Thread: Is My Advertising Pays / The Advert Platform A Scam or Ponzi?

Maybe someone should post in the MAP FB page that MAP IT guy is over at MMG trying to discredit me with his posts instead of fixing the IT Issues. Bet they wouldn't appreciate learning that fact.

Well, Abs, as I call him, at MMG thinks he has me cornered by getting me to say I have not bought 1 ad pack, when they have set up an account in my name to say it proves I do. So I told him to bring it on and to post everything about my ad pack purchase. I also let him know that if he could post the information that meant he was the IT guy for MAP.

I am really hoping they are dumb enough to try it. This is going to be a blast taking this information apart. He knows it is fake, and now he knows I know someone set up an account in my name. Going to be interesting to see his reply.

Everytime I have logged in in the past 3 days the site has worked fine. Im not sure why those sites have been reporting it as down. Maybe its just affects certain countries?

The sites in question use what's called a "ping" test to ascertain whether or not the site being queried is "there" or "up"

"Pinging" a website is essentially querying (another computer on a network) to determine whether there is a connection to it.



This is done by sending streams of data requests to the I.P. address being queried and measuring the response time. This process is commonly known as the "handshaking protocol"

Handshaking is an automated process that sets parameters for communication between two different devices before normal communication begins. Much like the way a human handshake sets the stage for the communication to follow, the computing handshake provides both devices with the basic rules for the way data is to be shared between them. These rules can include transfer rate, coding alphabet, parity, interrupt procedure and more.

My Advertising Pays is not responding within acceptable parameters, so Is It Down Right Now? Website Down or Not? is indicating the MAP site is down and has been for 52 hours.

Down For Everyone Or Just Me -> Check if your website is down or up? allows for a longer response time before it reports the MAP site being down

As I type this, both reporting sites show MAP as being "down"





HOWEVER

if I change the settings in my browser to allow for a longer "handshake protocol" before it informs me the connection attempts have "timed out" IOW exceeded the allowable time before it drops the attempts to connect, the MAP site eventually does load BUT it takes 1 minute and 59 seconds to do so instead of the milliseconds which are considered as being acceptable

Forgive me if I am a bit slow here......but are you saying that someone has deliberately and falsely set up a MAPs account in your name? Why would anyone do that? Are they trying to discredit you by saying you are secretly a Mapper? As you say, it will be very interesting to see what Abs or Ads or whatever his name is comes back with!

Speaking of Abs, the Maps IT guy (if that is what he is), the other Maps Scam FB page - the one with the car and bus picture at the top - has managed to have an exchange with him. Abs asked for a picture to be removed on the grounds that his children were in it. The Fb page admin duly did so, and then had this exchange with him:-

As for the "pipes from Europe" not being big enough nonsense, I am as far as it's possible to be from Europe, so you can add that story to the list of MAP lies

Meanwhile, Mappers are still debating about the speed of the MAP site.....oh, and please note the fb ad that popped up alongside. It made me laugh!

that's the key! the lazies with laptops are sitting right next to the server so they get instantaneous connection and see no problem. lol

It is designed to discredit me. When they can't refute the facts, they resort to name-calling, deflection of the topic, lies, anything to try and get people not to listen to me. Happens in every Ponzi. In the past, I have had them put up multiple accounts in my name, not just one; I have had them claim I had referred hundreds of people into the Ponzi I was exposing and posted a fake screenshot; I have had them set up accounts in porn websites in my name; dating websites in my name knowing I am married and a Christian trying to discredit me; and I have even had them make fake accounts in my wife's name. the fascinating scammer logic in all this is why you'd bash a 'program' you allegedly joined to steal make money.

"Is it down right now" says it is still down, and has been for 3 days. As it is so slow, I expect it is for the reason LRM gave above.

Just tried to load the site and it was extremely slow. Maybe the New Zealand tubes are blocked now as well?
