I just wonder.....the other venture he was in, in 2013, was that Banners Broker or Empower Network, I wonder? I'm guessing the former. Funny how he doesn't actually say, isn't it.....or maybe not.....

only problem with his gerbil story is it's yet another lie.

So you believe the story about My Advertising Pays closing its US operations and therefore instantly removing a large part of its' customers and their payments is just coincidental, do you ??

The US members have no "payment problems"

As long as the non US members get theirs, they couldn't give a damn about anyone else.

Also I suspect that the lure of hitting the magical 1200 Ponzi points might discourage some victims from withdrawing.

Quite a good move that as far as extending (for a little while at least) the life of your Ponzi scheme.
(It's not stopping Dickie Walletblaster from attempting to withdraw some of his money though I understand.)
Dickie probably remembers the end times of Banners Broker and can see the same signs.

Although as with all schemes of this type it will end soon enough. The longer it goes on the more victims there will be.

Our friend hits 1200 packs in January and then his downline will follow after this. He is not loaded and is waiting for the magic 1200 rather than withdraw for Christmas. He started quite early in MAPs as well.

finding it hard to believe he could scrape together $60k while not being able to afford a microwave.

I wouldn't hold your breath on the charities commission doing much. From a local authority perspective I come across many charitable frauds and "InAction Fraud" responds better than the charity commission. We end up just withdrawing grants etc and dealing with it that way. Don't get me wrong, they have fraud teams but like the police, this is small fry.
