But the only thing is I'm not staying up all night thinking about it!!! It's like going 2 the casino I lost big so what the hell try again next year. But only instead of spending 18k online I will only spend about 300 or less and play the lucky lady and hit for about 5000 or 25,000 and give the IRS their 7000 up front.   Kristopher West That's just it, I have all the court doc's about the zeek case. The SEC already admitted they made a mistake. There were no securities being sold. The SEC and Justice dept did their investigation and found no Securities. People, The reason zeek got attack was for one reason. Not that they were doing anything illegal which they weren't. What happened was Zeek grew so big and so fast and was a great opportunity for people that once people saw what it was all about they began pulling their funds from their banks over to Zeek. If the Gov wanted to serve each and every one of you a subpoena and accuse you of funding terrorism all because you are sending funds across seas they will and can. There are multiple cases where this has happened and is happening. You are guilty until proven innocent when fighting the gov. 90% of the crap we hear on blogs in cases like this are BS. Why is Paul Burks not in prison if he was such a criminal ??? As long as he keeps his mouth such he keeps his freedom. Just a little to chew on before we go calling someone like Roman a criminal, we know nothing so by screaming out accusations makes us just like the government. The Gov kept the 500 million they took from zeek affiliates and put it in their pockets and they will do the same with PS funds.

Don must be slipping because I can't find anything like Kristopher claims on the Zeek Files Site. Such amazingly advanced stupidity is indistinguishable from malice.

I just have to put it out there, some of these folks are just bat crap crazy. If it was one or two folks I could swallow it a little easier, just seems like a ton of people who ought to see if the Zeek receiver will handle all their financial affairs from here on out. Some I fear will truly end up getting duped over and over.

As I've stated before I'm just an observer reading the data and trying to make sense of what might be going on behind the scenes with Profitable Sunrise. It should be noted that:

Roman Novak officially announced prior to March 22, 2013 that the website release had been delayed a bit to address several security issues from hackers. This coincides with the data presented below.

It is also noteworthy that the servers went offline and showed a change to DNS and MX records about the same timeframe as major institutions worldwide (mostly financial) suffered DDoS Cyber Attacks. DDoS stands for "distributed denial-of-serve", and is a Cyber attack intended to overload and crash servers.

Also noteworthy is that Spamhaus, a spam-prevention service based in Europe and victim of the DDoS was a service used by Profitable Sunrise, and that one of the banks we were wiring deposits to was located in Europe specifically in the Czech Republic.

So, while these observations are not a representation of fact as to why Profitable Sunrise website is offline currently or why Roman Novak hasn't provided more responsive updates, it is still important for us to consider the timing of all this because I have members in my downline who have continued to receive payouts that were not processed as quickly as would have typically occurred, and they have continued to receive processed withdrawals days after the website went down.

I personally choose to take all this in consideration, take the high road, and hope for the best. On the other hand, I like you anxiously await an official status update.

It is our prayers, not worries and suspicions, that are needed right now!

It will be interesting to see how the SEC case plays out, I'm fairly certain no "Roman Novak" will be deposed but we will learn the names of some of the people behind the companies that did receive the money. The facebook pages had been chattering about bank accounts being seized and I had been pretty agnostic about that info but now it seems more likely. The press release intheknow posted mentions that in addition to the Czech Republic, bank accounts in Hungary, Latvia, China among other places held Pro Sun money. I wonder how good "Roman" was at money laundering.

One of our helpful friends gave us a copy of the SEC complaint against Pro Sun:

And another piece of information has come this way that we are still checking out, but I don't think it would be premature to post a link to the page on the Ohio Attorney General's website where one might file a complaint against Nanci Jo Frazer if they felt that they were harmed financially by relying on her advice when deciding to invest in this program.

I have downloaded the files onto the Files website.. this could get really interesting. I wonder how they will explain this away.

$11.3 millions was frozen in hungary bank account of Color Shock.
SEC did not say about what was in other accounts, so those are assumed - not much

Not enough to satisfy investors, receivership will be hard unless PS database will be ceased at the hosting company and net winners will be identified for clawback action.

It also does not mention anything about offshore processors.
But according to STP, PS account is frozen there and Stella says waiting for investigation results which might take up to 6 months, so chargebacks are not possible and PS cannot take that money out.

So who did they serve this on??...They found Roman??....
