Deese said he'd sue and he has done.

The fact Tara wasn't served, didn't have to defend herself and the only person it cost was Deese himself will doubtlessly be ignored.

I doubt very much Deese ever thought he would win, but, it was important for him to save face with the MAPpets, so he was forced to go ahead with what he knew was a pointless exercise.

In reality, he's probably thanking his lucky stars this never made it to court. If it had he would have faced a whole lot of impossible to answer questions

IMHO, he probably had a good idea of exactly what the outcome would be, so could confidently file this to make himself look good in the eyes of his flock without fear of it going to court.

Given the laundry list of damages that they are claiming taratalks has done, the man should have a small army of PIs and lawyers searching the universe to uncover "her" identity in order to proceed.

But isn't it odd that the MAPs lot weren't shrieking from the rooftops that they had filed a motion against TaraTalks? It was done almost 10 days ago, but no-one on the MAPs side said a thing.

Not a peep out of anyone. Not Mike D, not Our Tone, not Danny/Doede, not Simon Stepsys, not Richard Mead, not any of 'em.

I think what Surfer and LRM say above is right. All for show IMO.

Of course, the dingleberry never thought that the court docs would hit the net showing he and MAP were tossed out on their ears! OOOOOoooooops!!!!

when your very first "statement of fact" is an outright lie...............

So the little TaraTalks blog drove a company that's widely recognized as a leader in it's field and is one of the most visited affiliate advertising sites on planet earth out of the United States.

That's just too damn funny.

It's hard to believe that companies like Google, Wal-Mart, Comcast, Verizon, etc haven't shut down their U.S. operations with all the haters out there.

Well, too bad it ended so fast without pop-corn.
But it had a plus - legally binding Deese's name in US court system to this MAP ponzi

He just might have signed himself a jail sentence.

Of course multimillion most succesefull advertisement service paid all their taxes due while they were "doing it in US"
