I am hereby announcing that we have started moving away from payment processors for withdrawals in favor of direct bank wires. By doing so we are literally killing 2 birds with one stone. First, you avoid the fees processors charge. Second, you comply with the IRS. We will simply specify in every payment what it is for and where is comes from so IRS will have no problem collecting taxes. It has always been my honest belief that we need to pay all the taxes.

They have been using the real banking system in addition to payment processors all along. Wire transfers were available as an option long before the notice.

QUESTION: Does it not put pressure on other states and countries to do the same as N.C. did with the C&D . You would think they would follow thru to keep from looking like they endorse this ??

They probably will if PS keeps going. However, this move by Roman to get to know his membership will make him prepared for responses to other states as well.

The people won't suffer as they are not responsible for fraudulent transactions, the banks will claim insurance. This will leave the insurance companies really pissed off though.

The MMG members are panicking to no end in PS thread. They are already asking for PMs for other opps. But it's not MMG members Roman is interested in keeping in the game, right? He wants to make it look like he respects the law, so Nanci and alike can keep bringing in people via private invites.

Didnt know much about these things and got in thinking it was possible to be legitimate but now realize there is no way it is possible. This move with wire transfers is cracking me up. The players can't withdraw now because they didn't invest enough. The FU ministries doesn't want their group to withdraw because it confirmed to them PS godsent. Looks like Roman has outsmarted everyone in one move.

If people was not compounding and withdrawing the funds daily then they would not have lost anything. It only take 47 days to break even with profitable sunrise. Some ppl should have turn off their compounding. I think some people should have compound after they got there seed money back. Roman was a life saver for so many people, so many people that are out of work have been depending on Profitable Sunrise over the pas 2 years. She actually said the earnings are tax free there. She should get it straight, if it is illegal gains she should surrender them, if it is a real income - pay taxes :)

Oh please, there will be no responses to other states just as he won't give a response to the NC authorities. He will just string this out for as long as he can and then just shut down and disappear; or at least try to disappear.

How do you come up with BS? He doesn't need to respond to NC if he doesn't want to. He has to comply with cease and desist order. It's very simple to do if you know where all your members are. Exclude NC, and voila! The problem is he doesn't know sh!t because he used payment processors. That's why he switched to wire transfers, so that he can at least pretend to boot NC.
