Gregg, the 11 million was claimed by NJF very early in the game. The latest numbers that were quoted by NJF before the callapse were 33 million bucks. There is a lot of money at stake here.

It does seem unusual that Nanci Jo while not a respondent does bear such scrutiny in the Ohio C&D, why it almost seems that the local powers that be might suspect that Roman Novak is nothing but an apparition, a second cousin to Harvey the Rabbit. And while it is difficult to prosecute a case against someone who isn't there and who may well not exist in the first place it is easy to prove, with her own words that no one in the USA has done more to make Profitable Sunrise the massive success it is today than Ohio's own Nanci Jo Frazer.

You were the BEST Nanci, never forget that. No one was better than you at convincing people to send money through a maze of shell companies in multiple foreign countries in a manner that ensures they can never get it back. But it should be noted that for one time in her life, Nanci Jo Frazer was the very best there was at what she did. Never let anyone, yourself or your lawyers tell the Judge otherwise Pastor Nanci.

According to some of her group members she claimed she met him when she saw these documents, and Roman Novak shut down his website and has not brought the servers back online as well as Profitable Sunrise. So instead of sicking her PI"s on finding Roman Novak, she is going to sick them on digging up all the dirt they can find on James Paris. Seriously Nanci Jo? Now that is what I call "caring" for and looking out for your members.

So while so many of your group members are hurting financially, emotionally and spiritually, what do you do next (besides sick your PI's on Jim Paris)? You begin pimping your next Ponzi de Jour Strongbrook to your members. Once a Ponzi pimp, always a Ponzi pimp, and you call yourself a Pastor. She should better save the money and instead of hiring a PI should hire a good lawyer to cut off couple years from the time she will have to do.

We still have not received an email or call from Roman, so I have nothing to report. I pass on to you some encouraging comments from Ricardo Crooks, who was on the call with Dave Steckel on Friday. Several leaders saw a different pattern of activity on the servers yesterday, and David talked with Ricardo via Skype this afternoon to check it out (I have approval to send this to you):

That second call link was new to me, I'd heard the Dave Steckel call from the same day but not Nanci Jo's preyer meeting. The first 27 minutes is nothing but the Pharisees blessing the money changers but after that we learn that anyone who condemns Roman is doing the Devil's work. Oh, and Nanci says that there is no connection between FocusUp Ministries and Profitable Sunrise, how quaint. I'd comment further, the call does warrant it but I kinda need to puke at the moment.

Nancy Jo Frazer and her antics make me want to gag on a spoon. She makes me ill. I am not as optimistic as some of you she will face the rath of the law. I am tired of being disappointed. I am frustrated that these major pimps seem to always come out of these deals smelling like a rose. I am sick of this ****. When if ever, will something finally happen to make an example out of the pimps in these scams?

I am all for catching the hyip admins but the pimps have had a free pass. When will this change? I know a lot of people that have done more than their part to make it happen but it has not happened. I am blood thirsty to put some pimps away for along time and I will do whatever I have to do to make it happen.

What can we do at this level to help the cause?

Trust me laidback and baylee, I share your prayers. Only mine are a bit worse.

Obligatory Admin Note: No one here has or will be permitted to use this forum to advocate for any illegal actions to be taken against anyone. I know this isn't what Eddie was saying but I'm just say'in.

Our problem is twofold, first we are in no way injured by Nanci Jo's promotion of ProSun and even if we had tossed a ten spot on her referral link we, just like she did, knew this was a ponzi scheme from the get go. We're not aggrieved parties. However, among the 70,000+ people who joined Pastor Nanci Jo Frazer's downline organization there are, I'm sad to say a great number of people who trusted her and lost money for having done so.

What can we do? We can make sure those people understand that they have legal recourse. Nanci, as of at least last (Good) Friday was still telling people what an honest, Christian man Roman Novak is, she has never stopped telling people what an honest Christian person she is and with so much honesty and Christianity dripping from every one of her ProSun recruiting calls well it's enough to make people wonder how Satan had the nerve to get the Securities regulators from so many US states, Canadian provinces and foreign nations to speak ill of Saint Roman (but I'm pretty sure that Nanci thinks Jim Paris is on Satan's speed dial).

The answer is simple, if not easy. If enough of the people who got suckered by Nanci's good looks and false faith join together in a class action lawsuit they can make sure that Nanci Jo will not do to anyone else that which she did to them. And they can get some of their money back, sorta like a bonus. All we can do is offer the rather amazing amount of evidence we have to assist any legal team hired to help those victims and it goes without saying that we'll do that free of charge. But the most important first next step is letting NJF's and Profitable Surise's victims know they aren't alone and if they work together they can make Nanci Jo Frazer pay.

It should be remembered, Nanci Jo Frazer moved HERSELF into an entirely different category of legal responsibility by accepting financial reward for her financial advice/recommendations.
