    Re: onecoin.eu ponzi scam

Here's the latest from Igor on his blog, and I quote:

"Actually, I own OC, I have 0 tokens. I see you are not aware how it works. Let me explain. You do not read the forum here I see.

I did not mine those OC my self although the action is labeled "submit tokens to mining", that is just wording for people to remind on the cryptocurrency experience. Onecoin is the coin for non-tech people who do not care about geek stuff.

In fact, you are simply exchanging tokens to Onecoina based on the "back office" difficulty (number of tokens needed for 1 OC) and that difficulty started from 5 and people drove it to 125 currently and it is soon about to go even higher up. Also, the internal back office (and dealshaker) value of the coin is always 1/10th of the difficulty. And all this is performed in the back office onelife.eu and in the blockchain they only store transactions "send OC from main pool to users wallet".

As for real mining, it is performed in the blockchain sole by the company. They do not have competition so the real mining blockchain difficulty is actually not increasing so they mine all the 50k OC into their main pool. Once a user sends tokens, he receives the appropriate amount of OC and those will be on the market after ICO is done. That's it.

I agree that ICO is long but they just want to reach the critical mass of users and merchants and it takes time. No going back. It is not a scam, just a different ICO. Even if it fails, it can not be labeled a scam. It will ******* fail cause people do not want to buy it. But if they have enough users and merchants, the chance of failure is small. That takes time though.

I think it would be much better if you smart asses, click chasing anti mlm parazites and bitcoiners would just state your opinion somewhere and let the people decide. But no, we have no-lifers barking around for 2 years. FFS

As for Bitcoin, it is a bit different to buy BTC when it was like 1.5$ and when it is 1000$. I now buy coins that are less and around 1$. Some will grow and make me more money that Bitcoin. If Onecoin success, I am set for life and I am ok not to sell OC, I will then join the network to attract merchants and use my 1Million+ OC anywhere. That was Bitcoins vision but it failed."

I especially loved the part where he said if it fails it won't be because it is a Ponzi or scam. He also has to be special because he is the only one who I know to claim he owns OneCoins. You can't fix stupid but you can certainly expose it. He's starting to make Charles look smart.

    Re: onecoin.eu ponzi scam

First we had Dr. Ruja lying about her position with the McKinsey Law Firm, and now we have Dr. Porras lying about her credentials in the big announcement today in One Academy. Here's the announcement, and I quote:

“We are happy to announce that today, August 21, 2017 we launch our new course focused on the Initial Public Offering! The course is divided into two topics – “Introduction to IPO” and ”IPO Process and Valuations” that can be followed consecutively in levels 6 and 7 on the OneAcademy Platform, HERE.

The two parts of the IPO course will explain the importance of raising capital by companies willing to expand their business operations. There are over 4 hours of video material, an extensive PDF manual, supporting presentations and tools to track your personal progress, which are included in the modules.

In “Introduction to IPO” Dr. Porras will give you an overview of the most important aspects of IPO and what it means for companies willing to become public.
In “IPO Process and Valuations” you can learn about the crucial role of the underwriter and the different methods and principles of IPO valuations – the practical application of your theoretical knowledge.

The lecturer, Dr. Porras, is a well known expert in the academic field. She holds two PhD degrees in Finance – one from Florida Atlantic University (USA) and one from University of Almeria (Spain). Currently, Dr. Porras is a member of the Investment Committees and the Policy Sub-Committees of Zonta International Foundation, and Zonta International, USA."

Only one glaring problem with her bio. I guess she forgot that Florida Atlantic University doesn't offer a PhD program in Finance. But then what do I know, I'm just a hater. In case anyone wants to see for themselves, check out FAU here: FAU | Programs | http://www.fau.edu/programs/index.php

After making this post, I was able to find that FAU does have a Doctorate Program in Finance. For some reason, the University on their website put it in a totally different location from the link showing degrees that can be earned at FAU.

Now the question is did Dr. Porras actually teach there as she has claimed. I have reached out to FAU to confirm her teaching status with them, and the year she got her PhD.

    Re: onecoin.eu ponzi scam

The Finnish police has been conducting a criminal investigation into OC, and have turned their findings over to the Prosecutor. Of course the police would not release what laws were broken, but if there weren't any the case would not have been forwarded to the Prosecutor. This is in addition to the investigation by the NBI. Stay tuned, this is going to get interesting in Finland. But of course Dr. Ruja will claim it is just "rogue IMA's" violating OC/OL's rules and has nothing to do with OC/OL. You know, just like she did in Germany, Italy, India, Bangladesh, China, and all the other countries that have arrested IMA's, or issued a cease and desist against OC/OL.

Also interesting that she still has not replied to her chargesheet filed by the Indian authorities against her, and also the OC/OL Corporate Attorney. So much for her and OC/OL cooperating with law enforcement.

I received a reply from FAU about Dr. Porras teaching at FAU. I was told that to receive her Doctorate, she would typically teach three sections a year for two years, but she was not a faculty professor. Of course many OC'ers are claiming she taught full-time at FAU, which is not true; but that's OK for them to lie.

    Re: onecoin.eu ponzi scam

OneCoin keeps saying that they are going to do an IPO soon, but the date keeps being pushed back. Now it is projected not to happen until the last quarter of 2018, but that is not certain. Of course it can't be certain. Here are some "FACTS" that OneCoin members haven't figured out yet:

As of October 1, 2016, OC is producing 10,000 coins per minute or 14.4 Million Coins per day. This is a little more than 438 Million coins per month, and means that in one year OC will have mined 5.256 Billion coins.

OneCoin said they will do an IPO when 80% of the coins have been mined. Dr. Ruja announced on Oct 1, 2016 that OC would mine 120 Billion Coins. For OneCoin to do an IPO at 80% of the coins mined means OC has to mine 96 Billion coins before an IPO can be made. At 5.256 Billion coins per year, the earliest an IPO can be done is about 18.5 years away. So much for the claim that OneCoin will do an IPO by the end of next year.

OneCoin mining just involves typing a number into a spreadsheet.

If Simon Stepsys or Mark Ghobril are involved it's 100% a SCAM!

    Re: onecoin.eu ponzi scam

I was told that OC is now doing 50,000 coins per minute not 10,000 coins per minute. This means it would still take 3.5 years to mine 80% of 120 Billion coins. And yes I know there are no coins being mined. You can't convince the faithful of that fact.

    Re: onecoin.eu ponzi scam

Well China just lowered the boom on all ICO's (OC changed from claiming to do an IPO to an ICO a few weeks back), and those who were offering tokens for an ICO must refund the money back to the investor. You can read all about it at behindMLM. Of course OC is saying this does not apply to them as usual. Nothing ever applies to them.

I can't wait for all the Chinese investors to start demanding their money back from OC and then watch the crap hit the proverbial fan. Also interesting that Dr. Porras' educational material is now meaningless since they are no longer doing an IPO but an ICO.

    Re: onecoin.eu ponzi scam

China just did another major move against OC. They arrested, tried and convicted 35 more OC members, and now have banned OC in China. Since over 90% of the merchants on DealShaker are from China, this means that they won't be able to market their wares on DealShaker. So this will be the death knell for DealShaker. You can read all about the 35 arrests, trial and convictions at behindMLM.

About the only place that has not taken action against OC of some sorts are countries in South America, except for Colombia who banned it last year. OC will be lucky to make it to year end at the rate things are starting to happen.

    Re: onecoin.eu ponzi scam

In the ever changing landscape that is OC, another bizarre turn of events has taken place. Muhammed Zafar did a YouTube video in which he announced that his group had traveled to Bulgaria to meet with Dr. Ruja, but she was a no-show. So instead they met with Pierre, CEO, and were told the IPO was off and now OC was going to do an ICO in October of 2018. What was even more bizarre, other than Zafar was the one making this announcement instead of Pierre or Dr. Ruja, was they did this video in a restaurant, not in the offices of OC where they had their visit with Pierre. It's as if Pierre and Ruja don't want to be anywhere near when the proverbial caca hits the fan.

OC is going down the tubes, and much faster than I thought they would. I thought they might make it to 2018, but this will be lucky to make another 8-10 weeks at the rate things are happening now.

    Re: onecoin.eu ponzi scam

After Pakistan issued a statement saying that they were cracking down on OneCoin, the OneLife members from Pakistan claimed: Congratulations to all Onelife Community Members, Onelife Network is Now Officially Recognized by Security Exchange Commission of Pakistan, we Got NOC From SECP AND WORK Permit, Registered from Direct Selling Association. Accompanying the post are several photos:

•an SEC certificate of incorporation for Famous Associates PVT LTD, dated February 20, 2012 (two and a half years before OneCoin existed)
•A DSA membership certificate for OneLife Network LTD
•a letter from the Pakistani SEC confirming the company name “OneLife Network LTD” is available for registration
•A photo of OneCoin affiliate Muhammad Zafar and some randoms holding the Pakistani DSA certificate

Only one problem, none of these are from the Pakistani SEC showing they are registered with them, and a search of the SEC website does not show any registration for OneLife Network Ltd as claimed.

But OneCoin will soon be pushed to the side as their is a new crypto-currency that is launching called JesusCoin. No, I am not kidding. I am not going to post the URL because it is a affront to all Christians. First they say the coin is for all Christians, and then in the White Paper they announce their JesusCoin is not available to citizens of the US. Since only Christians can participate, well except for those in the US, I wonder how they are going to know who is and who isn't a Christian?

While a part of me wants to believe this is a hoax and not real, the other part of me says they are serious and will be able to steal hundreds of thousands of dollars from the gullible before it crashes and burns.

    Re: onecoin.eu ponzi scam

And it has begun. Just like in other Ponzi's, when it was announced that OneCoin was not going to do an IPO in 2018, but an ICO and not until October of 2018, members have started offering their OneCoins for sale. Now we have a true believer who has suggested, and I quote:

    " I will sell 10.000OC for EUR1.000.
    Offer is valid until Oct.01st.
Do you think is it good offer.
I am not desperate, just good businessman.
I will give you OC10.000 and use your EUR1.000 and invest in Power Pack and get at least OC20.000.
    Good business, right.
How do you know that this guy has no same idea, buy more OC with your money.
You must be informed better if you want prove something.
Maybe I gave you good idea but problems is do you have another EUR48.000 need to Power Pack.
I know how I can do this, do you know."

Now what is interesting about this offer is that Ruja says the value of one OneCoin is 15.85 Euro. In his offer he is saying that the value of one OneCoin is only 0.10 Euro. But he thinks he is a good businessman and he is not desperate. So he is willing to sell 10,000 OneCoins for 1,000 Euro, and then spend another 47,000 Euro to buy a PowerPack for 20,000 OneCoins. Yep spending 47,000 Euro for 20,000 OneCoins to gain 10,000 OneCoins sounds like a good businessman to me. How about you?

    Re: onecoin.eu ponzi scam

Now the person who made this claim and offer, is not claiming it wasn't just him doing the deal but his group. Funny how that works out when someone is called out for an asinine statement, and then they try to dig their way out of the hole they made for themselves. But since he is from Serbia, I was supposed to know all of this as this is how they do things there; and this is still a great deal. R I G H T!

    Re: onecoin.eu ponzi scam

It seems that OneCoin has been pushed into doing Phase I of their ICO next month, instead of waiting until next October to do their ICO. Just a one page announcement of this change: https://onecoinico.com/

You can bet that all the major players, who have invested hundreds of thousands of dollars and in some cases millions of dollars, through a hissy-fit when they announced they weren't doing an IPO but an ICO but not until next October. They had been promised an IPO for four years, and I think they finally said enough is enough, give us our money back. So Ruja was forced to do what she didn't want to do and offer an ICO now. She knew if she didn't, they would have demanded their money back and gone after her in court to get it back. There is no way she is going to give up that much money from her hidden bank accounts, and OneCoin doesn't have the money to do so despite what they claim.

This very well could be Ruja' new exit strategy and when the ICO fails, the websites will be gone and so will she. This is going to be entertaining and interesting to watch and see the exposure of the fake value she has assigned to OneCoin when the price plummets. The only way they do this is on some obscure trading company on an obscure trading exchange.

Stay tuned, and make sure you have plenty of popcorn because this is going to get REAL, real fast.

    Re: onecoin.eu ponzi scam

With the announcement of OC's ICO next month, China has banned all ICO's, Ruja has now put herself in an Oops moment. She has left all the Chinese members not being able to participate in the ICO. They are going to be madder than a hornet when their nest is disturbed, and demanding their money back. She can claim you didn't buy OC but educational information until she is blue-in-the-face, but that's not what they were promised. They were promised, just like all the other members, when OC launched they would become millionaires. Now they can't participate in the launch. Toss in that the Chinese authorities have arrested over 35 of OC promoters, and there may be more on the way, it is going to get ugly with the Chinese members in a heartbeat.

While this ICO is claimed to be Phase I, the only other thing she can offer to the Chinese members is an IPO, and that will tick off all the other members because they got stuck with a worthless ICO.

Kari Wahlroos had announced his big event in India this Sunday, but alas that has been cancelled. Seems Kari is having surgery, or at least that is what he is claiming on his FB page, and all info about the event has been scrubbed. Sure you are having surgery Kari. You got scared if you went you would get arrested.

This is what makes me believe this is her exit strategy to disappear and leave everyone holding the bag of worthless OC tokens. But hey you got "educated."

    Re: onecoin.eu ponzi scam

When is an ICO not a real ICO? When OneCoin announces a Phase I ICO. Seems it is nothing more than a new €55 555 ICO package to steal even more money. I shudder to think what Phase II ICO will be. Hopefully other countries will now take action like India and China have done, and start charging and arresting OC members and the top people and shut this Ponzi down.

    Re: onecoin.eu ponzi scam

We now have a new player posting at Igor's blog. After a few posts I had made that he didn't like, he posted this, and I quote:

"I assume you are getting financially rewarded in some way EagleOne. If not, then you are wasting your time in your effort to defame OneCoin and the 3,250,000 user members of said company which would lead one to come to the conclusion that you are either an idiot or someone who desperately needs to seek treatment by a mental health professional. Why else would you persistently waste your time attacking and defaming said company!?! And why would you subject yourself to the inevitable lawsuits that will follow because of your actions which has resulted in property damages!? Just want you to know that neither you or anyone else can stop OneCoin. OneCoin is real. OneCoin is honest. ONECOIN, at this stage in developing this PRIVATE COMPANY is UNSTOPPABLE and is extraordinarily SUCCESSFUL right now‼️‼️‼️

To which I replied, and I quote: "Thank you for your most gracious comments. But I have to ask, exactly what "property damages" have I caused OneCoin? They don't own any property. They sold the office building they bought.

I guess India charging and arresting 38 people and also filing charges against Dr. Ruja is a myth. Then I'm sure that the over 40 charges and arrests in China were a myth too. A few of them have already been tried and sent to prison, but according to you that didn't happen either.

As for me defaming OneCoin, you've got to be kidding. And no, I don't think that I can take down OneCoin all on my own. Germany, Italy, India, China, Bangladesh are doing a great job on their own; And they are just the beginning.

Don't give up your day job because you are no attorney. Be sure to buy as many First Phase ICO packages as you can." I guess he wasn't impressed with my comments because he then replied with this gem, and I quote:

"EagleOne ... Get this straight .... You don't know who you talking to. I will waste absolutely talking to a fool like you. For the record, Just want to make you cognicent of the fact that you and the few other OneCoin unethical/illegal fools who actually believe they are anonymous behind your computer are in for a really big surprise in the very near future. The property damage I spoke of is the product of not only myself but also the millions of people worldwide who own OneCoins. If you are in the U.S.A. then know that I have discussed what you and others are doing via Internet slander, defamation, misinformation to cause damage to the "property" call OneCoin. I am seriously considering a Federal Court lawsuit against you and a few other guilty individuals. This lawsuit would take place in a State which has no anti-slapp laws. I have discussed this case with District Court Judges, a U. S. Court of Appeals Judge, and a personal friend of mine, now retired, who was on this State's Supreme Court. Everyone of these honorable men, agreed that you and the others would lose this case. Freedom of speech has it's limits! You and the others would lose monetarily and perhaps be incarcerated (i.e. penitentiary). Do yourself a big giant favor and DO NOT RESPOND to this post. I will turn off notifications for this topic and I am suggesting the this topic matter should be terminated! You're not worth wasting time and energy on EagleOne! And one more thing ... U"

I especially loved the threat about suing me, and others, in a state that doesn't have an anti-slap laws in Federal Court, and then claimed all the high powered court judges that he has supposedly talked to that said he could win. Guess he forgot about needing to have standing to file a lawsuit on behalf of OneCoin. But the best part was his claim DO NOT RESPOND to this post. Almost fell off my chair laughing at that one.

    Re: onecoin.eu ponzi scam

It is obvious from the post by cryptonite that he lives in the US. OneCoin does not operate in the US. Therefore it is illegal for him to have OneCoins, despite the fact that OneCoins don't exist, but OneTokens do. The mere fact he is in OneCoin he has broken the law, but he is going to sue me in US Federal Court. Just too funny. Talk about being full of vim and vinegar, he's full of horseshit.

I don't think that cryptonite is going to like my reply to his post very much. Since I did reply, I am sure I will receive his lawsuit at any moment, that is if he can figure out who I am since he has no clue.

Actually I was wondering how long it would take before one of the faithful posted the mandatory I am going to sue the pants off you post. I am just surprised it took so long.
