    In his own words we now know Fendaril is an absolute newbie in the HYIP ponzi biz.

    No HYIP ponzi player in his right mind would make any sort of prediction based on a HYIP ponzi lasting "another" 2 years after it's already been around long enough to make it on to the usual suspect HYIP ponzi forums and sites like REALSCAM.com

    I urge you, if you have a strong conviction that Profitable Sunrise is a scam, then please file a formal complaint with the SEC at Questions and Complaints. The more complaints, the faster this HYIP will be shut down.

    Regrettably, even if it has already been reported - which is highly likely - the resources of the government agencies are severely limited and it is more likely it will implode or our "christian" chum Roman runs with what is left of the money before they get to stop him. Of course it will not negate any criminal liability he has for running this illegal HYIP, but it will mean that there will be little or no money for any victims to claim.

    Testing a new font color to see which I like best. Thought I might need a "new look for 2013."

    It has been fun for the last few pages at MMG. A poster claimed that a friend of his took out a 5% per day loan with Roman proving that Roman was doing bridge loans/hard money lending. When I asked him some generic questions, he feigned that there is no way he would answer them as his friend wouldn't approve. I replied that I didn't ask his name or the name of his company so how would anyone know it was him? Silence. Then of course another poster had to respond on this person's behalf, and of course I offer no proof that Roman or PS is doing anything illegal and is a Ponzi. There proof? Why it has been paying since November of 2011 of course, I mean case closed. All the proof anyone needs.

    I then listed all the "facts" about Roman and PS, and of course that was met with I am negative, they don't want my negativivty there, and why not post in the PC thread. Hmm, funny but I was posting in the PC thread when it was JBP and just like the people in PS they didn't believe me either. The ony difference is now the people in PC do.

    They also don't want anyone answering me as if they don't I will go away. Are they ever in for a surprise if they think that will stop me from posting. Just counting the days until server issues or payment issues, as they are coming and soon.

    I also learned some of my comments from MMG were posted in an investment chatroom on Skype and of course the demand was made what were the bonafides of the person making those comments, and of course since no-one agreed with me, that meant my information was false. So I guess this means that if someone makes a statement of fact, and no-one challenges it, then it is not a fact. Yep, makes sense to me.

    So what do you think of the new font color? Use it or lose it and go back to the old one?

    Oh yes,
    I reported this scam to IC3 and have added additional information to the case number several times. I hope more people report it to the authorities, after all the squeaky

    I would imagine they have - not everyone posts their activity on forum boards.

    I still find it hard to understand why anyone honest should wish to get involved in this scheme (because it is a scheme not a business) after they have received hard evidence that Profitable Sunrise is NOT registered as a hard money lender nor is licensed to sell investments in either the US or the UK. It is as clear as crystal that it is a money game and that payments are made out of other members money and not returns on capital, investment or sales of a product or service. Please note I said honest and honesty, like charity, starts at home.

    I always manage to enter into juicy HYIPs late. Just once would I like to enter in on a HYIP goldmine that lasts long enough for me to make a big profit and leave.

    Re: Profitable Sunrise HYIP - Has anybody dug through it yet?

    Well the people in PS at MMG are not going to be happy. It seems that a couple of other posters have come to join the fun by raising some unpleasant questions about PS. I had to laugh as Elmer Fudd mentioned that his loan shark only charged 20% per week, not the 35% per week by the person claiming his friend actually had a loan from Roman. I don't think the members saw the humor that I saw in that post.

    But this last post by thencteam is really going to get them going, and I quote:

    "Would anyone on here give someone the following information without knowing, talking to or even meeting them,
    with No phone number, address or contact information other then a fax number to communicate with them?

    Name
    Address
    Phone Number
    Number of Children
    Social Security Number
    Company Income over the last few years
    A copy of your ID
    A copy of your Utilities Bill and Phone Bills
    Plus your signature?

    Of course not right?

    Then why in the world would a company put everything on the line for a quick BIG online loan with a company that has NO CONTACT INFO?

    Doesn't make sense.

    I have scoured the internet trying to find ADVERTISEMENTS, PROOF of LOANS, Satisfied Customers, and Testimonies from Loan Customers and I have found NONE! The only people I am finding are members only who are just trying to make a buck.

    Too many RED FLAGS. Not adding up.

    I'm glad people have made a few bucks but someone show me a $20,000 or more withdrawal. I mean if it's as good as people say, surely someone has made a big withdrawal right? It's been thru at least 3 cycles already."

    It is going to be interesting to see if they reply to this post, but I'm sure they are thinking the dissent is spreading and it is all my fault.

    But then we have Frabi telling people not to pay attention to me as I don't know what I am talking about, but then says that the program will not run forever. Wait, I thought Roman said this would last another 2.5 years? Yes he did. Guess Frabi doesn't believe him either. Wonder if anyone else caught that gaff by Frabi?

    Don't overlook the FBI. They specifically go after Cybercriminals and Money Launderers and often offer REWARD$$$ for information. With respect, SEC does not move very quickly and enforcement is handled by the Department of Justice. Go direct the FBI and their special Financial Fraud Task Force

    With so many PS promoters online with youtube, I would suspect they could get after this fast. Where's Roman????

    This is going to ruin everything. Do you know I communicate through e-mail with someone who is trying to make a living off of PS? The same person made a living off of profit-clicking pre-merge, and he has a family and everything. It just doesn't effect a small group of people. Being a vigilante is the same thing as being a criminal, but personally, I think it's worse because vigilantes are just hypocrites.

    My own very personal hope is that each and every admin, ref whore, and cheerleader gets charged, and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law in each and every one of these scams. Once convicted, they should receive the maximum sentence allowable by law. Again just my opinion but I regularly remind my Representative and Senators of my desires and reinforce my desire that they do more about these scams.

    How hypocritical you are.
    Because people are trying to "make a living" through illegal means, you think that whistleblowers are themselves criminals for trying to uphold the law?

    You aren't a whistle-blower. Most people on here are overzealous volunteers who 'expose' ponzi-schemes as a hobby. It's not that they do it because they are very generous people who care about other's well-being, they do it because they have some odd deep-seated need to judge other people who they feel are criminals, so they go around and 'expose' others.

    You are just as bad as the people who run PS, you just would rather judge others than yourself.

    Ah, the old "sure they're doing the wrong thing, but it's for the right reasons" defense.

    The sad thing is, there's a whole substrata of "Fendarils" out there who really DO believe it's OK to steal from others.

    Participating in a HYIP ponzi is not a victimless crime.

    Why hide your beliefs, Fendaril ??

    Why not come right out and say the rule of the jungle applies ???

    Never mind about the law.

    Why not just say you want to live in a society where it's OK to take advantage of people not as "smart" or as "strong" as you ??

    It's really not that complicated.

    I want to make money in the most effortless and stress-free way as possible

    HYIP=good opportunity

    Most HYIP=die quickly

    PS= HYIP

    PS =Not most HYIP

    PS=will make me money

    I really need this cushion for myself. You do know that I can profit enough to get my own place, AND have a nice safety net to work with.

    Do you understand how having $1,000,000 to play with can enrich your life? I mean make your life more comfortable? It's not a lot of money to many of you, but it is to me.

    Unless I am killing people or robbing banks or doing something really unethical there is no harm being done. Money is meant to be taken and used. I am just being blunt here.

    Most of the people who are participating in profitable sunrise put in hundreds, sometimes thousands of dollars. You know how much I put in? $80. Now let PS crash and burn, and I will lose such a small amount of money that it will be laughable. Let it last for me to make thousands of dollars, and it will help me.

    Talk about a really low-risk investment haha. I have nothing to lose. Do you think what I am doing is wrong, selfish, and really immoral?
