I really would like to see how much money she made on her referrals with her measly $100 investment. By the way Nanci Jo try to understand simple math. They only found around 11 million dollars in overseas banks BUT over 37 million was invested. That means major cash shortage for Easter gift.

Hmm, seems that Nanci Jo and her partners at FUMI were not pleased with the investigative report of Craig Thomas. Here is the gospel according to the Rev Jon Simmons, and I quote:

But on March 14, when Roman shut the website down, the account was suddenly not accessible just like all of our accounts, so none of the PS donations actually reached the ministry. I know this for a fact, as I (full-time) and three other part-time staff members am now unemployed because FocusUp Ministries ran out of funds by mid-April because of that. If there were "millions" scammed from individuals, the ministry bank account would not be depleted, and I'd still have a job -- think about it. I covet your prayers for God's provision of employment.

The United States funds that were donated through credit card and STP were all used to help several extremely needy families, except for a small percentage used for Admin costs. Nanci never received any money from Roman in return for her being a group leader, and she never took a dime of money from FocusUp Ministries. The Ministry never "scammed" anyone, it only helped many.

Please spread this around! The truth needs to be told.

Please pray for Nanci and her family, as she does not deserve this slander. Her only "crime" was helping everyone who needed help, sometimes well into the morning hours. I know that, because I had several discussions with her into the wee hours of the morning.

And please pray for all who have been hurt when ProSun was shut down by the banks, state authorities, the SEC, and the Feds. We are personally experiencing the pain along with each of you -- believe me.

So which story do you want to believe? The story Nanci Jo is telling on her website or the Rev Jon Simmons? You would think they would try to get their stories straight as to which one they were going to tell so they were both on the same page.

Now I wonder when anyone in her group that has a working brain will get my last name right? She needs to get a refund from the PI she hired.

They can try putting a positive spin on what happened as much as they like.

The bottom line is,

Nanci Jo Frazer repeatedly PUBLICLY recommended, promoted, justified and profited from her participation in an illegal enterprise DESPITE the fact she and her charity were warned on numerous occasions.

Nanci Jo Frazer "knew or should have known" of the illegal nature of Profitable Sunrise before she used her position and profile to do what she did.

I'm dealing with a family issue and don't have time to source this but in Nanci's screed she mentions a $100 "test spend" but one of the videos Jim has on his site has her saying she came in with $200. She also mentions finger farting around with the deal for seven weeks and not being able to find anything negative about Pro Sun on the internet. Well, she didn't start looking for something to replace her Zeek Rewards income until after Zeek closed down on mid August and November first of last year she made five posts to this forum in the other PS thread using the name "cardiobeam." Yea, nothing negative about PS there.

And when the hell did she start telling people to check for securities registrations before investing in offshore programs? I must have missed that.

Nothing new, really. Nancy Jo's mind is now as mad as Ted "Unabomber" Kazcynski. Steven Dubner replayed his old interview with Ted as he wants to figure out how much influence does an older brother have on an younger brother. Let's see, she now no longer wishes to have anything to do with profitable sunrise and in a round about way now believes "Roman Novak" is a scammer. Yet she neither expresses any regret nor acknowledges any responsibility for her months of promoting this scheme. And to this day the only people she blames are the people who called this thing a scam long before she did.

I was raised in a rather strict fundamentalist Baptist household, I once very much wanted to attend seminary. The reason I'm an agnostic today has less to do with the fact that hypocrisy is the only art form that most people have any natural talent for so much as the worst hypocrites are the ones who pretend that their relationship with God is strong enough that they never could be one.

We wont give out our users IP addresses without a court order but that doesn't keep me from telling you that the posting account with the username of cardiobeam has an IP address that geolocates to north west Ohio. Very north west Ohio, like near the turnpike and closer to Indiana than Toledo.

Nanci Jo, have you shared all those legal documents with the authorities? I'm sure they'd be interested. And folks, read the page that post was made on and the other posts made in the same time frame. Infer for yourselves what information Nanci had at her disposal more than six months ago.

I feel really sorry for her children but I truly hope she spends a whole lot of time in prison orange and I do mean a whole lot of years.
