I have to say, I am Currently Looking at BB, simply because most I know are making money from it, but perhaps more importantlly, it is a direct replica of Googles Model ( from what I understand)

Any Business Needs Further Advertising, and this seems to be a good way of getting Mass Exposure, for relatively little work ( or thats how it appears)

The only Thing is, Deciding where to come in at.

Not sure what to make of this, this site is almost 2 years old, now all MAPS all the time. The name though, I can't put my finger on where I have heard it before??? While the owner is hiding his/her identity it is titled Four Corners Alliance Group. Such a small world, maybe there are two FCAGs that just happen to be promoting recruiting based pyramid scams?

Over on the MAPS Scam FB page, someone has popped up claiming that Amazon and Booking.com are both advertising on MAPS. He has not, however, produced any evidence (screen shots) to prove this.

I doubt it myself. Others have pointed out that both Amazon and Booking, com have an affiliate programme, and that IF those adverts exist, they most likely come from that source.

    Any thoughts?

    Awesome research skills Ribshaw!

What amazes me is how the same faces keep coming back, time after time.

Look, I'll be the first one to admit that I got taken in by MAPS but not even 6 weeks into it, and having never been involved in or in fact ever even heard of the 'RevShare' business, two things happened:

    1) My gut (instinct call it what you like said it was a pile' o'sh*te) and
    2) I started conducting research into similar models (and failures) from the past.

Based on both of these, I could genuinely not see any conceptual variation between MAPS and all the others, which prompted me to get out.

Yet what I see is people going from 'biz op' to 'biz op' blissfully unaware of the blatant similarities between all of these schemes.

Either that, or they know exactly what they are and choose to get involved anyway.

I didn't realise David Hayes has such a history, in fact I didn't even bother to look. Why?

Well, because the nature of his 'top tips' and his online presence is so amateur and dare I say it so 'retarded' that I never thought for a minute he'd been 'in the game' for the last 20 years.

The guy is a joke. And as an ex-copper he should know better.

How the hell can you come across something like BB, watch it collapse into a pile of dog sh*t and then go 'oh never mind, look at this new thing which seems to be making money - it must be legit'.

    Crazy fool!

    How dumb can you get??????????

Every single one of those banners is an affiliate program. Period.

I remember one saying 'well Maps must be good coz the AA are advertising on it'. I thought 'the AA - Automobile Association'???? They must be then coz no way would they have an affiliate programme.

    Incorrect....

Partnering with the AA - beome an affiliate | AA

The fact is most big companies nowadays have 'partner with' opportunities, but if they knew where some of the products are being advertised, I think they'd be a lot more vigilant with who they let in.

When it comes to HYIP ponzi frauds, what you are allowed to "see" is way different than what is actually happening

The fact that serial HYIP ponzi shills and pimps exist is something a large percentage of the general population simply don't understand.

Most new victims don't bother to retro-search those oh-so-believeable caring and sharing, "I only want the little guy to make millions" names and faces you so rightly point out go from scheme to scheme.

In fact, without them, the schemes wouldn't exist if they had to rely on the "admin" and top two or three earners.

One admin, two or three "Septic Simon Stepsys" type top earners and a hundred or more foot soldier pimps and shills is how things work.
The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing

ASD claimed they had Walmart advertising with them. We had this discussion during the ASD days - problem with these claims is that why would they 'advertise' with them but not participate in the actual game themselves.
Imagine the money they could make for their shareholders.
In fact, it would be negligent not to make more money for the shareholders if this were a legit enterprise.
Once big corporate lawyers looked into it, the would laugh.
The excuses, of course, was that the program was only for the little people yet the little people could make far more money if a corporation were allowed to dump money in.
The logic is stupefying but that's because it's a scam and them making excuses about it proves that.

Probably someone posting their affiliate links for Cabbage Patch Kids they are offloading from one too many episodes of Storage Wars.

Pretty unscientific on my part, I searched "hotels" using something called "google", no MAPS links.

    Number 2 on google.JPG

As for Amazon, I don't know about anyone else but I have it bookmarked w/auto login. When I want something it is almost always the first place I check, pretty sure they don't need to pay a bunch broke click fraudsters to window shop.

When I first started reading the Banners Broker thread I had no idea what was going on, I had never heard of any of this stuff. I knew people used to be paid a little to spam message boards with links for hot stock tips or porn. Then the "bots" moved in so I largely assumed people got out of that business. Now it is almost comical how many Ad Sharing Ponzis are operational, I wonder if the Mappers know they are not alone?

There is a certain part of me that loves GRQ. I have shelves full of books and tapes mostly bought second hand. There is a paper I get and usually the Saturday edition has a full page ad in the back for options trading. Same four guys in a rotation mostly, two I have some of their stuff. Even though I know they are lying scumbags peddling the same junk as last year, I am tempted to see what they have to say.

You nailed it with the second part, "they know" people like Simon Stepsys are predators who will say anything to get people's money. Then a lot of wannabe Simons who will lie to fill their pants with a few quid. Otherwise these folks would not scrub their failures, delete the hard questions, and jump from one pile to the next.

I had never heard of "Dave Hayes Network Marketing Coach" until he showed up here. Looks like he has just been floating around telling tales of riches and creating a web presence. Like the amazing numbers of scams, if there are 10,000 scams running at any one time there must be 1,000,000 or more "internet marketers". Much like the scam itself, I had no idea there were so many of these folks. Finally he has a big pretend back office to show, he gets to be BMOC for a few months.

It would not surprise me in the least if he was collecting a pension or disability check that allows him to sit on his ass and play internet guru. His quote about discharging his debt is very telling. That is a big scam in the States, or he could just be a deadbeat that stiffs people .

Any user of Amazon or Booking can promote his affiliate link to get some kickbacks for attracting new customers or causing a sale.
If you see those ads, capture the link URL before actually opening it, will track down their Amazon accounts.

re: Is My Advertising Pays / The Advert Platform A Scam or Ponzi?

    Well, what do you know?

Turns out our Dave is available for hire, for weddings, funderals, ponzis and web-related 'solutions'!

    dh-elance.jpg

According to his Elance Resume, he reckons he's "developed extensive experience in blogging", having been involved in the industry for the last 12 to 17 years.

What I don't get then, is why, when he's finished posting his bollox Top Tips all over Simon's CRAPS page, does he then spend the rest of the afternoon responding to spam comments on his blog...

    spam1.jpg

Surely anyone with 15 years of experience of blogging would know that these comments are fake, and that the hired Indians and Filipinos making them don't give a 'Gnat's Chuff' about his blog, but merely have their own agenda.

    spam2.jpg

I'm talking of course about the backlinking strategy of 'blog commenting' - where people try (usually unsuccessfully) to sound like they actually give a toss about the sh*t you're writing, so that they can post a keyword-rich link back to their own website.

    Stuff like....

Slightly Used Ugg Boots says "This is nice. I very like your blog. Ideas are special to me, and I will come here all time for more infos."

    And....

Codpieces Direct says "Wow wow wee wee! Never before have I read such good stuffs on your articles. My brother does this too for hobbies. Tomorrow I tell him come see Mr Dave's blog. He get very happy with me. I come again also. Byes."

    spam3.jpg

Of course, the more you approve their posts, and even reply to them the more these people think...

"Results, we've got an utter Bell-End at our disposal here" - which is why in some cases his otherwise 'untrafficked' website is receiving as many as 21 comments per post.

    spam4.jpg

Conclusion: On the basis of my extensive investigation then, I can indeed confirm Dave Hayes to be a prize c*ck nugget.

Like the cyber version of what MLM clowns did for years. You'd be sitting in the food court eating a cookie, out of nowhere someone who just happens to like cookies and have a business to tell you about strikes up a chat.

Seems like a lot of work for "passive income".

AHA! I have discovered why so many get into obvious scams, ponzi schemes and pyramids. They are obviously thinking with their bell-end! Got it!
It seems like in this "industry" common sense is not all that common!
