Mapperbait would be more like it. They can all take turns polishing Simon's car. Ten referrals and Map-circlers get the coveted slot sitting behind the wheel and making motor noises.

Lots of promises there, Our Tone, but very little detail. Oh, I know.....you can't say too much at this stage because of jealous competitors -don't want them copying your fantastic ideas.

You need to have "reasonable cause"
    https://www.gov.uk/request-information-from-dvla

Request information about a vehicle's registered keeper from DVLA
You can request details of a vehicle’s registered keeper and certain other information from DVLA if you have ‘reasonable cause’.

Why you might make a request

    ‘Reasonable cause’ can include:

    • finding out who was responsible for an accident
    • tracing the owner of an abandoned vehicle
    • tracing the owner of a vehicle illegally parked on private land
    • issuing parking tickets
    • tracing people responsible for driving off without paying for goods and services
    • tracing vehicle owners suspected of insurance fraud

    What information you can request

    You can ask for:

    • details of a vehicle’s registered keeper
    • information about previous keepers for a vehicle now registered in your name
    • information the DVLA holds about you

Private car parking management companies can only request information from the DVLA if they’re members of the British Parking Association or the Independent Parking Committee.

    Make a request

You’ll have to fill in a form and apply by post. The form you need to use depends on who is making the request, and why.
Details of how to pay and where to send your application are on each form.

One thing I do know is the car is not "brand new" as Simon claims. I
t has at least 1000 miles on the clock.
It is preregistered, & it was on sale at £149,850 not the £175,000 Simon Stepsys claims. Hmmmm?
Why would the slimy one tell such a lie about the price I wonder? What other lies is telling?

It was still listed as being for sale here on Saturday

If Simon Stepsys or Mark Ghobril are involved it's 100% a SCAM!

re: Is My Advertising Pays / The Advert Platform A Scam or Ponzi?

Naturally I am a hater with a scarcity mentality surfing my jealous self all over the interweb stealing dreams.

But what about the "Chief Communications Executive" at My Advertising Pays soon to be the next Google? Giving press conferences, writing articles for trade journals, making sure communications are compliant?

Nope, his big concern for the day is Tara is trying to hide that she might be making a little money with advertising.

    Tony Booth a dmubass 11 hours ago.JPG

In fact it is so much of a concern that he shared his own post. Wholly **** Boothman this must be important.

Here's the problem with following dumbasses playing big businessman. She never deleted the comment he references.

Tara Talks cleaning up Simon Stepsys Scams.jpg

Being a government cheese eating, plasma donating failure myself I have no idea how much Tara would make from a site with 23,000 monthly visits, would venture not enough to cover the time of fielding all these questions:

    TARA TALKS: Ask Tara

Helping all those people try to get their money back from the Banners Broker Scam that Simon Stepsys promoted so heavily. A scam she called two years ago while the genius Deese was creating MAPS and looking to Tony Booth for his pithy yet inaccurate and trifling commentary.

Can I just remind Our Tone of this, taken from Hansard, the record of Parliamentary debates in the UK.....Quote: "One of the many scams of Simon Stepsys of Win-Star Direct

    And then, there is this:-

United Kingdom Government News: COURTS HALTS MISLEADING HOMEWORKING ADS

    SS Govt news.jpg

Regular readers will have seen these extracts before. They first came to light when Simon Stepsys was a big noise in Banners Broker. But since there is a degree of hero worship going on, I think it is only fair to remind people of them. And, of course, give Our Tone chance to put his own special spin on them, given that he is the MAPs "Communications Officer"

Pop-Unders and Pop-Ups are technically almost identical. Both open an ad in a new window or tab (depending on the browsers default behaviour). The pop-op opens the window in front of the current site, so it is visible right away, while the pop-under opens the window “below” the current window so that the users sees it when closing the window.
IOW, those bloody annoying things that pop up and ask you if you are sure you want to leave the page.

re: Is My Advertising Pays / The Advert Platform A Scam or Ponzi?

This guy is so vile. If he's so rich from this company, buying Bentleys and whatnot, why doesn't he just GIVE some of his money to those in his downline so they can afford to buy credit packs or whatever the hell it is they're supposed to do on MAPs. I still don't understand it. Clicking on ads, blah, blah, blah, but you still have to buy a lot, right? So why doesn't he man up and pay for them to buy said credit packs?

Sorry if I'm misunderstanding this scam, but this guy is a complete caricature of a conman. In fact so ridiculous I can't believe anyone would believe him at all, even without knowing his history!

Ribshaw posted a link (in post 1951 above) to a BS detection list for real estate. The link takes you to an article which is a really good read. Although about real estate (or estate agents, as we call them in the UK) a lot of the points can also be applied to people who promote things like MAPs - as Ribshaw has already pointed out.

The first item on the BS list struck a chord with me. It reminds me SO MUCH of our friend Simon; and I quote:-

Emphasis on luxurious lifestyle. Gurus I respect, like Bill Tappan (author of Real Estate Exchange and Acquisition Techniques) and the late Bob Bruss (nationally syndicated real estate columnist) rarely mention the life-style you will enjoy if you buy their products or follow their advice. Although they are successful real-estate people, they see no need to write about being rich or to wear their affluence on their sleeve (or around their neck or pinky). On the other hand, the B.S. artists feature the imagined lifestyle of the rich in their TV ads, come-on speeches, and “how-to” materials. They also accessorize themselves with flash like ostentatious jewelry and rented limousines or rented private jets.

    Says it all really!

That sums it up perfectly, why are these clowns running around the world asking people to risk their money at the same time the leaders are pissing cash away hand over fist?

The advertiser can buy these real visitors for just $34,99 for 1,000 people
looking at his site. Proofreading not a strong suit of the scammer, nevertheless no legit advertiser is paying $.04 per click from the GRQ crowd.

Ordinarily I would, but there has been a serious outbreak of Simonitis Bankruptus and it's no joking matter. While the signs and symptoms of SB are instantly apparent to the trained eye, many think they can't get infected because the carrier pretends it's their first time. This will last forever, and I am the only one are rationalizations often heard before itching starts. Then there is that sick feeling in the pit of the stomach that someone has used you for your cash and list of friends. They hardly call anymore, it all seemed so real at first.

While most people recover from SB after losing all their savings and maybe a few relationships, some never bounce back.

re: Is My Advertising Pays / The Advert Platform A Scam or Ponzi?

Assuming I wasn't a part time honey dipper at the burger hut and wanted to hire a "Chief Communications Executive" for my soon to be Google business what would I look for?

Probably someone that could use the right word at the right time. As in, it takes steel balls to defend a man like Simon Stepsys that steals for a living.

Kids, spelling and word use matters, I don't see Tony's communications with the Fortune 10,000 (if there are any) heading anywhere but the trash. STEEL

Oh, look, Margariet is banging on the table about some Mappers uncivilized behaviour!

The Mapper Muppets never fail to respond in shocked tones. Trying to snaffle someone else's pick -up (if you'll pardon the phrase!) how simply terrible! Can't have that, can we? Small selection of comments below.....

why is there any worry about a downline in an 'advertising company'? I don't believe there are any downlines in google.
Haven't lost any money to online scams.......results are typical.
