I noticed that also. Reminded me of a reporter knocking on Bob Krimms door back in the day. Has this been posted on the usual ponzi forum hangouts and facebook pages ect??? I think its only fair to get the word out to the other pimps and sheep.

Two men on the other side of the ocean stand accused of running an international Ponzi scheme, with an alleged accomplice in Bryan.

On March 14, the Ohio Department of Commerce Securities Division issued findings against the Birmingham, England-based Profitable Sunrise company and its owner, Roman Novak.

Bryan resident Nanci Jo Frazer was also named in the findings, along with her FocusUp Ministries, Inc., which claims, "Your prosperity is increased when you use the Jesus."

Securities division findings indicate that the "NJF Global Group" based in Bryan and allegedly managed by Frazer, solicited investments on the Novaks' behalf.

Frazer, who spoke to The Times Wednesday afternoon but asked not to be directly quoted, explained that she was just one many victims in a much larger cyber bullying scheme that targeted Profitable Sunrise to enhance the online status of other websites.

She alleges that the persistant online attacks led to founder Roman Novak's self-inflicted exile with Profitable Sunrise investment funds.

He declined to comment on whether criminal charges will be filed. "The investigation is ongoing," he said.

Ginty also pointed out that Ohioans who may have invested with Profitable Sunrise, its parent company Inter Reef Limited, Roman or Radoslav Novak, or anyone affiliated with them should call the Ohio Division of Securities Investor Protection Hotline toll free at 1-877-683-7841 or file a complaint with the division online at www.com.ohio.gov/secu/.

I'm not really into film/TV trivia but I was curious to know when Nanci Jo was on Miami Vice. In season 1 episode 20 a Nanci Jo Mseis was credited as playing the character "Beach Blond." Is Nanci Jo Mseis NJF? Yep. IMDB lists this as her only acting credit.

In the 1997 article in The Bryan Times that announced her crowning in a beauty pageant, she was described as the daughter of Linda and Emil Mseis of Bryan [Ohio], the owner of Frazer Studios Photography, the wife of David Frazer, and the mother of McKenzie and Taylor.

My guess is she doesn't answer the door, or was not home. But I hope she does as I can't wait to hear what she had to say. Kind of interesting that on the day of the TV investigative reporter's piece on PS and Nanci Jo we have this "great news" facebook announcement. Now I am sure this is just a coincidence and was not meant to diminsh this TV expose on PS and Nanci Jo. Now if you believed any of that, I have a bridge loan to sell you.

Now for just the fun of it, let's assume Roman is coming back fully legal this time. US citizens still cannot participate nor can Roman be legal until he clears all the cease and desist orders. Anyone want to bet on that happening?

One would think unless Nanci Jo can come up with some very compelling evidence that "Roman Novak" actually exists, she may well be left carrying the can for the whole Profitable Sunrise fiasco.

Well we got Nanci's back right there, we can prove that Roman And Radoslav Novak were the admin of two previous and one potential HYIP scheme. Of course she always pretended that this wasn't true so I don't know how much hat she'd want to pin to this. But none of this matters because Jim Paris threw such a fright into Roman that he had to run away and hide, taking everyone's money with him. Otherwise everyone would have gotten their Easter Gift as promised. Or so Nanci would have us believe.

The phrase "knew or ought to have known" comes to mind at times like this.

Nanci Jo Frazer is a real person living in Bryan, Ohio – an hour west of Toledo. TV channel 11 reported tonight that she declared bankruptcy in 2009. Her husband, David, was just removed as a loan officer from Fifith Third Bank in Bryan – he is a former president of the Bryan Chamber of Commerce and the local chapter of the Kiwannis. Nanci’s parents – Emeil & Linda Mseis, also of Bryan, lost their family restaurant last year when they could not pay the state of Ohio the sales tax that they had been escrowing.
