Maybe the Jewish God doesn't, but despite having borrowed the laws from the Old Testament, it's not the same one the Christians have. If you listen to Jesus, wealth is not something to be sought after.
"Do not lay up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy and where thieves break in and steal"
"You still lack one thing. Sell all that you have and distribute to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven; and come, follow Me."

Industry. What Industry? Online white collar fraud does not constitute an industry. Your position on HYIPs reminds me of the famous quote from Groucho Marx - "Those are my principles, and if you don't like them... well, I have others."

I just got a really great e mail from someone suggesting that everyone go into their back office on the PS site and print out as much of your account history as possible before the site goes offline.

While not wishing to discourage Profitable Sunrise victims from saving any record of their dealings with PS, the realities of dealing with HYIP ponzi fraudsters are:
* Do members have any real evidence "Roman Novak" exists ??
* If he does exist, where is he ??
* IF he exists, is he currently in a country with an extradition treaty with the U.S.A. (or any other jurisdiction) ??
* IF he exists and can be found, will that country investigate and prosecute ??
* Do member/victims REALLY know where the money went ??
* Who is going to finance any investigations and/or prosecution ??
* Is there likely to be sufficient recoverable money to make further legal action warranted ??
* Investigating agencies have budgets. Is investigation and prosecution likely to be cost efficient ??
* The biggie:
even with the best intentions, what could anybody REALLY do to catch those behind Profitable Sunrise and/or recover victims' losses ??
Forums such as REALSCAM.com have been warning for months that people don't even know if Roman Novak exists, that people are sending their money via non regulated, non refundable anonymous payment processors and banks they have never heard of in foreign countries with different banking laws and that the companies information and "business address" of Profitable Sunrise mean nothing in terms of finding those behind the fraud.
Now people are starting to realize we weren't just whistlin' Dixie.
Forget about the ins and outs of "ponzi schemes" or "pyramid schemes"
In real terms, all members (and investigators) have to go on is what they've read on the internet.
The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing

Re: Profitable Sunrise HYIP - Has anybody dug through it yet?
LRM, Agree , And James show was a bit based on assumption that Roman Novak exist,
I did not see many HYIP admins who would run it using their real name, location, own bank account (but there were some dumb ones).
All of it smoke and mirrors, and HYIP admins know what they are doing, there is not gonna be any arrests or assets ceased (maybe just a small portion),
only if there is serious international effort (and financing) and
they can only be apprehended if they did couple mistakes, and it looks like those are smart bunch. When you play with those, money is gone forever.
Maybe it has to do with american mentality when people think they can always get their money back from bad company or bank,
or it was "insured" as site claims.

TCOB,
Do you think Profitable Sunrise is a real business with actual loans secured by collateral and/or insurance? Or are you just guessing you will be faster than the next guy in getting your money out?

I got in anticipating that there would be a high probability of a sudden ending to the program. Just as there is a possibility of losing your funds on wall street. Therefore I put in no more than I could afford to lose.

I would guess it is all but finished, surely around April 1st as there is no way they are going to have money to make the real redemptions. All I see over at MMG is posting withdrawls of $1.23 and the like, Yippie!! Sooner or later the folks with 5 and 6 figures are going to want to be paid.

It would be easy enough to figure out by seeing if you could dig up one lien anywhere in the US with Interreef or PS on property. This is all public information, the easiest way to check this would be to find a single property they claim to have financed. There is no one doing loans that size without being first in line on a property.

Kenneth Woodruff I just received this email from one of our group leaders: Folks, either there is a glitch or maintenance or just an overwhelming
number of login attempts is slowing the system down. After a few times
I was able to get in an navigate around. Daily benfit is there so do not worry,
but I would back off logins for awhile just to let them work on the servers ok?

Who says it would be in Intereef or PS name? It is a private bridge or short term loan. It does not have to be made public. Private and bridge loans can be used for much more than Real Estate

Do you have 100% proof social security will be there when you retire.
DO you have 100% proof your bank will not fail?
Do you have 100% proof that what your President tells you is the truth?
