Not much need for an explanation of the Howey Test with Profitable Sunrise, is there ???

Main issue is that Roman would have to be the singular economic mind of our time to make $1000 into $40k over and over.
2.___% per day and no compound would be more realistic.
I think the minimum is 75 business days if I remember correctly. I shared with my friend about what I read here and the possible Easter implosion & obviously he got very worried and started to "sweat." I would too if I had that much tied up in a high risk investment. I am totally the opposite of risk averse, and still would never drop that much on something so nefarious. I honestly hope he gets his $$ back before it folds!

For the operators of these small to medium sized HYIP ponzi fraud operators, someone sending in an amount like your friends' $10,000 is like manna from heaven.

An amount of that size means "Roman Novak" can keep hundreds of small time investor/victims convinced they are making money for months, while at the same time encouraging thousands more $5 and $10 "members" to join.

IM(very)HO, your friend has 0 chance of getting his money back, much less make a profit.

This is from a well-known hyip PIMPETTE/PUSHER in response to a query re ProfitableSunrise:

    Amanda says:

.......There is only one “sure thing” and that is: every program ever introduced in the HYIP arena has sooner or later “packed its bags and walked away”…period.
There are no Guarantees in HYIP
    ...
Chances are very good that your friend will not see a dime in profit....let alone get his initial investment back...Especially not at this late stage in the game. It is truly a hard lesson learned, and more so, when you have people like Amanda (aka QS) continuing to pimp/recommend these scams...

Such a bummer. Like I stated, I don't mind risk, but if I can't sleep at night, the risk is too high. I used to trade in commodities (Corn, OJ etc.) and only had a small margin acct. I was happy to brake even when I got out. 10 large would not allow me to sleep at night. I really don't have time to find out who is who in this business and how long they have been around, but from what I've read so far, there seems to be a re-cycling of people & programs. Nothing new under the sun, I guess....

Here...a 'breakdown' of when hyip pimps/pimpettes recommend/encourage those to 'invest':

    Alex B says:

    Amanda,
You seem to be in the know
    ...
Oh, if you only knew...she is 'in the know' more than she will EVER let you know...she just wants your ref comms PERIOD.

    Bryce Russell says:
    February 4, 2013 at 1:58 am
...I too have concerns about the rate of return and the duration of this program. The saying “if it sounds too good to be true, it usually is” has been foremost in my mind.
Truer words never spoken...BUT will 'Amanda' ever tell you the truth....NEVER...

    Francisco says
    February 4, 2013 at 10:26 am
Thanks so much Amanda. It encourages me to continue investing part of my profits.
And there you have it...That is what pimps/pimpettes of hyips are for....to continue to ENCOURAGE people to throw away their hard-earned money.

    Deborah says:
    February 5, 2013 at 6:58 am
I would suggest, if possible to begin with a $300 deposit by bank wire.
Anyone who has been around the hyip arena for any length of time KNOWS you never, ever SUGGEST how much to invest to anyone....But, Thank you DEBORAH for putting this out there...BTW, 'Deborah' is a very good friend of 'Amanda's' on Skype and has been around the hyip scene for quite some time...So much for Amanda's claim of not 'recommending' any hyip scams....

    charlie says:
    February 5, 2013 at 4:25 am
I would like to know if there are any issues with a larger sum of money. I have seen several videos and blogs confirming successful withdrawals of about $2.00. What about $100? What about $1,000? What about $10,000 or more?
    Heavy sigh....

    Amanda says:
    February 5, 2013 at 4:44 am
@charlie. Please remember these are Daily withdrawals…takes large investments to get Daily withdrawals that are HUGE.
This is only a minor glimpse of how pimps/pimpettes/promoters of hyips work...

This might or might not work but tell your friend to ask PS for a refund due to financial hardship. If PS is rolling in the dough at this moment it might just work. It never hurts to ask. If he can not get a refund then chances are slim he will recover much $$$.

It is a very good sign when a ceo moves forward with the movement of funds by looking at all viable options.

I decided to put a little in this program and received my first interest payment along with an email right on time. Everything is efficiently done

You will notice 'Amanda' NEVER EVER puts the $ amount in her posts....gee wonder why that is?

    Deborah says:

I love how I get an email every time I earn in my account
    ....
'Earned in your account' means squat...and Amanda and Deborah know full well those are just numbers on a screen....Do they care?...NO...Do they want to keep sucking you in?...YES

    Amanda says:
    June 24, 2012 at 4:54 am
@Deborah. Most Admin don’t take our feelings seriously – I like that Mr. Novak does.
HaHaHa...Do you think for one second that an Admin of any hyip gives a rat's ass about yours/mine/ours/their feelings?? Perhaps one should ask 'Amanda' how the other admins she pimped for felt...Do you think she will tell you the truth? NOT!

    Deborah says:
    June 28, 2012 at 4:14 am
Wow, I sent a bank wire and it was seamless. I got an email verifying they received the funds
    ...
Big deal...So you sent money off to an 'unknown source' and THEY received it and you are all excited about it? Watch the 'tag team' response from 'Amanda'...

admin(aka 'Amanda' of her scam site) says:
    June 28, 2012 at 8:16 am
@Deborah. I am impressed, as well
    ...
    Well, again...Big deal...
Folks, 'Amanda' and 'Deborah' are known to they hyip world as pimpettes and those who recommend scams...They just don't want you to know that...If ever you see them pimping/recommending a 'program'....RUN

@eghan. If you are looking at HYIP you know it could be 5 days, 5 weeks, 5 months…there is no way to know. I believe five years would probably set a record so I certainly wouldn’t count on that.

One of my favorite lines from the notice of when a person gets paid by Roman is this line, and I quote:

"We are doing our best to safely increase your savings and make you a happier person."

This sounds as if it came straight out of a 419 Nigerian E-mail scam form E-mail. But this is not a Ponzi and is blessed by God.

I expect to make $1,000,000 out of this in 2 years before it crashes and burns to the ground because the opportunity arose to make money the talentless way and I take it.

Look I love people, but PS is so juicy and the ponzi is being spread.

You're kidding about me wanting a 'taste of it," right? If not, you really don't know me. I don't steal from others, and this is all that is going on with PS. Nice to see you have no morals about stealing from others as long as you get yours and you don't care who you hurt. Rather odd for a program that is supposed to be blessed by God isn't it.

This lasting another 2 years? This will be lucky to last another 6 weeks.

Actually I hope I do step on some toes and get people to wake-up and realize there is nothing real about PS, and all they are doing is stealing from others all in the name of greed, which you have adequately proven. And yes I do care, and that's why I am exposing this is a Ponzi. Sucks for you doesn't it.

That idea is not yours alone, its what makes hyip work so well in short term.
Seen it 1000's of times on forums.

PS is already ancient for a high interest % and compounding hyip/income opp.
I can think of a few that last 2 plus years.
They were all 1% per day/weekdays. Admins were actual forex traders.

Big If, but IF Roman can pay out this easter, we see thousands more go into PS.

Hmm, it seems that I have upset the "delicate sensitivities" of a few people at MMG. It seems our old pimping friend Frabi especially doesn't like my posts. They don't want me posting about their Ponzi but to pick on the other Ponzi's promoted at MMG. Funny, that's what the other threads say when I post in them.

Of course if I was having "no effect" as they claim, they wouldn't be complaining about my posts. Now I am out for the blood of Roman and PS. Ah if it was only that simple.

I guess the cockroaches don't like the light. They just want to be left alone so that they can recruit more revenue sources before this whole thing goes Tango Union. Tuesday was Fat Tuesday, beginning of Lent on Ash Wednesday....now down to 39 days until the Easter payout....

You are in for a very huge disappointment if you want this to run 2 more years. As I said, he will be lucky to last another 6 weeks, if that. But until then, enjoy stealing other people's money.
