Re: onecoin.eu ponzi scam
Here is the reply to the governments response to Konstantin being granted bail by his attorney. It is evident that Jeffrey is grasping at straws and he knows it with this filing:
https://www.courtlistener.com/recap/...16497.91.0.pdf
I especially loved how they tried to downplay Konstantin's role in OC after Ruja went into hiding. And after all this, the judge still denied bail. Not a lot of happy campers in OC Land right now.
Helps when you use the right URL.

Re: onecoin.eu ponzi scam
Despite all the irrelevant waffle coming from Igor Krnic and his bunch of OneCoin apologists, reality tells us that once one member of the EU takes action against OneCoin, it won't be long before every other member does likewise.
Italys' Guardia de Finanza has acted (Google translated)

Re: onecoin.eu ponzi scam
An interesting line from the article I had overlooked:
"The fraud mechanism belonged to the aforementioned Italian company and to two other foreign companies, to which Italian promoters referred. Three of them were stopped by the Financiers at the Orio al Serio Airport (BG) while they carried well 117,840 Euros, the result of the sale of training packages and "OneCoin coin"
Given the fact a OneCoin event in Verona has just concluded, it is not unreasonable to conclude those arrested were likely to be include some of the OneCoin insiders in attendance such as Simon Le and Habib Zahid

Re: onecoin.eu ponzi scam
Since this announcement was made by the Italian law enforcement there had been a lost of speculation that Simon Le and Habib Zahid were 2 of those arrested. There has been no statement by the Italian authorities who were arrested. To add further to the confusion, people have posted saying that Simon Le and Habib Zahid are posting on their FB pages. It is also possible that whoever was arrested were released but without the money they were carrying.
It would have been nice if Simon Le and Habib Zahid were 2 of the 3 arrested and were still in custody. It would scare off all the other planned seminars and their promoters from holding their events thinking they might be next.
Needless to say it has the members of OC up in arms as to what is going on and as usual Corporate is MIA with any kind of statement about the Italian law enforcement action. They did issue this statement, but again it was not "officially" from company website, but posted on an IMA FB page and anonymous:
"Onelife Partners have the following in mind to correctly communicate the project.
1. It is not OneCoin the CIA that distributes educational products is OneLife
2. OneLife does not receive investments, it does not pay interest returns in any aspect.
3. OneLife distributes online educational packages and gives away tokens that can be used to mine Cryptocurrency ONE (commercial name), mining is voluntary.
4. Never ever mention the word investment because that is illegal, we distribute financial education.
5. We do not sell Cryptocurrency, we mine according to a digital process called MINING, which in our case is of a centralized nature with a closed code to safeguard the security and stability of the Cryptocurrency.
6. Do not speak of return of capital at a certain time, that is not legal or correct, the value of the Cryptocurrency ONE depends on Supply and Demand as well as its economic value (means of payment).
7. OneCoin is the Fintech Company holding the cryptocurrency.
8. The ONE Cryptocurrency is NOT pre-mined (pre-mined to market it).
9. The only official corporate pages of the Holding are:
w.w.w.onecoin.eu
w.w.w.onelife.eu
w.w.w.dealshaker.eu
w.w.w.oneacademy.eu
w.w.w.oneforex.eu
w.w.w.oneworldfoundation.eu
10. It is totally forbidden to sell Cryptocurrencies without the authorization of the Corporate only official information medium, if you do so you will lose your Cryptocurrencies and you may even be sued for affecting the Institutional image.
If you see that someone is doing it irregularly, report it to the Compliance department.
11. Any irregularity that you see from community personnel that are affecting or want to affect the image of the Company, denounce it to the Compliance Department, we take care of our Company of bad individuals.
12. Any information you hear, you receive in writing, to be valid must come only from the Corporate, no other channel is valid unless you have the corresponding backups to issue information.
13. Remember that we are the custodians of our access keys to the virtual wallet, do not deliver anyone to anyone, be forewarned.
14. Discard rumors, negative information from media such as haters’ blogs that seek to affect the Institutional image.
It is our duty to take care of the image of OneLife and the Holding, let us work with responsibility, professionalism and contribute to the solid growth of our Company that is changing our quality of life forever.
OneLife together for more"
Interesting isn't it how the company is never responsible for anything but it is always the rogue IMA's who are at fault or broke the law.

Re: onecoin.eu ponzi scam
In the more than 15 years that I have been involved in exposing scams/Ponzi's in all their forms of cyber-crime, I have had a ton of accusations made about me and Eagle. Rarely do I come across someone who comes up with something original, but finally a poster on Igor's OC blog managed to come up with the absolute best accusations in an attempt to discredit me and Eagle. Here is what detroyer posted, and I quote:
"EagleOne wrote: ↑

I do deny it because I don't make any money investigating online scams. Sorry to burst your bubble. But come on and prove me wrong. You keep hinting that you can, so put up or shut up.
Our nonprofit receives donations from supporters for all the seminars and speaking engagements I do to educate the public so they don't become a victim, but if they do, what actions they need to take to get as much money back as possible, and protect their identity from theft.
- Eagl .... I was certain that you and your troll friends didn't attack the OC project just to help people, but to hope to make a lot of money by converting weak members into OC victims.
- It's the smartest scam I've heard so far, Eagl and his Gang have created a non-profit association (Crook Club), not to be taxed by governments (income taxes They're not paid but receive donations from the victims. how do they receive donations from victims who have already lost a lot of money in a scam ?? it is there, that I find them clever and devilish !!!!
- Phase 1: Eagl and his gang trolls are targeting a strat-up being created, like OC, they are looking for loopholes and weak points, (like MLM's Onelife).
- Phase 2: Once the flaws are found, they begin their destabilization work by attacking the start up with scam allegations and assumptions.
- Phase 3: Create victims group on tweet, instagram forums or on a forum like Igor's onecoindebate to propagate their propaganda and brainwashing to encourage weak and abandoned members to join their groups. (on this forum, Tim has begged members to join the twitter group of scam victims)
- Phase 4: Organize in-person seminars and explain the steps to take to get up to 2x (the amount of money they have invested) I remind you, that in the case of OC this isn't an investment, it's a purchase of packages.
- Phase 5: Agreement on the terms of a moral contract and the terms of remuneration in the case of Eagl and his gang the remunerations will be paid to their bank account in the name of the association and in the form of a donation.
- Phase 6: Order the members of the group to introduction a consolidated complaints in European and US courts, through the lawyer and probably the owner of their association to master the case from the beginning to the end. (we were witness on this forum, how the trolls begged you to convince you to introduce a collective complaint and send it to the SDNY)
- Phase 7: In the case of lawsuits won by the victims, recruited by Eagl and his gang, some victims will be able to recover the money invested and a large sum of money will be recovered also by way of damage and interest by presenting false documents (work stoppage, sale of house, medical certificate, divorce certificate ......)
- Phase 8: Payment and transfer of the consultation and legal assistance fees to the Eagl's bank account and his gang with money laundering for tax evasion by calling it a Donation, because their non-profit association doesn't have US athorization and approval to practice a lucrative activity as does a lawyer's office and in this legal form, they will pay a lot of tax
- Now I don't have proof of what I'm saying, but it's a guess that I can develop by looking for evidence from OC members that you could not convince about your twitter group and who contacted me and informed me that Tim and some of your trolls tried to manipulate them to file a complaint against OC and assured them of making money after that.
but your testimony clearly indicates that your remunerations are turned into donations to escape the taxe services."
What was so funny about his post was he went through his litany of things Eagle is guilty of, and then towards the end says he can't prove any of it; and then concludes with a statement of fact that he admitted he could not prove.

Re: onecoin.eu ponzi scam
Well the reason for Konstantin's arrest and taken into custody is not because he was charged with 1 count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud as announced by the DOJ. How do I know this? Why SwissAndrew gave the real reason why, and here's what he had to say, and I quote:
"he is accused of destabilizing the new york financial system 2) the potential success of OC, this is the true reason for his arrest, but since this is not actually an indictable offence, the rest of the charges are just crap to give the arrest a veneer of legitimacy."
This was to support the claim, and I quote: "The American judicial system is the most corrupt and the most unfair of the systems…We are talking here about the bad American justice that currently judges our leader Konstantin wrongfully imprisoned by the imperialist mafia…"
SwissAndrew just claimed that he knows what the DOJ really was doing, thinking and acting. I guess he has psychic and clairvoyant abilities that have been heretofore unknown but now revealed. Yeah right. Well he is psychic, I'll give him that.
Now what is even funnier is that the DOJ did not say that Konstantin was accused of destabilizing the New York financial system. They said, "OneCoin was compromising the integrity of the New York financial system."
As usual the "believers" never let a good lie get in the way of the truth. They now know this is serious and they are going out of their way to deflect, twist, take out of context and outright lie about what is happening. What is ironic what they are doing is exactly what they claim us "haters" do all the time.
When this goes down, and it is going down, they have now laid the mantra that Konstantin and all the others in custody right now and facing trial could not get a fair trial due to the corruption of the US Justice imperialist mafia. And of course the obligatory OC was a threat to all the banks and other crypto-currencies that it had to be stopped. Nothing like telegraphing what your excuse will be before it happens.

Re: onecoin.eu ponzi scam
No matter what happens in court, in five years time he and the other OneCoin supporters will STILL be posting their nonsense, STILL proclaiming Konstantin and Rujas' innocence and STILL predicting OneCoin to be the future.of commerce.
You've been around long enough, Lynn, to know these sad little creatures will never allow themselves to lose face by admitting they have been wrong all along.
There'll always be another fairytale explanation, another fantasy outcome and another prediction, even when the Ignatovas' have been gaoled and OneCoin has disappeared into the ether.
They'll STILL be in their pyjamas in their bedroom, pounding out childish insults on their borrowed laptops, dreaming of the endless riches coming their way.

You are right and of course "I" do, as do others who have been exposing the thinking of these Ponzi pimps and their followers.
I wanted the new posters and visitors here to learn how this is done so they don't fall victim to their lies and be fooled into thinking these statements are valid and true. The more our visitors and new posters see and learn the tactics these players use, they won't become a victim.

And let's not forget Profitable Sunrise, Banners Brokers, LikesXL, Hourly Revenue Share, Traffic Hurricane, Club Asteria, MyBinaryProfits (our own Steve Lawson), and of course it goes without saying every Ponzi Ken Russo and Faith Sloan pimped. This list would be 3 pages long if we named them all just for those 2.

It would be six columns per page and maybe, just maybe it would only take 3 pages. Ken Russo alone has over 230 Ponzi's not counting all the illegal cash gifting schemes he has pimped and continues to pimp. Faith is not far behind. Neither one has never met a Ponzi they didn't LOVE.

Konstantin's hearing date set for this Friday has been postponed until September 6. Seems his attorney is out of the country and can't attend Friday. Here's the court announcement of the new date and time for this hearing: https://www.courtlistener.com/recap/...6497.109.0.pdf
Guess he is vacationing in sunny Bulgaria wanting to ensure his check from the family clears for defending Konstantin. It's sarcasm folks.

This video was received with applause, admiration, brilliance and praise for daring to tell the truth. But then what else is new from Ponzi pimps and their cult minions when this is all they've got to hang their hat on defending OC.
In the spirit of wanting to help and cooperation, I encouraged all the believers to immediately file their videos/letter with the DOJ and the US Attorneys. It's the least I could do.

I think we can pretty much write off expecting any sense from the OC true believers for the next couple of years at least
The OC sycophants on Ivan Krnics' forum have already gone into full on strawman argument mode and have already signalled their intention to go with anti US rhetoric.

Not only that, but flatrate, the flat earth society believer told me that I was going to be sued for SLANDER. When I pointed out to him that he didn't know what the definition of slander was, he told me he did and then said I would soon find out the meaning of the word.

And the idiocy continues on Igor's forum. Since the threat of being sued for slander didn't go over as they had planned, now they have added a new wrinkle, and just as idiotic as the claim they would sue for slander. But let's let them tell it, and I quote:
"flatrate: we know what it means grandma. you think you can just say anything online don't ya? haa... i'd get a lawyer if i were you. a good one at that. rogue. serious little sis. seek counsel before its too late. we guess your not educated on defamation matter so consider this a friendly reminder. don't follow people who think you can do or say anything online. As you can see, we have been warned. Now they are trotting out we will be sued for defamation. I can't wait to see what they dream up next they are going to sue us for. Never a dull moment and typical Ponzi pimp rhetoric but thinking they are the first to make the claim. More fun than a human being should be allowed to have.
