Do you know, I'd almost forgotten about MAP/TAP. I thought it was dead. But according to our old chum, Dickie, it's still staggering on.....
RA TAP Nov 17.jpg
OR IS IT???? I mean, all the big players have scuttled away from it....maybe there's only Dickie left? But then, hey, Dicke certainly can pick 'em!

A dick with a trickle, nothing good comes from that. Last time Walletblaster proselytized it was about the virtues of not being a commission whore, doing his own deals, yada yada. Now he has one program for each tooth?

Call me skeptical but if this ruse was still going strong we'd be hearing from more than just an unemployable fluffer.

Dickie Walletblaster just never learns his lesson.
He keeps trying to build in a ponzis that will never last.

Although The Small Claims Court Case against the Booths didn't go in our favour, there was a very big silver lining to it. The information that we used in the defence document helped to get back a 3.5k Chargeback from Barclaycard, that had been previously refused. So some good came out of it.

Re: Is My Advertising Pays / The Advert Platform A Scam or Ponzi?
With the numbers of MAP victims, the authorities should be getting hundreds of complaints a day, every day, non stop.
It doesn't matter if they get annoyed, it's their job
From what I read, people have sent one or two email, then given up when nothing happens IMMEDIATELY.
All the talk of paying for lawyers, instituting private action and the threats on Facebook will amount to nought.
The ONLY way the fraudsters will be brought to justice and financial institutions be forced to make good on the chargeback requests is if they ( "they" as in everyone publicly associated with MAP) are charged officially.
If victims were willing to spend the time clicking on ads ten times a day, surely they could spend an equivalent amount of time bombarding the authorities and with emails and complaints until they are forced to respond.
MAP turned over hundreds of millions of dollars.
Are members REALLY sure they haven't been funding terrorist and criminal organizations ???
Is every Member of Parliament receiving fifty emails a day EVERY day pointing out his / her constituents have been ripped off and this isn't just a case of a few silly people getting defrauded, it's international money laundering on a massive scale??
Is every media outlet receiving fifty emails a day EVERY day ??
If they aren't, you guys are pushing the proverbial uphill.

100% agree LRM.
Personally, I think the SEC will move soon, if they haven't quietly done so already? It's inconceivable that they can put out two Press Releases warning about Ad Ponzi scams and not close down one that could be even bigger than Traffic Monsoon, and involve a LOT more people.

Re: Is My Advertising Pays / The Advert Platform A Scam or Ponzi?
A lot is going to depend on how many of the US members filed complaints with the SEC or IC3. The fact MAP stopped US citizens from joining later will not prevent the SEC from taking action. I think Mike Deese thought it would and that's why he stopped accepting members in the US when he did.
What is troubling to me is the UK authorities, who definitely have reasons to shut it down, have turned a blind eye to taking any action. They should have taken action 18 months ago, but they didn't.

Seriously, this is now beyond a joke.
How on earth can the British public have any confidence they are safe from criminals and terrorists when their public services cannot even prevent Stepsys, the Booths, Michael Deese and the other criminals behind My Advertising Pays operating with impunity within their own country AFTER they have been spoon fed all the information necessary they need to intervene.
THIS, my friends, is what happens when politics, politicians and public servants rule the world.

I do get where you're coming from LRM, but the last time we spoke to our Police contact, he told us that complaints just weren't coming though in high enough numbers. And without complaints, nothing will ever get done.
We're trying a last ditch attempt this weekend to try and get people to report en masse on the 18th/19th November because we've been told that if the Police receive enough complaints, they WILL take action.
So it really boils down to whether or not affiliates can be bothered to either report it again, or report it for the first time, which tbh I don't have high hopes of. But we try. It's all we can do.
We'd be grateful if people would share the pinned post on the MAP Scam FB page anyway.
Thanks.

Re: Is My Advertising Pays / The Advert Platform A Scam or Ponzi?
From day one I have been telling people they have to report MAP to the authorities in droves or they wouldn't take action. Despite all the information provided to law enforcement, that without a large volume of victims nothing would happen. Law enforcement is setup to be reactive not proactive. No victims, no crime.
When the MAP Scam FB page was started, the admins, and others, have been pressing the members to file a complaint with the authorities. Despite all our efforts to get the members to file a complaint en masse, it fell on deaf ears. Seems more members liked complaining more than doing something about it. Not sure if they were scared if they did file a complaint it could get them in trouble later or not, but whatever their reasons were, they didn't do it. Let's also not forget that those who complained loudly had their accounts frozen and were banned from the MAP FB group page. No doubt intimidation worked on them. That's the bad news.
Now for the good news. Now that TAP is moving into crypto-currency, at least they claim they are, they are entering an arena where the regulatory agencies don't need victims to take action. They only need evidence that TAP is operating without the proper regulatory approvals, or violating the regulatory laws and they can take action.
I'm just waiting for all the excuses and CYA when MAP loses in Panama. This is going to be creative writing at its best. I can guarantee you that it won't be anything like what Mike Deese wrote, and I quote: "All in all we are incredibly happy with the professionalism and integrity of the Panamanian courts and that of counsel on both sides of the aisle." Reminds me of when Charles Scoville praised how the SEC was working with him when they shut down TM, and how wonderful they were. That is until the judge ruled against him at the hearing. Now they are all liars, crooks, evil, doing the devil's work, etc., etc..

Re: Is My Advertising Pays / The Advert Platform A Scam or Ponzi?
ONE YEAR ago today, on December 1st 2016, Mike started court proceedings against VXGATEWAY.
And in all that time, what exactly has happened?
The case was thrown out and the Judge told both VX and MAP to sort out the alleged theft of $60 million though arbitration in Panama.
That was months ago...and nothing has changed.
And instead of focusing in rebuilding the AD business which last year was a multi-million dollar business that would be going so long Mikes GRANDCHILDREN would be running it, Mike seems to have deserted the AdPack side of the 'business' and leapt into BITCOIN mining with a MYSTERY BUSINESS PARTNER who Google guesses are building a skatepark!
And just to remind you, this is the video where Mike states that
he moved most of the money OUT of VX GATEWAY, because he wants to protect his affiliates in case VX go under!

Re: Is My Advertising Pays / The Advert Platform A Scam or Ponzi?
I bet the SEC's action against Plexcoin's ICO has Mike Deese shaking in his boots wondering if he is next. I get the feeling that there are going to be a lot of the new "crypto-currency ICO offerings worried that they could be on the SEC's radar and could be next. The new cyber unit is not letting grass grow beneath its feet in taking action against all these fake crypto-currencies. Tick-Tock Mike, Tick-Tock.

Re: Is My Advertising Pays / The Advert Platform A Scam or Ponzi?
I wonder how the former eager Mappers are feeling these days?
I don't mean dear little Simon Stepsys. I mean some of the also-rans, who jumped in, during 2015 and 2016. The ones Simon quotes in his masterwork, "The MAP Addiction". Such as this fellow (I've edited his contribution a bit to shorten it):-
"I joined up on 9th January 2014....I actually bought my first 20 credit packs on the 19th of that same month, and was completely blown away that I was making money within just 20 minutes......I got excited, went to the bank and withdrew my life savings, enabling me to buy 33 more Credit packs....."
And then, he arranges to meet Simon in person: " We arranged to meet at a restaurant in Nantwich, and I took with me an additional £1k for more credit packs. Simon and I bonded, had a great lunch and becamse friends" (Della edit: It sounds as if you'd just handed him £1k, no wonder he was friendly!)
This same person goes on to say that he "maxed out my two credit cards, taking me to 500 packs in total", and then admits that he told his wife that he "wanted to get a £10k bank loan to hit 1,200 and make a name for ourselves" (Della edit: Name for yourself?? As what??Guilible twit of the year??) (He says that he did pay off his credit cards, but I cannot see mention of the bank loan. Personally, I'm amazed any bank gave it to him!)
So to this person I say: Now, as we start 2018, how's the MAP/TAP business working out for you?
Truly the wolves have an easy prey.

Re: Is My Advertising Pays / The Advert Platform A Scam or Ponzi?
I noticed in his statement that he said he "wanted" to take out a bank loan. I doubt they loaned him the money unless he had sufficient collateral for the bank to lend it. My question is: Are they still married? Also wonder if Simon still takes his calls and they are still friends? Somehow I get the feeling that Simon is no longer answering his phone, but then what do I know I am just a hater.

Funny how all these scammers are jumping up and down saying 'I told you so' to USI, but have nothing to say about MAP.
Take this w****r who roped in his mum to MAP for heaven only knows how much money but is now doing 'safe' investments.
Yer right...
