 250M gallons of ethanol in three facilities, is the fifth-largest US producer and the largest Texas producer of fuel grade ethanol. To date, White Energy has deployed over $500M into renewable energy investments.Mr. White has created and pioneered markets using a best-of-breed management team methodology as he leads several organizations, charitable as well as for-profit, against which other companies and efforts are measured. His mental and physical cornerstones for success include surrounding himself with smart, experienced, respected individuals at the top of their industries. He and his associates possess the ability to take measured risks, cultivate instincts for emerging markets, and demonstrate the acute market-awareness necessary for properly timed exits. He considers these aspects of business acumen "simple rules for a complex world, instrumental in stacking odds toward the probability of success."

    Cheating the hangman's noose - July 24, 2006
    Homestore cheats the hangman's noose
Defying the odds, this Internet pioneer gets a new name, a cash infusion, and another chance to make it big.

By Adam Lashinsky, Fortune Magazine senior writer
    August 2 2006: 1:50 PM EDT

(Fortune Magazine) -- When forced to reflect on the bygone dot-com bust, we tend to focus on spectacular flameouts, like the laughably profligate Pets.com. Less noted are the survivors, including those that seemingly have no business still being around.
Case in point: the former Homestore.com, recently renamed Move, a scandal-plagued company that has taken so many knocks it's a wonder it still has enough cash to power up a website.

    Five more Internet survivors.
Yet it does. Like a handful of Internet-oriented startups that raised enough money when times were good, always made fundamental sense as a business, or recruited shrewd managers after the first crop washed out, Homestore has managed to survive.
It has done so despite the recent conviction on insider trading and securities fraud of its former chief executive officer. Not even crushing litigation claims from a customer (Cendant (Charts)), a partner (America Online (Charts)), and a group of shareholders were enough to close the doors at Homestore, which capped a four-year turnaround last November by raising $100 million in fresh capital.
Having cheated the hangman's noose, in June the company changed its name to Move, not only leaving behind its sordid past but also more accurately conveying the business it is in: online information about new homes, not-so-new homes, and apartment rentals.
    Post-dot-com bubble
Through the prism of this one company, you can pretty much view the entire rise, fall, and rise again of what used to be called e-commerce. Before the bottom fell out of its stock in 2001, its market capitalization had roared past $9 billion, even though it hadn't turned a profit and had barely more than $250 million in sales.
It had a huckster CEO, Stuart Wolff, whose failure to stop the company's infamous "round trip" advertising deals landed him in federal court. Several other Homestore executives involved cut deals with the feds to reduce their punishment; Wolff is facing sentencing that could send him away for decades. (Round-tripping is the improper accounting of barter transactions that have the effect of inflating reported revenues and profits.)
By 2002, Homestore's stock traded for 14 cents, and the company's board, led by venture capitalist John Doerr, recruited a new CEO, Mike Long, who had salvaged Healtheon WebMD, another volatile Internet player.
Faced with $4 billion in litigation claims, Long managed to resolve them by giving $13 million and a 14% stake in the company to a group of aggrieved shareholders led by Calsters, the California teachers' pension fund. "We told all the damaged parties, 'We don't have $4 billion,' " says Long.
He says he only recently has been able to devote the majority of his time to running the company, as opposed to dealing with its bubble-induced hangover.
    Finding a life raft
Move is still with us for two basic reasons. First, it has an exclusive relationship with the National Association of Realtors to operate its Realtor.com website. That popular web destination continues to account for the lion's share of Move's revenue.
The second reason is the sheer size of its potential market. Long notes that of $20 billion spent annually on real estate advertising, only 10% is spent online. "The opportunity is obvious," he says. "It's logical to us that a significant portion of this advertising spending will shift to us."
Indeed, that opportunity was what helped lure one prominent investor. Elevation Partners, the private-equity fund whose founders include rock star Bono, invested $100 million in Move late last year. "Real estate is a big category, arguably the most important sphere in the U.S. economy," says Elevation's Roger McNamee. "I just think it's an area that is grossly underserved."
The cash infusion has allowed Move to adopt a new strategy, albeit one with a flavor-of-the-month quality to it. It's now calling itself a "real estate search engine" because it has converted its new-home and apartment-rental sites (formerly Homebuilder.com and Rentnet, respectively) into free, advertising-supported websites.
Rather than charging homebuilders and apartment managers for listings, the new Move electronically culls websites throughout the country - a practice known as crawling -to assemble a master list of available properties. Soon it will add a feature for builders and landlords to contribute their own new-home and rental listings to move.com, stealing a page from Craigslist's playbook.
The company will also allow individuals to contribute commentary, such as the neighborhood's best dry cleaner or tastiest pizza joint across all its websites. Says Long: "We want to give people the opportunity to share what they've learned."
So should investors pile into a fallen angel on the upswing? The company says it's capable of 20% annual revenue growth and cash-flow margins of 20%, but not in 2006 as it rejiggers its business and heavily promotes the site. For what it's worth, Elevation's investment, purchased in the form of preferred stock, converts at $4.20 per share. (Move recently traded at about $5.) Elevation also gets a 3% annual dividend that's not available to regular investors.
    Crowded market
Competition promises to be fierce. Sites like Lendingtree.com, Mynewplace.com, Rent.com, Zillow, and Apartments.com already compete for some part of Move's targeted advertising market.
Google (Charts) doesn't have a real estate offering yet but has been methodically picking off promising Internet categories like finance, video, and payments. Asked if it planned to launch a Google Real Estate, a spokeswoman responds, "Our objective is to connect Google searchers to quality information from real estate experts. We are in regular conversations with a wide variety of companies and partners across the real estate industry to explore ways we can work together."
Curiously, Move doesn't currently count Craigslist - which refuses to allow Move to crawl its listings - as a competitor because the mostly free listings site doesn't behave much like a business.
The new Move, on the other hand, is trying, again, to prove that it can be a successful business. After more than a decade of existence, multiple strategies, a revolving door in the executive suite, and numerous names, Move is a lot like a startup, or, more precisely, a restart. At least one safe bet seems to be that it won't go away any time soon.
Don't forget Roscoe / Trey White was tangled up in the litigation resulting from that mess:

Hello Everyone! What a great day it is to be an Evolver.
I’d like to make an important point about Rank Advancement. For those of you who have been building a downline during the Pre Enrollment period, we want you to maximize your rank positioning as we move into “Pre-launch” phase.
Rank Advancement is based on two main components; rank advancement of members in your personal enrollment genealogy and total downline volume (DV4). A great benefit of ordering your products now is that the total orders will be combined during the upgrade period, meaning that all orders placed in your organization between now and Oct 14 at 11:59pm CT will be used for calculating Rank Advancement when we go into our lock-down period from October 15 – 18. Typically Rank Advancement occurs on a weekly basis but for the upgrading period (October 5 – 14) we are compiling orders through October 14.
    • Although the product will not be shipped until the week of October 19, there is a tremendous advantage for Rank Advancement purposes to have you and your entire team order their cases before midnight on Oct. 14. This way, once the official Pre-Launch period occurs you can benefit from all of your Pre Enrollment activities and start out at a higher Rank. A good goal for all Evolvers would be to qualify for the Senior Executive Level out of the gate. What this requires is that you have at least 2 Active Legs and a total of 1,500 DV4 (this equates to 38 cases in your total downline) Breaking this down what it could look like would be to have 2 of your key members order a Business Builder Pack of 8 cases, 4 members order 4 cases and 3 members order 2 cases. This would give you a total of 38 cases the minimum DV4 requirement for Senior Executive. At the Senior Executive level you will now receive a Fast Start Bonus* of up to 25% for any orders that are placed by a personally sponsored Member within a new Member’s first 4 weeks, and up to 10% on anyone they sponsor. Remember that you’ll want to have your 4 points in 7 days completed in order to receive your full commission on the Fast Start and Business Builder Bonuses.
For the real go getters I challenge you to achieve Regional Executive out of the gates – this is quite a feat but very achievable! What is required is to have at least 4 personally enrolled active legs and 5,000 DV4 or for planning purposes, 125 cases. A way this could be broken down would be to have 8 members order the Business Builder Pack of 8 cases, 10 members order 4 cases, 8 members order 2 cases, and 5 members order 1 case each. For the Regional Executive there is also a 160 PV4 minimum, meaning 4 personally ordered cases in a 4 week period. At this level there are great new ways to earn: In addition to the Fast Start Bonus* of up to 25% for any orders that are placed by a personally sponsored Member within a new Member’s first 4 weeks, and up to 10% on anyone they sponsor, you will now be entitled to receive up to 10% on anyone they sponsor, so three generations in depth. At this level you will now receive 11.25% of $80 cycles of binary commission volume up to a maximum of $1,000 weekly payout from Lesser Volume Leg (LVL) once we get into that period, 4 weeks after October 19. You will also unlock the first level of coded bonus of 2%. This will allow you to receive 2% on all Commission Volume (CV) from orders placed by all members in your organization who join your business after you reach the Regional Executive level. Also, all new Regional Executives receive a onetime Rank Advancement cash bonus of $200. There are so many new bonuses available to you at this Rank that I highly recommend the ones who are really going to make a mark with Evolv be sure to set that as a goal as soon as possible!
Check out our compensation plan brochure for complete rank requirements.
I’m recording a complete web tutorial on the compensation plan today so look for it in your back offices soon!
    Thanks!
    Anne

Did I claim to be a slick recruiter?

Y'all do so enjoy the ridicule, I'll give ya that.

Since the gauntlet was thrown that the Evolv site is bogus, and what I'm posting is bogus and you pick apart what I post anyway, why not research Kaiser and the Collins twins independently.
