    Re: onecoin.eu ponzi scam

Well, the OC'ers have identified and classified their group of haters of OC. After all this time (5 years), they have finally figured out the category of haters against OneCoin. They were kind enough to publish the list for all to see, and I quote:

    "Dear_Haters!

Is important to read this Article carefully. We live in sick world, it is known that people are easily attracted in controversy and negativity so bloggers and haters use OneCoin as popular name to label all sorts of spins, twists, lies to its name and make it dirty.

    1) – The first group of OneCoin haters are actually bitcoin people who believe OneCoin was projected as a scam from the beginning and they wanted to defend cryptocurrency from this, as they thought “possible usurper of cryptocurrency industry”. They give them selves right to decide that cryptocurrency can only be anonymous and decentralised and since OneCoin was the opposite, they did not understand it and they thought it was scam.

    2) – Since cryptocurrency is not backed up by gold, but by people who use it, OneCoin realized that the best crowd sale is MLM (multilevel marketing) so they came up with compensation plan and started producing leaders. This is reason why the second group of anti-OneCoiners are anti-MLM blogs.

Those blogs fundamentally serve a good purpose. They try to expose pyramid scams that are popping all over the world especially within internet businesses. They compensate their time by earning money from visits and clicks.

After reading several anti-MLM websites I would separate one: behindml as the most populated and alive. I read many of his news there. What I could see is that he is focusing only on bad events that each MLM has and it is around 5-10% of what is going on depending on company. There is no good events for any MLM business there.

When you focus only on negative stuff you get consumed by negative energy and you start developing paranoid mentality where your judgement is clouded. I do not expect bloggers to understand this.
Point is that they focus on negative info, and unfortunately in this sick world negativity attracts more people. So anti-MLM bloggers get “better”/worse over time cause negativity brings them more money.

Of course they started making lies but they convince them selves those are true so it helps them better in debating. But deep inside they know what they are doing is illegal so they are very anonymous.
It is up to people if they will believe people who hide their identity or real persons that are presenting business to them.

So OneCoin is not exception here, in fact, being so popular and with incredible momentum for short time, OneCoin became n°1 victim of those guys.

    3) – Third group of OneCoin haters are news and blogs tied to bitcoin and decentralised cryptocurrencies.

Those blogs also earn money from visits and clicks and they tend to put anti-OneCoin news from time to time, not too pushy like anti-MLM blogs or dedicated anti-OneCoin disgusting templates but they seem to report all negative events attached to OneLife and those are actually not really important for OneCoin development.

    4) – Forth group of OneCoin haters are individual people who actually believe into all anti-OneCoin info.
They tend to waste their time surfing on every facebook, video or blog positive news and try to post there anti-OneCoin propaganda.

For long time they did not have resistance so they became more confident in their twisted belief because they thought “if no one can argue with what I am convinced in then it must be true. When they start getting arguments it becomes clear that they are blinded by belief in anti-OneCoin info spread around and we end up talking about opinions, not facts.

Those anti-OneCoin info was not released by amateur people, rather by slander professionals so it is easy to catch certain persons and make them your useful idiot. They go around and waste their life fighting cause that is not their own, they have nothing to gain, but they are being useful for those who fabricated everything. Over the course of almost three years, onecoin haters from this group were exchanged.

First movers realised that company is not collapsing, they saw their resistance is futile, and they stop appearing, return to their life, but new ones are born.

    5) – Which leads us to group number five.
Here are self centered people who are not actually talking about OneCoin, they are talking about them selves but they do not realise that. In fact, not many people can see it. I, being pretty close to people psychology had enough time to detect few people that stood the test of time as OneCoin did not collapse, they remained here bashing new arguments and being more and more self centered. The point of their comments are that it is not actually about OneCoin, it is about them knowing everything about OneCoin, or at least they think they know. Truth is they “do not know that they do not know” and that makes them very dangerous persons for others. They seem to enjoy dragging in other people as they call them “victims” so they can educate them and feed with authority.

They advertise as their goal is to “save people from not losing money in OneCoin” yet they tend to gather only people that are already involved in OneCoin and they lecture them about how all is scam and all leaders are experienced scammers (and yet none went to jail).
So their actions actually prove that they do not care about people losing money, that is just store front, they are self centered and are in love with authority they make so they gather scared people that are already involved in OneCoin.

If they care about people losing money, they would start opposing all those promises from mainstream media that bitcoin will go to 1 million and are lured to buy expensive inflated bitcoins that are then deflated and somebody always loses money. They do not mention other similar systems like OneCoin because they are no where near successful and there is nothing really to talk about them. I will not mention any names here.

    6) And the last but not the least, is the sixth group.
Those are actually people that feed all previous groups. Those are former OneLife IMAs that somehow got coned by bad OneLife uplines.
Every MLM has a problem of bad distributors that do not know what they are selling, that care only about money so they will not stop at anything just to take money from people.

In OneLife, those are promises of high returns from OneCoin in 2018. Many distributors are not that stupid and when they start to realise that, they start complaining and asking questions and then they get cut off by their uplines. Some of them quit, but some of them join anti-OneCoin “victim task force“. Some of them are also bad persons that then feed anti-OneCoiners lies that those believe in and spread as fake news.

Many thanks to all OneLifers and OneCoiners, Happy Reading !"

So there you have it, the definitive group of OC haters by category. Well not exactly the definitive group. They left out "podcasts." Kind of makes you wonder why it took them so long to figure this out doesn't it. With such brilliant minds as this, it is hard to fathom why it took them so long to identify all of them.

I am especially interested in knowing who are the slander professionals. Is there a group of libel professionals and defamation professionals? I want to know so I can contact them about joining. Sounds like a great group of people to want to be associated with doesn't it.

Just like all the updates supposedly from Corporate, this one is also not signed and no-one seems to be taking credit for it. The implication is that it is from Dr. Ruja. There is a pencil or ink sketch of her with this quote: "Dear Haters, There is so much more for you to be mad at. Just be patient." Of course this is ridiculous as she is still in hiding and a fugitive from justice.

Now you don't suppose that this has anything to do with episode 4 of "The Missing CryptoQueen" coming out on Thursday do you? Nah, I'm sure it is just a coincidence.

    Re: onecoin.eu ponzi scam

For more than 4 years, OneCoin has been promising that OC the Coin would be traded on an exchange. And of course this meant that everyone who initially bought coins, and then education packages with coins assigned to those packages, they would be rich beyond their wildest imagination. Then this year it was declared that 2019 is the year of the exchange, and especially they pointed to this month as when it would happen.

In May Corporate started providing weekly updates as to the progress for OneCoin to be traded on the exchange. For 14 straight weeks the updates contained glowing results and that it wouldn't be long until approval for the exchange would be granted by a Central Bank, which of course was never named. Us "haters" would have contacted them and told them all kind of lies about OC and prevented the CB from approving OneCoin to trade on an exchange. Then for 2 weeks no update. Then when the update did happen, not a word about the Central Bank, the other agencies that had to sign off for OneCoin to trade on an exchange, but the good news was the Wonder Wheel had been extended.

This didn't sit well with the members. Then last week all the few remaining leaders started a new method of keeping the faithful inline. They were to stop asking about when the exchange was going to happen, and instead they needed to focus on believing in themselves, believing in the company and of course believing in the product. They needed to get fully educated and use their education material they purchased to fully understand the great vision of Ruja and why the exchange is not as important as DealShaker and growing it and the number of merchants. And of course when anyone asked about the exchange or expressed disappointment, the posts were immediately deleted and they were told no negativity was allowed on the FB pages or forums. They needed to get their minds straight and priorities in order mantra.

In listening to the recent spate of YouTube video's these leaders are putting out, you can hear the desperation in their voices and chastising the members for asking about and focusing on the exchange date. They are on the verge of panicking their world is about to be turned upside down.

I mean how dare the members ask about and want to be focused on the exchange? It's not like they have been promised this for more than 4 years...….wait. Never mind.

    Re: onecoin.eu ponzi scam

The OneLife newsletter came out last Friday and much to the chagrin of the members, not a peep about the Central Bank and a date for the exchange. The lame attempts by the remaining leaders to try to take the focus off the date the exchange will launch to focusing on believing in themselves, the company and the products has fallen flat. From the very brief update comment in the newsletter, they said the Wonder Wheel promotion would be coming to an end, but zero updates about IT, the Central Bank meeting and when the exchange will launch. Needless to say this has not gone over well with the members. To keep the dissent from growing, at least they hope they can keep it from growing, they are now deleting all comments about when the exchange is coming or anyone criticizing non-action by corporate.

IN another attempt to quell the restless members, now comes this new tact they are trying to keep the members inline, and I quote:

"When the exchange will be opened?
For sure, this is the most asked question in OLN members community, but before I answer this question I would like to talk about the categories of people who asking this question:

First category, is the people that jumped in ONE project based on some emotions and do not understand well the philosophy of cryptocurrency and the ONE ecosystem. And what they want? mostly cash out and be rich over night! and they do not care about any consequences or economic system, or world monitory system.

Really, I feel sorry for this type of people because they think that they have been scammed until they get their money back! because they do not what they have been in at the first place. Thereafter, they are in torture like a hell everyday. They read or participate in any activities only to get the answer of that question. Even, they are mostly, do not read this text, they only serving the post to find the answer.

Unfortunately, this is the type for most people because most people are naive and have poor mindset as they are 95% of people population.

Second category, is the people who understand the philosophy of cryptocurrency and the ONE ecosystem. And they are asking the question as well, but they asking it for a total purpose! they asking it because they know that the exchange is an important and critical part of ONE ecosystem. And they know after the exchange OLN members will have a leap. Of course, they are less than 5% of people population because they are the people who have the rich mindset.

So, the question about the exchange is important for both categories. And, exchange for any cryptocurrency is necessary. And now I would like to tell the answer of the question:

Everything has been done by the corporate to launch the exchange; they collaborate with central bank for opening the exchange. And this type of exchange will be the first of its type because it will be an intermediate stage between wild cryptocurrency and the regulators, and the transition stage from fiat age to cryptocurrency age for the mass market. And now the central bank investigating the ONE and we waiting for their decision. Briefly, waiting for ONE approval by central bank.

When the exchange? after CB approval. When CB will approve ONE? It depends on CB and we are waiting that. Although, they said two weeks, but still we are waiting.

While we are waiting, it is very important for the first category of people to work to decrease their pain and this could only be done by getting understanding:
1- the philosophy of cryptocurrency and the ONE ecosystem,
2- the nature of current world economic change,
3- how rich people work and think.

Otherwise, first category people sad and regret will be much bigger after the successful launch and work the exchange."

Just think, after all that explanation the answer to the question is really very simple: We don't know when the exchange will happen.

Everything that was said was nothing more than someone trying to sound important and knowledgeable. They even included a video clip from Robert Kiyosaki talking about the rich and poor mindset. For those of you who don't know who Robert Kiyosaki is, he wrote "Rich Dad Poor Dad" and after selling millions of copies finally admitted that he never had a "rich" dad; but if he had he would have said those things to him. In short a scam artist.

Bottom line is they can't give an update when the exchange will open because they have not been meeting with any Central Bank and there will be no exchange that is not controlled by OneCoin. They can't open an exchange because they still have members who are missing their OneCoins in CoinSafe. We are not talking about a few thousand but multiple millions of missing OneCoins. IT has only been working on this for over 2 years now and it is still not resolved, and they expect OneCoin to be traded on an open exchange? Seriously?

Time is running out for Corporate. Mark Scott's case is set to start Nov 4, but I get the feeling the defense is going to ask for a delay. Seems Mark doesn't have the money to pay for a proper defense. Guess he didn't want to sell one of his yachts, cars, homes to provide for a proper defense. He is either one of the dumbest lawyers ever or he is just trying to play dumb. Kind of hard to tell at times, but my money is on playing dumb. Then we have Konstantin's next status court date on Nov 7. The BBC series is really causing OC fits.

Hopefully the U will charge OneCoin/OneLife under the RICO act and shut them down for good. They are still stealing money every day from gullible people worldwide, and they need to be stopped now.

In the: You can't make this stuff up" category, now comes this from the OneCoin Leaders Global Webinar, King Jayms said that next week he was going to launch a free Konstantin agenda, whatever that means. I am sure it will be something else.

He might want to re-think that effort since the Government announced that in the Mark Scott case, in the month of September, the Government produced close to 49,000 documents, consisting of approximately 129,000 pages of materials and 357 gigabytes. Also the Government produced an additional terabyte of raw data from electronic devices and servers associated with OneCoin. You can bet that all this data also applies to Konstantin's case as well. Not only that, but the Government is receiving additional information daily.

Mark's trial is scheduled to start Nov 4, but this news and the fact that "poor" Mark cannot hire the best attorneys to defend him properly, the date could be pushed back.

I can't wait to read what brilliant idea King Jayms has come up with that will "free Konstantin." It will be "busy work" to keep the members mind off no news on the exchange launch, or so he hopes. It's all they've got.

Episode 5 is out of "The Missing Crypto Queen" and it the best so far. If you really want to know the mindset of how a Major MLM Promoter works, then you need to listen to this podcast. Igor Alberts gives the perfect insight into this mindset, and this mindset is the mindset of every Major MLM Promoter as they move from MLM to MLM.

    Re: onecoin.eu ponzi scam

Now Corporate has another IMA of OC arrested in Thailand. A top Vietnamese OneCoin promoter was arrested attempting to leave Thailand. Thailand’s Immigration Bureau intercepted Mr. Ngoc as he attempted to leave the country. Ngoc was on an international criminal blacklist and, after his passport triggered an alarm, was arrested at Suvarnabhumi International Airport on October 2nd.

Thai authorities charged Ngoc with promoting OneCoin to Vietnamese and Thai victims of the Ponzi scheme. Part of Ngoc’s deception was falsely telling investors they could use OneCoin in place of Thai baht. Following his arrest Ngoc confessed to working with seven other fraudsters, including Thai and Vietnamese, in deceiving people to invest in OneCoin. The names of Ngoc’s accomplices have not been released.

Thailand has already arrested one individual promising that more were to come, and they are living up to their word. It is now a matter of time before the 7 unnamed will be charged. When it is all said and done in Thailand, I am expecting this number to be far greater than the 7 referenced in Ngoc's arrest.

    Re: onecoin.eu ponzi scam

Tomorrow afternoon at 4pm Sofia time, there is going to be an INTERNATIONAL GLG MENTORSHIP WEBINAR. One of the speakers will be King Jayms, and is going to explain how he is going to free Konstantin. This will be good news to K's family as they no longer will have to pay for K's lawyer. I mean, what does K's lawyer know anyway? I'm sure K is thrilled to know that King Jayms is going to get him released soon that his lawyer couldn't do.

Now what is interesting is the on the ONECOIN EXCHANGE/UPDATES OFFICIAL CHANNEL where this announcement was made, all comments have been turned off by Peter Hjelte. What makes this interesting is that this is the rah-rah FB page that only "positive" posts are allowed and is for the "believers" that support OC. So why would you need to turn off comments?

Since there have been zero updates for the last couple of weeks, the page has now turned into a joke. The members are not happy there has been no word on the Central Bank nor the date the exchange will open. The last update said it was going to take 2 weeks before they heard anything. The 2 weeks has now turned into 3 and will soon be 4 and no indication of any update for this Friday. The natives are getting restless. They aren't buying you have to remain positive, believe in yourself, believe in the OC Company, and believe in the products mantra they have been shoving down the members throats for the past 3 weeks because of no word on the exchange or Central Bank.

I am so looking forward to King Jayms spilling the beans on how he is going to pull this rabbit out of the hat and save the day for Konstantin. Tomorrow is going to be a most interesting day.

    Re: onecoin.eu ponzi scam

Well, the brilliant and ingenious King Jayms unveiled his plan to free Konstantin. The plan? Why it is the tried and true petition drive. Yes boys and girls, ladies and gents, the key to getting Konstantin free is by signing a petition. He wants 100,000 signatures in the next few days and 1,000,000 overall to send to the DOJ.

The petition explains why OC is totally legal and not a Ponzi or illegal pyramid scheme, is a real crypto-currency and all the charges against Konstantin should be dropped and he be released. And just think they were paying Jeffrey Lichtman the big bucks to get Konstantin out of jail on bail, and he failed. One would think that a skilled defense criminal attorney like Mr. Lichtman should have known all he had to do was get people to sign a petition and K would be free. I think the Ignatov's need to demand a refund from Jeffrey Lichtman for his incompetence.

To aid in the quest to reach the 1,000,000 signatures, the brilliant and ingenious King Jayms is allowing people to sign anonymously. Yes you read that right. Seems the brilliant and ingenious King Jayms doesn't realize that only valid and verifiable signatures are counted on a petition. Anonymous signatures are disallowed and not counted. Of course an anonymous signature can be duplicated many times over by the same person thus skewing the actual number of real signatures on a petition. That's why they are not allowed.

But allowing people to sign anonymously is contradicting that OC is real and legal. Why would anyone be afraid to sign this petition using their real name when OC is the real deal and legal? Why would they be afraid to use their real name?

If you want to watch the folly unfold you can go to: Petition * Free Konstantin Ignatov * Change.org Also be sure to read the left hand side of the page where they explain why OC is real and not a Ponzi, illegal pyramid scheme, and OC is a real crypto-currency. It is a classic denial of the real facts but makes the public believe their wannabe facts are true. This is how they got so many people to join OC.

If petitions worked to free criminals, maybe Nelson Mandela wouldn't have spent so much time in prison...( or not, since the petition only received 862 signatures. )!

    Re: onecoin.eu ponzi scam

For those of you who do not understand what this petition drive is all about, let me clear it up for you. This petition is meaningless. It will have no bearing on the trial whatsoever. The only reason why this petition drive is underway is to take the heat off there not being any updates from Corporate on the status of the Central Bank approving OC and the exchange being launched for OC to trade publicly. For more than 14 weeks, there was a weekly update from Corporate that told about all the IT things that were being accomplished so the exchange could take place. One of those stories they told was about a Central Bank (not named because us haters would contact them and lie to them about OC so they wouldn't work with OC) was reviewing OC to approve them to be able to trade on an exchange.

The last update said that things were on hold for 2 weeks, which has now morphed into 4 weeks and counting, and still no word about the Central Bank or when the exchange will happen. They have been promising OC would go live and trade on a public exchange for 4 years now, and not one deadline has been met. There is a very simple reason for this: THERE IS NO BLOCKCHAIN AND COINS to be traded on a public exchange. It is all a lie about the exchange and the Central Bank. It was to keep the members believing and not going to the authorities en masse filing complaints.

The problem they now have is the petition drive is not having the results they thought it would, and instead of people flocking to sign the petition, they are complaining about the petition being promoted on the ONECOIN EXCHANGE/UPDATES OFFICIAL CHANNEL FB Page instead of providing updates which is what the page is supposed to be all about. The signature count is now over 17,000, but the last entry on the FB page was announcing they had exceeded 11,000 signatures. They have been trying to downplay the no news on the exchange as being good news, and that instead of focusing on when the exchange will happen; they need to focus on believing in themselves, the company and the products of OC. That too is falling flat on its face. People don't care about petitions, positive thinking messages, believing in yourself, the company and products. They care about THE EXCHANGE.

The good news is that more and more members are finally waking up and realizing they have been lied to all these years, there won't be any exchange and OC is collapsing in front of their eyes. Actually I want them to get 100,000 signatures and submit them to the DO). In fact the more over 100,000 the better. When they announce the petitions that were singed have been sent to the DOJ, I will explain why. Until then we are encouraging all the true believers of OC to sign the petition.

    Re: onecoin.eu ponzi scam

In all fairness, I reached out to a third party contact asking the party to invite detroyer, flatrate, CurryHater and Trueadvocate to come and join us here in the discussion of OC. I have learned my third party contact does not have their contact information to extend that invitation to them. My reason for wanting them to join this discussion is they are believers in OC and it is only fair their voices be heard, just like it was on Igor's forum as was ours.

So I am extending this invitation openly to them to come and join in on the discussion. I have advised the admins they could be registering so there wouldn't be any problem in their being able to do so.

If anyone knows them, please let them know this invitation has been extended to them to come and join us in the discussion. I really hope they do.

This invitation is not limited to just these 4. Any other believer in OC is welcome to come join us in the discussion. So pass the word we welcome them here.

    Re: onecoin.eu ponzi scam

In regard to the petition drive to free Konstantin, I want to put things in perspective so you can see how dismally this drive is failing, and this is among the "believers" of OC.

In the ONECOIN EXCHANGE/UPDATES OFFICIAL CHANNEL FB Page they say they have over 22,000 members. Keep that number in mind for a few more minutes. OC says there are 114,558 Merchants in DealShaker. Total logged in users to DealShaker since it's opening is showing 599,856 users.

As of just a short while ago, they had 18,660 signatures on the Free Konstantin Petition. This means that they still don't have all the members in the Official FB page signed up in this petition, and it is now a week old. They said their initial goal is 100,000 to start and 1 million total signatures.

Right now there should be more than 150,000 signatures on this petition, and they only have 18,660. If all the merchants signed up in DealShaker, plus the membership in the Official FB page had signed they would be close to this 150,000 mark. But it is worse. If all the people who have signed into DealShaker has signed, they would be well over 1/2 a million signatures, not counting the merchants and members of the Official FB page. They would be 3/4 of the way to their 1 million signature goal.

This is real simple. Everyone in OC/OL should have signed this petition by now. EVERYONE! Yet they have not even reached 20,000 signatures. This raises the question as to why are they having such a hard time getting people to sign the petition, even among the members of the Official FB page? It is just my opinion, but I think there are several reasons. First, many do not believe the petition will have any effect on Konstantin being released; which is true it won't. Members don't care about the petition, they care about when the Exchange is going to open and this is a distraction from that event taking place. They are upset that Corporate hasn't provided any meaningful updates about the Central Bank or the Exchange filing. The merchants are signing because many of them are out of pocket waiting for OC to trade on the Exchange. They need to cash out their OC's they accepted for their goods and services they sold so they can replace inventory and have cash flow. They have been promised an exchange for 2 years now with ZERO results. The members have been promised this exchange for 4 years with ZERO results. They are all tired of the excuses and NO exchange or a date when it WILL happen. And finally there are many members, and it is growing daily, of those who no longer believe that OC is real and really was and is a Ponzi.

For those of you following the BBC podcast of "The Missing Cryptoqueen" Episode 7 has been delayed until Monday. Seems they got a hot tip they are checking out and had to postpone today's Episode 7 until Monday. Hope it pans out as this could be huge to the story.

Not just the BBC, but also the UK weekly magazine, the highly respected "The Spectator"

It has a paywall, but I think you can access a few free articles per month, so worth a look.

    Re: onecoin.eu ponzi scam

Episode 7 of "The Missing Cryptoqueen" is now available. Hard to believe that Episode 8 is just a few short days away and the end of this edition of the podcast. Hoping that there will be a Part 2 to this story, as so much that has not been told yet that needs to be told.

One of the best parts, at least for me, was the phone call with the gent from the UK who is still promoting OC and his responses to Jamie's questions. OC Corporate would be proud of him as he stayed on point of their OC mantra. Sadly there are way too many still just like him.

Still this is an interesting podcast and tells of the real hunt for Ruja and all the dead ends and the difficulties the authorities have in unraveling this Ponzi, where the money went, where it is and locating Ruja.

    Re: onecoin.eu ponzi scam

Rumors abound about when the "promised Exchange" will take place. While the current leaders are all in agreement that the Exchange is coming soon, they are not in agreement on when it is going to happen.

Well, that is all but one of the current leaders. Now a different story has emerged as what is going to happen next. Here is the new story that is being told by the French Leader Julien Zirbini, and I quote:

    Julien Zerbini admitted in his webinar than the “company” won’t go in exchange because of the difficulty and the politician behavior against crypto currency, also because of fake news and haters;

So the “GREAT NEWS” is, the Onelife company will create his own bank (one bank to rule them one …) and of course that will take a lot of time. He promise direct onecoin payment credit card and a lot of other fantastic stuff, it’s beautiful …"

If you are not confused enough by Julien's comments compared to Muhammed Adeel and some other leaders claiming the Exchange is going to happen soon, you are not alone.

But then along comes Tommi Vuorinen, Finnish Leader who has made this announcement to his fellow Finnish OC members, and I quote:

"In near future (within 1-3 weeks) “the Company” is going to launch an exchange Road Map, including the launch date.

The Company will update the DealShaker (NewDealshaker 2.0?), and the update will go hand in hand with the exchange opening — they’ll probably launch on the same date.

Master Distributor titles will be terminated and be replaced by Regional distributors. E.g. there will be a “Regional Distributor” for Nordic countries, and the distributors will have a direct link to “the Company”. So there is going to be a restructuring of the OneCoin secret society hierarchy.

The Company” has been granted three licenses: exchange license, EU license, and remittance license.

No detailed info about the Cenrtal Bank will be given, because of the haterz — same with the licenses too.

The continuous provocation by the media against the company has caused a great deal of trouble even within the Company: three OneCoin employees have been fired within the previous month and fourth is “on the trigger” because they are suspected of having leaked sensitive information to the outsiders!

So as you can see, the haters are still making OC keep all the information a secret because of the power all of us "haters" have with the media and government authorities.

We have competing stories now about not only when the Exchange will open, but there will be NO Exchange but instead OC will open its own bank; and all are claiming their story is what Corporate is telling them. Yet Corporate has not said a word nor have they issued any updates for more than 4 weeks now about the Exchange or the Central Bank.

The story about the 3 licenses is all BS. None of these licenses exist. It is all made up, but they did sound impressive didn't they; or at least they were meant to sound impressive.

    Re: onecoin.eu ponzi scam

Well, unless there any last minute delays, Mark Scott's trial is to start this coming Monday. This is going to be a circus.

Mark's attorneys have let it be known that lying to a bank is not bank fraud and therefore he didn't commit bank fraud. And that's just for openers. They want the DOJ banned from referring to OneCoin victims as victims; to prevent OC victims from testifying; remove any mention of financial harm inflicted by OneCoin on its victims at trial; anyone who didn’t invest in OneCoin shouldn’t be able to provide testimony; the jury shouldn’t be told how he spent funds he received from OneCoin; the DOJ calling on a money laundering expert for testimony is “not necessary”... and the list goes on and on.

This is why this trial is going to be a circus by his defense team. Bought extra popcorn, extra soft drinks and my big comfy chair to be ready for all this drama of a trial.

    Re: onecoin.eu ponzi scam

According to Julien Zerbini, now OneCoin instead of their own brick and mortar bank, they are going to open a "DIGITAL BANK" to go along with their 'DIGITAL CURRENCY."

And the insanity continues and still NO WORD from Corporate about any of these competing and contradicting stories that are floating around as being THE OFFICIAL WORD from Corporate on the next phase of OC.

On the petition front, Cristi Calina is really, really upset. Seems between 10,000 - 15,000 signatures on the petition have gone MIA, and he doesn't know why but he knows who did it. Want to take a guess who he blamed? If you guessed "ALL OF US HATERS" you win a gold plated key to the executive bathroom here at RS. Yes it seems us "haters" somehow "bribed" the signatures to be removed.

He totally over looked the fact that they should have signatures in the hundreds of thousands by now, not a measly 40,000 before the signatures were removed. This petition is a joke and an abysmal failure, and they can't admit it.

My guess is they removed all the anonymous signatures and duplicate ones. There were a lot of Chinese signing using their language spelling of their name not the English spelling of their name thus possibly appearing to be duplicates. Whatever caused it was not because of us "HATERS BRIBING" anyone.

    Re: onecoin.eu ponzi scam

Now the story is that the Exchange will launch 01/01/2020. This from Luca Miatton, GLG member. So now we have 3 different stories floating around that are "official" company position.

The petition is going backwards in signups. Seems Change.org has been doing a little house cleaning of duplicate and possibly anonymous signatures. As I said above, there were slightly over 40,000 signatures this morning and now there are 19,108 signatures just a few minutes ago. King Jayms has to be livid his sure-fire project is crashing and burning in front of his face. I can't get over they thought they could rig the system and not have the petition checked for accuracy of the signatures.

FYI: The final Episode of "The Missing Cryptoqueen" will not air until next Monday, not Thursday of this week.

Due to the unexpected trip that delayed the last Episode, there just isn't enough time to get it done by this Thursday.

    Re: onecoin.eu ponzi scam

A poster by the name of Rogue posted at behindMLM an interesting comment. According to Rogue, and I quote:

"I don’t know if any of you guys tried to sign the free K-petition, but I actually did that out of curiosity. I wanted to write some witty and sarcastic comment. At some point the change.org started asking for donations to a third party. You know, just a small donation, like few euros. That’s only worth a cup of coffee, I think that was the catch phrase.

I wonder who is that third party who gets the donations? My guess is, that King Jaymes is running out of money and started another way to get money out of gullible investors…"

Yesterday they had 19,412 signatures, this morning they have 19,127. Initially they had gone over the 40,000 signature mark, but after Change.org did a house cleaning of duplicate signatures, multiple users using the same IP address and anonymous signers, it reduced to just over 17,000. I wonder if you don't make a donation your signature doesn't count now? Still funny how nowhere on the petition does it mention that you will be asked for a "small donation" when you sign the petition. If the third paryt is not disclosed, one could say we have a Ponzi within a Ponzi. One has to also consider this is only Rogue's comments on this and hasn't been proven true, but it also hasn't been proven false either. At this point I have no reason to doubt that Rogue's experience is false.

Oh, we now have two more competing stories when the Exchange will open or won't open. One said they "HOPE" the Exchange will open mid-2020, and another story says OneCoin is now its own central bank. It's time for the authorities to shut this whole Ponzi down. Padlock the doors and take down the websites and stop this nonsense.

    Re: onecoin.eu ponzi scam

I want to explain why all these competing stories about the Exchange will or won't happen because OC is forming its own bank is so important. When OC launched, it was promoted via MLM. OC lured some of the biggest MLM promoters in Europe and SE Asia to leave their existing MLM program where they were making millions of dollars, to come and join OC and make even more millions of dollars. OC launched in the fall of 2014. It wasn't until mid-2016 that all of a sudden the top major promoters of OC started leaving OC. Almost to a person, the reason given was Ruja had lied to them. The truth was that the gravy train had started to fail. Signups were falling off dramatically. This was due in part to all the negative press that OC was receiving, as well as all the regulatory agencies investigating OC or issuing warnings to their countrymen not to join OC. As in any MLM, when the income streams starts slowing down and recruiting efforts are not working, the big boys pack up their bags and move on to the next MLM program they think they can generate millions of dollars by joining; and of course taking as many of their downline with them as they can. Every major promoter, no matter what MLM program, gets a better return that the average member receives in commission/ referral fee for signing up new members. It is why they are courted because the people running their MLM program knows they will bring thousands, if not hundreds of thousands, of people into the MLM program.

By the spring of 2017, over 98% of the major promoters of OC had left, and remember their story was they had been lied to by Ruja. OC could not let this stand, so they announced they were "terminated" for violating OCs T&C by false statements made in presentations getting people to join OC. This statement was ludicrous. The major promoters appeared on stage with Ruja and were making those claims in front of her at big rally's and events staged by OC and she even appeared on stage with them. They all sang Ruja's praises and she in turn praised them for all their efforts. Also remember that Ruja was made out to be a genius, visionary, astute businesswoman, and an IQ of over 200. Yet it took her almost 3 years to figure out the major promoters were lying about OC to get people joining while doing it on stage in front of her and appearing with them on stage.

So let's suspend all logic and common sense for a moment and agree that the major promoters were terminated from OC due to them violating OC's T&C for lying to the people to get them to join. Now we have to ask why hasn't OC terminated and expelled all of the current leaders of OC that are telling when the Exchange will happen or their won't be an Exchange because OC is forming a virtual bank, and now a central bank? Is this not lying to the members because Corporate has not made one statement about when the Exchange will open or if they are forming a virtual bank or starting their own central bank? Also King Jayms while he was in Vietnam, did a video of him shooting a machine gun and quipping that he was shooting the haters, and warning them to leave OC alone. Yet OC Corporate did absolutely nothing, nil, nada, zip, zilch, zero. Not one peep from them condemning him. He definitely violated OC's T&C and should have been terminated immediately.

The answer is really simple: They can't get rid of them. They are the only "leaders" they have left that are still conning people to join OC. If they terminate them, there is no new revenue coming into OC. I guess OC doesn't realize that silence is the same as acquiescence/approval of their actions.
