Has anyone here been sued by MAP yet?

I remember when they shut down US operations Deese made a rare appearance to calm the masses, and said that his lawyers were preparing a monster law suit to drop any day now, but that was months ago. SO just wonder if any one had been served yet. Surely the people of real scam would be first in his sights.

The Alexa rankings may have taken a nosedive, but Danny Boy is still plugging MAPs...

One of the many things which really winds me up about Mr Turner is the 'due diligence' he talks about....I saw a video of his about this supposed 'due diligence'. In it he stated what he also states in his drivel you have quoted below.....I'll quote him:

'A question many ask me is why is the company not registered in the UK - MAP is an offshore company, registered in Anguilla, which is under British rule hence is still under British law. All of the liabilities therefore being covered by British business law.'

This is just complete and utter bollocks!

Here's a quote from the UK Government 2012 White Paper about the Overseas Territories:

'Each Territory has its own Constitution and its own Government and has its own local laws.'

I think this bothers me more than most other things because it is factually incorrect, with evidence to prove that.

Further to my post above, I went looking for the video I saw previously. I noticed that he has changed the name of his YouTube channel. Previously it was called 'MyadvertisingpaysUK', but it's now called 'Danny Turner'. Nothing major, but I found it interesting. Why would he change the name?

Here's the thing though.....His answer is that it's in a BOT (British Overseas Territory), so is covered by British law. The fact that this (as I've shown above) is absolute crap doesn't seem to matter. No one seems to call him out on that....

Funny, but its nearly impossible to get to prison just for pimping ponzies online. I tried, it doesn't work. You actually have to do something very outrageous to even get to see the inside of a jail out of curiosity, let alone prison. Or to be completely innocent and be accused of CDI by some nutcase.

I like to think most people are calling him and all the other pimps on it by not joining this or any similar farce. As for sending investment money offshore there isn't much due diligence ever needed, don't, and if someone does they should never to expect to see it again. Things like MAP get frustrating as some of the participants seem hopelessly lost, but what we are really talking about is the same number of people that believe a Nigerian general is going to be sending them a trunk full of booty.

Tried talking to Andrew once. He is completely brainwashed and wont listen to reason. The sad thing is he has made/stolen a lot of money this time round so he will never be dissuaded and will be pimping scams til the end of time
